Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a really nice tour experience and would of been a good option for our loved one.

The staff are warm and welcoming and care about their residents. The food is delicious and the service is friendly. The community is clean and tidy. The residents seem to enjoy this community as their home.

Bailey Pointe is an incredible place for anyone thinking of sending their loved ones to reside in an assisted living. The building feels like home. Staff is caring and cherish every resident. The residents seem happy and are engaged with each other.

I toured this community and it was fabulous. Very clean and staff was very friendly. It was just out of our price range.

The meals are great. I really like the staff. They are caring, and go out of their way to help everyone feel that they are taken care of. I like the facility in general, it's a cozy building and a smaller community. We picked this community, because of the price compared to value, and it was one of the closet locations to my home. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

I can't think of any improvements at this time. My loved one is comfortable there. The staff is very accommodating and eager to do what it takes to make the residents happy. So I'm pleased! I just think that Prarie Rose ended up being the perfect fit for my loved one. The staff, the cleanliness, the food, their attention to detail are what makes them stand out. Plus, my loved one is doing better than I expected. Overall, I think it was the right decision to have my loved one there.

My grandparents are extremely happy at Elison of Pinecrest. My grandma is not so fond of the food. (She wishes it had more flavor and was served hot. She also hates that dinner is at 4 pm.) But my grandpa seems to like the food. Besides that, it's a really nice place, and I'm really happy they went there. The staff are great. They recognize our family and not just my grandparents. They know everybody's names. All of the residents seem kind, and nobody seems grumpy. The décor is nice as well. It doesn't look like a typical senior facility. I would highly recommend it to other families.

Great price!!! Excellent food. We picked this community, because it was close to where our family lives, great facilities and prices. I highly recommend it!!!

We had a great first impression with Heartis Waco, the staff members are very friendly, we have had so complaints at all they really try their best and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The facility is just gorgeous. I have always been met with smiles and friendliness of the staff. It would be nice, if the medical team informed me when my loved one is running low on medication. They can improve on communication, and they can offer better food options. Also, they keep the residents active with the activites.

Holiday looked fine. Only offered independent living. They were prepared, helpful, and informative.

The staff is very concisions of meeting the needs of the residents. All of the staff are communicative with the family and they keep us updated about our loved one. If there is anything that changes about our loved one they call immediately to update us. There are three meals a day served and there are choices to choose from. Some of the activities include: exercise classes, chair yoga, physical therapy, walking in the hall, and more for the residents to participate in. The staff are very encouraging of getting the residents moving to keep them active.

The tour was great for us! Unfortunately my loved one never was able to move in.

What we really like about Holiday Prairie Rose is the décor and friendliness of the staff and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

They are super friendly and easy to work with. The activities directors are great at what they do. Overall it has been a good experience and would recommend Landon Ridge at Kingwood to others.

We have been very satisfied. They keep activites for the residents. My loved one enjoys the activites. The general staff is friendly and attentive. Sometimes the medication is not delivered on time but we were resolve that issue.

Independent living, gracious people. Caring, helpful and educated and personable. So much to do for entertainment in retirement

My husband and I have been very our decision to move to Adante. A person can be as active as they want with plenty of activities. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with the quality and variety of the food.

Overall 5, over the past 2 years cost has exceeded inflation.
