We toured Waterview The Cove Assisted Living and it was great! The staff was great, cleanliness and friendliness were great, also. However, it was cost prohibitive for us for Assisted Living.

My loved one was a resident at this facility for a year and I would rate it a 6 out of 5! The atmosphere at this facility is great! The cleanliness/friendliness/staff were all great as well! This facility is an awesome place!

Ellison is a respectable place that had friendly courteous people that do a lot to make your loved ones stay welcoming. They do an amazing job for my dad. I would recommend to others.

My father is very happy living at The Heritage. He is well cared for, and it's a positive environment. They have a lot of activities for the residents and post pictures from all events on their Facebook website. It's great to be able to view him participating and socializing.

The staff is very responsive to questions. Very timely with answers.

What we really like about the Brennity at Very Beach is that the staff really go above and beyond to get to know the residents, pay attention to each individual and do a top notch job of keeping the family in the loop. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

I can't say enough good about Elison. [Name removed] was admitted to their memory care unit in [date removed] and is being well cared for. Every step of the process was professional and as pleasant as could be under the circumstances. They are a 5-star operation.

It's a place where you know where your loved one is safe and loved by the staff. I would recommend to others.

What stood out to us about the facility is that there is a welcoming staff at check-in, the dining facilities are top notch, and the amenities, such as a hairdresser, event planners, and a library. The recreational activities are superb. We are very pleased with my Mother's care. We are also very pleased with Physical and Occupational therapy services, as well as Speech and Language services offered to our mother in Assisted Living. Now that my mother is in Assisted Living, she does have housekeeping- weekly and linen services and trash removal biweekly. We are very pleased with Brennity and feel that our mother is in a very safe and welcomed environment.

They have beautiful amenities, atmosphere and people. They provide a bus for outside activities everyday, fitness, salon, games, arts and crafts, games, and movie nights. I would recommend to others.

The staff is always cheerful, they love their jobs, most have a lot of longevity in their jobs so they are a family. Aberdeen Heights has a LOT of activities and each is well staffed and they bring good energy. I especially like happy hour on each Wednesday at about 3pm-ish. They have a wonderful musician who comes every 1st Wednesday of the month, then a different musician comes in every 2nd Wednesday, and a different musician comes in every 3rd Wednesday, etc. Some of these great musicians have been coming into Aberdeen Heights for many years. They play music the residents really enjoy. Also love their cardio drumming class, and Mom has started going to the exercise classes regularly and at her other place I couldn't get her to go. Love [name removed] the director!

They were honest and ethical and did not accept my grandmother at that time and told me she needed skilled nursing. Wickshire said they could get her in under a loophole with hospice which obviously did not work out and now I know why. I appreciate the honesty of [name removed] at the Elison/Pinecrest Elison was my first choice after touring but they didn't accept her after their evaluation.

Ellison of Lake Worth is excellent the atmosphere, their apartments, their food I strongly recommend the place. And ah! The people who work there as well as the other residents are very very nice and polite. Thanks for sending me to see this place. The person I'm guardian move there last December coming from a nursing home that has changed owners and went from ok to really bad. Thanks to your guiding me to Elison Independent Living my friend is happy and enjoying himself every minute.

We had to work out some kinks with laundry, but I think that is mostly resolved now. I would definitely recommend this place to others. They have a higher ratio of staff to residents in Memory Care than other places. They provide housekeeping once a week they have in-house physical therapy. I like the activities they provide. They provide exercise every weekday morning. Sometimes it includes exercise videos. When that happens, one of the staff will do the exercises as well because that seems to be who the residents follow. Sometimes they will sit and kick one of those big exercise balls back-and-forth to each other or bounce it to each other. They seem to enjoy that. They have craft activities and sometimes they'll go outside. They always have music and there is even a piano that one of the residents plays very well. We found out my mother could still read sheet music, but she had a hard time seeing it. She played the piano a little. Sometimes, in the afternoon, they'll go into the theater room and watch television, a lot of the residents like to nap after lunch. Not my mom though. They have a hallway that looks like an old fashioned main street that includes the theater, an ice cream parlor, arts, and crafts, room, and other things. On mom's birthday we had cupcakes in the ice cream parlor. There was no ice cream, but it was a nice change up. I go over there four or five times a week. Sometimes we will FaceTime with my sister and there are areas that are quiet where we can go to do that. The snacks there are always different. Yesterday morning there was celery with pimento cheese. Today they were having St. Paddy's day themed cookies. They will even cut up my mother's food for her. I have a trip coming up so they will keep some mini Dr. Pepper's (her favorite) in the medicine room and give her one a day. She's 91 and Dr Pepper gives her joy. I take one with me every time I visit. I schedule salon visits through the front desk, which is easy. I can text with the Director or meet with her if I have any concerns.

They were very friendly. My loved one was there a short period. We picked this community, because I had references. [name removed] from A Place for Mom helped me to find some places. They were very helpful , during the time that my loved one there. It's a beautiful. place. I would recommend to other famiies.

From the time you walk in the door of this well appointed facility and are greeted by the friendly smiling face at the reception desk you begin to feel at home. We visited to see if this might be a good residence for my brother who is needing assisted living. We were introduced to the marketing director who almost immediately became a long lost friend. Professional, couteous, and responive to our needs. Our tour helped us make a decision quickly. My brother will become a resident the [date removed] of this month and we couldn't be happier about that.

So far I like this place. The interaction with the staff is good. It's really nice, clean ,and three meals per day. It's more affordable, and it's worth every dime. They offer activites, such as; bingo, church and all kinds of activities. The breakfast and lunch is good, but dinner could be improved. They have transportation, that takes the residents to Walmart, and doctors appointments twice per week.

There are some repairs that need to be done. The carpet in front is a tripping hazard and should be addressed immediately. Other repairs can be worked in later. However based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

The community itself is very clean, and the staff members are so friendly. There is one very experienced chef that makes delicious meals, and the other chef is okay, but is learning to get better and better. They have a ton of different activities for those who want to take advantage of them. Every Wednesday they take residents out do thrift stores, the casino or just small day trips. I am happy here and I would recommend Holiday University Oaks to other families.

My parents were moved to Martin Crest from another facility in January. I can not say enough positive things about Martin Crest. The staff is caring, compassionate, and very friendly. The food is exceptional and they have many activities to keep the residents busy. My father recently passed away and the support the nurses, staff and care givers provided during this time felt like family. Martin Crest is a wonderful and caring facility!
