I would highly recommend Azalea Trails Assisted Living and Memory Care to others. This is a hard process to go through. They were more than patient and accommodating with our issues as they came up. My parents love the food. It's served by a great group of sweet women who seem to care. So far, communication with the family has been minimal. I guess they are handling the little issues that come up and will contact us if they become bigger issues. My parents are very social. Daddy sees his time there as a ministry to encourage "old people". He's 91. Lol. Everyday, my parents like it here more and more. Daddy feels that it's the perfect place for them. They've been here for two months now and we feel a great sense of relief feeling that they are well cared for. Praying things continue in this direction as my parents and our family navigate this unknown future. But today.......life is good!

The Administrator [name removed] was amazing and very helpful. The staff is what sticks out most about this facility. The friendliness and the respect that they have for my family and our needs. I would recommend Walnut Creek to others looking.

Holiday Lakeshore Estates is a great place to live! What I like most about this community is the helpful staff members. My neighbors, the food that is prepared and the rent are also excellent. I would certainly recommend Holiday Lakeshore Estates to anyone

Based on our experience so far, we would give 5 stars to every category. We cannot comment on the value for cost since I don't know about other places for the exact same services. However the staff take such good care of my dad and the cleanliness and activities are top notch. So far so good. We would recommend Bristol Park community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones

Cowhorn Creek Estates is a friendly place. Clean. Good about 85 percent on food. Lots to do each day. Bus trips to shop and doctor. Plus day trips outings on bus. Overall great place to live. I searched and toured other places in my area, and this one was the Best for me.

Our family and loved one have had a great experience with Elison of Bella Vita. The community is clean. The staff are is friendly, caring, and helpful. Everyone is very welcoming. There are meals and activities provided to keep the residents engaged and social. Overall, we would recommend the community to others.

The Holiday Renaissance was also nice but it is geared more toward independent living. Their assisted living section is small (33 residents) and separate from the independent living area so it seemed like there were fewer facilities available to the assisted living residents. But otherwise it was very nice. Unfortunately my mother requires a higher level of care than they were able to offer and they were very kind and upfront about that when they met her.

We picked this community, because of your suggestion from A Place for Mom to take a look. I compared it to some a little closer to my home it was cleaner and very close in price. Worth the little extra drive. It is on a beautiful location. Clean and Friendly. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Lyndale Edmond Senior Living are friendly and accommodating. It is a nice place, and the food is good. The price is also the best around.

My father is currently a resident at HarborChase of South Oklahoma City and it's been a great experience. The staff is excellent and everyone is friendly. The food is outstanding. The Value for Cost is next level. I would most definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The Viera Senior Living facility and the staff are above average. It is more expensive than some of facilities in the area, but the level of care and overall attitude of the staff is worth the extra cost. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would 100% absolutely recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

The staff members are super friendly and all of the activities are great. The negatives about Landon Ridge is that they have had to micro manage our loved ones hygiene and medication - which we pay for but we are working on that.

What we really like most about Holiday Renaissance - Austin is the people working there, they are super nice and very helpful. The community is also very clean. Based on the experience so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We have had a great experience so far. The staff at Bristol Park at Amarillo is very friendly and helpful. And Grandmother is enjoying herself there.

We picked this community, because my loved one was familiar with the facility. I looked at other places, and this one is smaller, and more intimitae. it's bright, light, and very nice. The smallness allows them to have a more intimate setting. The location is excellent. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Brennity was it hands down, I can walk there or bring the golf cart, that's how close they are! The proximity overshadowed any other benefits of other facilities we looked at. The only thing that I would suggest is to have a guide book or handbook for the resident to make acclimation to the facility more seamless. Staff are all very friendly. The apartments are very spacious! They have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt. The kitchen and laundry rooms are generous and full size. They have lots of windows so it is bright and makes it seem larger. Another bonus has been connecting with Avanti Healthcare. They have health care providers come to the apt; OT, PT, dermatologist, PCP, social worker,...they even had labs done in the comfort of their new home.

Our family had an in person tour with Elison of Pinecrest and we thought the tour experience was excellent and would of been acceptable for our loved one. We just decided to go with another community because of the location, the price and the aesthetics.

We picked this community, because the independent living side had everything we were looking for. Good food, and large apartment close to the center of the building.I would say the independent side is fantastic. But, we moved to the assisted side after and I wouldn't recommend that side!

We have open meetings w/director, head chef etc. so we can always voice our opinions and or ask questions! For example, the chef is working hard on food issue; but, 2of his cooks have retired & since pandemic it's been hard to find cooks who want to work! Once this issue is solved, I feel good issue will be solved! The people who work the concierge desk are are all supportive & helpful no matter the issue 24/7! If they don't know the answer to your query they will find someone who will!
