I am very impressed with this place. They have the friendliest, staff that I have met. They have a wonderful dining area. They offer art and exercise classes, along with wellness meetings. It's expensive but the valur for the money is good. They have well trained staff,everyone is friendly and the customer service is amazing

We had a great tour experience at The Heritage Tomball. We loved all of the staff that we interacted with. Financially, this facility probably would have made the most sense for us. But we were looking for my mom who is more introverted and it is just too large. I know that she would have gotten lost. We even got lost at one point!

I really liked Bristol Park At Cypress. If I were looking for myself or my siblings, this definitely would have been our first choice of places we wanted to go. My mom is more introverted and I just think it would have been too much for her. Also the location was difficult for family. It really did look like an awesome place though.

My loved one has had a good experience with Martin Crest Assisted Living and Memory Care so far. The staff at Martin Crest have been terrific and very attentive to my mother.

The Heritage Tomball was a very close second for us. The only thing we did not like about this facility was that it was an old hospital, so there were a lot of rooms and hallways. It was very confusing for us so I could not imagine our loved one trying to get around in a wheel chair. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect! It was just the layout was not as open and bright as we wanted.

We chose Lakestone Terrace because of the affordability. Some of the others in the area were just way out of the budget. We could not be happier. My dad has a nice balcony that overlooks the lake and he can watch the geese. He is very happy. The staff and residents are all super friendly. We could not have asked for a better place for our parents and would recommend this facility in a heartbeat.

I think The Brennity at Melbourne Senior Living is great.

We had only positive experiences across the board. A hundred percent, of the staff is fabulous, they had tons of activities, the facility was always clean, and the food was very good. I would highly recommend.

Mirabella Living is just the greatest place. The people are nice and friendly. In the six months my loved one has been there, I've had no problems with their staff. She was in a couple of other places before that were terrible. This place is great. The rooms are clean and organized all the time. They had a group doing Christmas carols when I just visited. And the staff is wonderful, every one of them.

The family is happy with our experience with Walnut Creek. Our loved one seems very happy to be here. The staff communication with the family is good. There is an activities calendar available to let the residents know what is going on.

There is a lot of variety of food options. The food is good. They could do more with the activities, such as adding more of a variety but what they do is pretty good. The value for the money is good, although there will be an increase. They could do better with using the outside seating area more, to get the residents more engaged with outdoor activities.

We toured with Lyndale Edmond and thought it was an absolutely lovely place. The only reason we did not choose this facility was because the location was further away from our house.

Mother is very happy and well cared for!! Lots of activities, great staff, clean, good meals.

Elison of Marietta looked like a great facility. All of the staff answered all of our questions and followed up. We thought out loved one would still be driving and he is not very familiar with this area and it is pretty far from us. That was the main reason we did not choose them.

This was a nice community, but had more of a nursing home feel.

I toured this community and it's a nice place, just not the right fit for my loved one.

If I could give 10s for every category, I would!! This place is awesome! My dad is so happy. He says everyday that he just can't believe he can afford to stay someplace so nice!! I am very pleased .

The value for the money is tremendous. We picked because this community because, it was in our price range. I like that it's a gated community. The staff is friendly. I would recommend to other familes, and have already done so.

My loved one lives here- she is in between needing assisted living and living in a regular apartment. The most important things here- the STAFF! These staff members are kind, patient and helpful. For us, that is SO important! I have been to a LOT of senior living facilities where the staff is aloof, seem annoyed or even hostile. I see some commentary about the building or the interior needing updating- for us, this place feels like a lived in home & we are very happy with it. They keep it super clean & we always see them working on interior/exterior areas. We have had the food several times and found it to be great. Our loved one enjoys the linen table service and the friendly/helpful servers. The once a week house cleaning is so nice & convenient. The cost is very surprisingly low for what you get. It was only a few hundred more than a regular apartment and that includes the 3 meals a day, activities, transportation and housecleaning. We definitely recommend Elison!
