The administration at Holiday Fox Run was very welcoming & informative of all they have to offer. We were pleased with the forre and the rooms are clean & pleasing atmosphere. We highly recommend this place as a senior living option.

All of the staff that I have met have been very nice, very professional. The overall facility looks very clean and well kept. I rated the cleanliness a 3 because they weren't cleaning my loved one's room very well and I had to ask them to change her sheets. The contract states that room cleaning and sheets are done weekly. I spoke to management and it has been rectified. The management has an open door policy and has been responsive and proactive with any questions or concerns. They were all very helpful when my loved one moved in. They even suggested movers. The meals and atmosphere are of restaurant quality. My loved one and her friends always comment to me about the good meals. I would highly recommend Harbor Chase of Wildwood. They were recently bought out and as of today they are Sagora. That said, I hope I can say the same good things after a few months under new ownership.

Staff very supportive of resident's needs and concerns. They are always available to address residents. We have weekly housekeeping in the villas. We are comfortable with what they're doing. Chef [name removed] and staff prepare wonderful meals. Special event meals rival what the best restaurants in Houston can offer. Variety of vegetables that are properly cooked can't be beaten. Our Sunday omelet bar is the best ever! I would 1000% recommend Landon Ridge at Sugar Land Independent Living! We've looked at over 50 Senior Living Communities in the past 20 years. Landon Ridge is in our top 5!

My mother had a stroke in October, which further damaged her memory-she has Alzheimer's. We had a horrible experience with the skilled nursing facility she was sent to after discharge from the hospital. Wilshire was able to assess her, complete paperwork, payment and move in the same day. We ate dinner with her the first night and the meal was restaurant quality. They provide the menu for the next week every Saturday and if the resident doesn't like the meal, they have several options to pick from instead. I have not had issues with her room not being cleaned. They have washing machines available for the residents or family to do their laundry there. I receive texts from care staff on how she is doing and can ask. We did have an issue with the nurse that was recently hired, but they replaced her before I had the chance to talk to them. Anytime I have a question, I'm helped and provided the info I need. I would highly recommend Wilshire to others.

You can’t ask for a better place it’s beautiful well-maintained and the food is awesome. My friends family lives here and they just enjoy all of the wonderful activities and great things staff and management staff due for them. No one can ask for a better assisted-living and memory care. I am. Pleased to say that this community goes above and beyond and they really care about their residence. They deserve more than five stars.

Of all of the places we considered, Elison was by far the friendliest. The vibe from the residents is very positive and welcoming. It's easy for staff to put on a friendly face, but you can't fake the vibe from the residence. Elison is very efficient and well run. At the same time, they manage to foster a feeling of openness and freedom we didn't get at other places. Only criticism is they have yet to hang my Dad's pictures in his room.

As I stepped through the doors of Heritage oaks, I was immediately struck by the warmth and brightness of the space. Sunlight streamed in through large windows, illuminating the hallways and creating a sense of cheerful vibrancy. The walls, painted in soft, inviting colors, were adorned with cheerful artwork and photographs, further enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.

Our mother has lived here for 1 year and we have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Everyone is so caring & the facility is kept & maintained so well. We love it!

I have been very happy with Pinecrest. I would give a 5 in all categories. The only area I would probably say 4, would be food, and that is food in assisted-living only. The food for independent living is very good. The friendliness and energy in the entire facility is very upbeat. That includes the staff and the residents. Level of care in assisted-living has been very solid.

I stopped by to visit this community today and it was simply amazing! The massive dining room when you enter is something to be seen. Staff and residents were very pleasant made me feel like family. Definitely a place worth looking at!

I can't express how much I appreciate HarborChase and the way my mom is cared for by all of the staff. Every time I visit her, I notice how attentive the staff is towards all of the residents. My mom had reservations initially about residing there, but now she is so happy, and brags about staff members who go out of their way to make her feel like she is part of the family at HarborChase. I was impressed when I was notified she would have a special day by having a group of ballerinas perform for her and all of the residents, and give her signed ballerina shows by the performers. She was a ballerina growing up and eventually became an instructor. I could tell by the pictures HarborChase sent me how much that meant to my mom. I feel my mom is very lucky HarborChase was able to provide a new home for my mom and make her feel special!

I cannot rate the food since I haven't seen nor eaten it! But, even though my aunt tells me it isn't good (!), she starts asking when it's time to eat at least a half hour early and rushes to get seated in the dining room! She has dementia and seems to be getting excellent care. She has made friends and interacts with the people all day. She was previously in a place where she stayed in her room alone all day and slept most of the day. I would recommend HarborChase of Wildwood to others.

I am currently a resident at Elison of Pinecrest and everything at this facility has been great for me. I love this place! There are plenty of things to do. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, activities and value for cost are also great. I would recommend Elison of Pinecrest to others.

When I first walked into the facility and felt like home, the community of residences were friendly kind. One particular person was like the tour guide, and a representative that shared how much he liked living there. The staff was nice. The room was a perfect size...it did feel like home.

Bailey Pointe is a very nice place. When we took a tour, we were very impressed with the brightness of the building, cleanliness and friendliness of everyone we met. All the residents were happy and told us how much they like living there. It feels like a big family.

I have recommended to others. I picked this community because I liked it.

All 5 stars. Holiday Prairie Rose is a very friendly facility. My brother-in-law who is here has a studio apartment and it is very roomy. The facility is very clean. I would recommend Prairie Rose to others looking.
