I come here once a week to visit, my grandma, and she is always so happy. The place smells clean and looks nice. I have eaten here a few times, and the food is great! Everyone always says hello and is very friendly.

All of the staff is wonderful - polite, kind and caring - from the top down. They claim no food complaints in years and I believe it. Residents are respected and treated as adults, complete with a weekly happy hour. The apartment was immaculate and move in ready - fresh paint and carpets and housekeeping meets that standard. We give Elison of Orchard Glen an overall excellent rating and highly recommend residency.

My loved one is currently a resident at Bellarose Senior Living and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The move in process went well. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, activities and value for cost are great as well. I would recommend Bellarose Senior Living to others!

She went to The Brennity Senior Living community and is is very happy Different from assisted she has better choices in what she eats and everyone's attitude (other seniors) is friendlier.

Toured the community and was able to witness residents partaking in exercise class and the general community. Everyone seemed happy and enjoying themselves. very informative tour with great info!

The staff truly care about their work. The activity program is unique and fun. The use of the Spark program keeps the residents engaged and it enriches their lives. This place is special and I highly recommend it.

Heartis is a wonderful place to place an elderly person. The staff is amazing and really cares for the residents. I would.place either of my parents here. It is one of the cleanest facilities I have ever been in.

Was able to have an in person tour at Heartis Waco. The staff was very friendly and just seemed very pleasant. Place was very clean and looked to be run very well. Might be the right place for my loved one.

I recently went to visit my aunt here at Heartis Waco. The place was clean and very homey. The staff was very attentive and friendly. My aunt loves the care she receives from the staff!! She spoke wonderful words about her stay at Heartis Waco!!

The building was beautiful! The atmosphere was wonderful the staff was so friendly and welcoming! I had lunch durning the tour and it was delicious everything was wonderful! I couldn’t have had a better experience! The staff was so attentive and super friendly a wonderful place!

Heatis has by far gone above and beyond in helping me feel this is a great place for my mother. They've been able to answer all my questions and reassured me in my doubts of my mother's transition between care. The joy I've felt in seeing my mother being comfortable and well cared for is fantastic. The care givers I've encountered have always been helpful. Thank you for the care you're providing for my loved one.

First impression of Fox Run was amazing. People were so friendly and helpful. I didn't feel like I needed to look elsewhere.

So far very positive. We picked this community because of the location cost and services offered. I would recommend to others.

My Grandmother moved in quite a while ago but has moved to memory care. Their activity program in memory care is fantastic! When we go to visit we have to make sure to come at specific times so we don't interfere with her day. They are doing activities all day long and seem to be really engaged in the activities as well. Thank you!

From the beginning/our tour of The Heritage Tomball Senior Living, our experience has been positive. [Name removed] was our contact and was very informative about the facility and was interested in our loved one's needs. The overall cleanliness of the facility is spot on. Very seldom are there any lingering unpleasant odors. The friendliness of the staff and the attendants is astonishing. From the very beginning, everyone was very pleasant. The quality of care is sufficient for my loved one's needs. The staff is outstanding! From [name removed], the Executive Director, to most of the attendants. The food is an area of concern for my loved one, it is not good. However, the staff is aware and the Executive Director is fully aware and taking the necessary steps to make changes and improvements. Time will tell. My loved one is very active in most of the daily activities. From breakfast to Bible study to exercising to lunch to bingo...all before 3pm! On Fridays they have Happy Hour. Exercise classes are a mix from day to day (noodles, drum, etc). On days that there is no bingo, it's a movie day with popcorn, tea party, luau, hangman, board games...so much to name. As for the Value for your money....there's no question that facilities are expensive. The value that I place on Heritage is good. The value that I place is more on if my loved one is SAFE. I feel at ease that she is there and that I don't worry much. Overall, The Heritage Tomball Senior Living is a great facility.

I only visited two properties. Lyndale was very clean. I liked the apartments better and of course Ginny was very friendly and accommodating!We are very pleased with Lyndale!

Friendliest staff who knew all the residents by name and spoke to them. Lots of daily activities and on the weekends. Good communication with doctors. Great food. Large apartments. Not set up like a fishbowl Worked well with the family in the transition and weren't anal. Worked well with the hospital in the transition

My students have been accepted with open arms at Springlake. The students spend time with the residents during each holiday by making them homemade cards and playing bingo. The residents as well as the staff are warm and caring. The students and the residents enjoy every minute as they form special relationships with each other. Great place to be!
