The facility was beautiful and the location was perfect. Staff (and residents) was professional, friendly and helpful. We couldn't find any negatives regarding the property.

Beautiful, lively facility. I think Mom would love it here. Not sure she can swing the cost though.

I like this community for the care of my father. The staff is always nice and very caring to his needs. The menu is very appealing to him. We are happy that he is participating in the activities that he is able to do at this time. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

I liked this community tour that I received for my mom's care. The staff were nice and answered the questions we had on the care that is given here. We did like the menu of the meals that are provided. They had a lot of activities that would have been offered to her. We needed a community right away. This would have been a good value for the care that we were needing. I would recommend this community to other families for the value.

The facility is great, the apartment my parents are in is very nice. They provide breakfast and lunch, but no dinner yet. They have mentioned that they will start serving lunch soon. The meals are good and they serve great portions. My parents even take leftovers to snack off of later in the day. The only thing I wish they could improve on is the fact that they don't serve meals at all on Sundays. They have activities on the calendar, it looks fairly full but nothing that has drawn my parents out regularly. My mom likes to do things outside like planting plants I wish they had things like that for activities. The place is clean common areas.

I thought the tour I had was very nice. The staff and care was all good. I believe one would be happy here. But based on our needs the care was not suitable.

We did tour this community. We saw a nice menu but we did not try a meal. We did see that they did have good activities. We liked speaking with the staff and getting our questions answered. The community is clean inside and out. We would recommend this for a good value and nice care from very nice staff.

I like this community for the care for my mom. The staff are very nice and attentive and caring to her needs. She does the all the activities. She likes bingo. and music. I really like the price and it is very affordable for the good care. She is happy and I like knowing she is in great care. I recommend other families for the excellent care and value for a family member.

If it would have been up to me, I would have moved my mother into this community. Everyone is so nice and my church is trying to partner with them so I constantly get emails of activities and things going on. Their goal is to have activities that their residents will actually enjoy. They have had things like learning how to make tamales and musicals. They also have a bar for happy hour.

I enjoyed speaking to friendly staff and taking the time to show us the community. They acknowledged my questions and provide me with good information. I had to take into consideration is was mixed with assistant living and I was looking for something more directed to Memory Care.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Parkwood Meadows. It's a clean, well kept facility, and everyone seems very friendly. I think their weekly activity schedules has had a huge impact on helping Mom get settled and feel involved, they do a great job with the activities!

After reviewing this and other facilities, I elected to move my Mother to the Isle at Kingwood. Though the facility is attractive, clean, and relatively new, the attitude of the staff and residents was the primary consideration in my choice. She has been there about two weeks and has adapted quickly and is enjoying every aspect of the facility.

I like living here at this community. It is a new community and they have everything. The price is very reasonable. I like cooking here in my new home. They offer activities each day for everyone. They have great dinners and senior trips to different places. I would highly recommend the community for anyone who needs care for a loved one with a good value.

I really like the community a lot. My biggest concern was my mom's weight, she has gained 3 pounds in 2 weeks. Someone alerted the cook she wanted gravy on her beef, she's lactose intolerant, they bought lactaid milk to make a special gray and she appreciated him for that and was impressed. They are all responsive and currently have an on-site manager, which I liked the most. Mom is in an affordable studio and once she did not answer her phone so I called them and they checked on me for her, she was fine.

The Hartis Eagle Moutain is clean and all of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My father seems comfortable and we are happy with our choice. The only problem we have experienced so far is that in the beginning I feel like they sold us a certain level of care but we did not receive it after moving in. After speaking with them, they have fixed it, though.

Excellent!!! Independent Living only

placed an inquiry with a place for Mom regarding assisted living for my Mom. I quickly received a phone call from [Removed], who was extremely helpful in directing me to facilities that met Moms needs. After visiting two places it was very evident that The Orchard was the place for her. I went alone for my first visit and was met by a staff that was so caring and considerate of my needs and they had not even met my Mom yet! I went back a 2nd time with my Mom and my husband and was again greeted by the same friendly, kind and considerate staff. After making our decision, Mom was placed on a waiting list, she has since moved in and is very happy. I am so grateful that we found a place that is so kind. 5 stars for the orchard and their staff!

This place is super nice and it is a lot newer than any of the other places that we saw. They also have a beautiful lake that you can walk around. I know some people that stay there and they said that they love it. The staff is also nice.

Everything has been wonderful and very good here. We are super satisfied with the place. We even have a real chef and the food is delicious. The community is always clean and neat. The staff has been wonderful and we love that the lake is right in front of us. Also we enjoy the boat rides and the convenience that they are next to everything.

I would highly recommend the Westmore Senior Living because they have done a great job in taking care of my mother. The staff is all very nice, the place is warm and beautiful. The food is always satisfactory. We have no complaints, it's a great place.
