The staff is kind, courteous and helpful. The "main desk" person can tell me right away where my mom is and what she's doing. She rarely uses the kitchen, as the food served at mealtime is delicious and generously portioned. The food is the best in town! The apartments are pleasant, many with balconies or a door to outside to allow a nice breeze if desired. She has a good sized living room, bedroom and dining area with a nice kitchen, refrigerator and microwave.

We are having difficulties currently keeping a good chef and servers. There is not one thing in particular that we like the best, we just really enjoy the surroundings, the friendly people and the friendly staff.

We chose Holiday Fox Run Estates because of the location and the price for services. The management is very considerate and caring also. We did get word that there will be new ownership change this month to Sagora Senior Living.

My mom has a vibrant social life at Bristol Park and enjoys the activities they have going on. We know that our loved one is safe and is looked after. The staff really cares about her Mom has a vibrant social life and activities. We know she is safe and looked after and the staff cares about her.

[names removed] are amazing. All of the staff are helpful and smiling. The cafeteria food is good and the building is clean and smells nice. The services provided are great. My parents are very happy there.

Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch is consistently amazing! Landon Ridge is very communicative with us and provide valuable information as needed. Initially we were nervous to move her in but quickly realized it was for the best. Peace of mind is so important and we have that with Landon Ridge.

Great place to live. Three meals great food. Activities are super. Friendly environment. Grounds are well kept. Kitchens lack stoves or stove top. A microwave is allowed. Space for my apartment is more than enough room. It has a balcony which has restrictions, no grills.

The representatives at Pecan Point have been exceptionally professional, very helpful of everything that we needed coming into the move and even now on a day to day basis. We love the facilities and my Aunt is has grown to love it in such a short time. We are very happy with the staff, the food, and the fact that from top to bottom the willingness to help is always front and center.

We looked at a lot of assisted living facilities in the area to move my father closer to where we live. We wondered in on a Sunday afternoon, unannounced, and was immediately met by the staff. We were given a very warm welcome and an impromptu tour. Met more of the staff, and some residents, who were involved in an activity, and all were very friendly and seemed to welcome our visit. The facility was very clean and bright and appeared very well cared for. What was most important to me was the lack of staff turnover and the consistency of care. All the staff and caregivers are employees and seem to be very committed to Pecan Point and the residents. The move in process was very thorough, meeting with both the director and the head of nursing. Everyone has been very helpful and thoughtful during the transition to help my father feel welcome & comfortable. We are very please with our decision.

I toured and struggled to get through the tour w/out crying because this is a hard decision. The sales manager & team made me feel so at home and at ease. We will be moving mom in soon!

My parents have kept in touch with their previous neighbors and have recommended Landon Ridge at Sugar Land Independent Living to all of their friends. The quality of the meals is top notch, friendly staff, very clean. We have no complaints. They are so happy to be a part of this facility.

I actually chose this facility because my best friend had her dad there before he passed and she highly recommended it. Great price on care...apartment is very nice and priced comparison to others but cost of care is much less than her previous facility. My mother is very happy at Mirabella! Staff is great...they have a concierge daily until 730pm just to answer questions and help residents.

Elison of Marietta is close to our home and they are friendly to all of us. I think that made [name removed] move at ease. Therapy was a big help to her and to us.

Landon Ridge AR is a beautiful community. The management down to the staff all care for the residents with such passion and commitment. I couldn't ask for a better home for my mother! The maintenance and culinary departments are outstanding as well. The food is delicious, and I probably eat at the facility around 4 times a week.

Aberdeen Heights is a warm, friendly, family-oriented Assisted Living. I was so nervous about moving my mom from her home, but she has loved every minute there! The majority of their staff has been their for many years, and they treat the residents just like their own family. The meals are exceptional, and my mom's social calendar is so much better than mine, because there are so many wonderful activities for each resident to participate in! I recommend Aberdeen to everyone, because the people there make it a very special place. I know my mom is in wonderful, caring hands!

We give Martin Crest Assisted Living and Memory Care community a 5 overall. It has the best care for our loved one and all of the staff are very kind and caring,

The facility is super nice. The rooms are just the right size for what we needed. All of the staff has been wonderful with my Dad as well as the other residents. We are very pleased.

Fox Run has been my home for nearly 11 years. The management is friendly and helpful. Our activities director plans fun activities for everyone. The food is delicious with several choices. The building is remodeled and looks beautiful. I feel safe and loved at Fox Run.

Just like most places, the food varies--sometimes it is excellent and sometimes it is not so excellent. The best thing about this place is the price--lower than most places for the senior amenities that they offer--3 free meals--utilities included in rent (including cable tv)--room cleaned once a week--exercise room-- various activities--ride to morning appointments--and, inexpensive rides from Round Rock Rides and Z-Trip taxi are easily available. Friendly, helpful staff. I also like the location--very near 620 and I-35. I love the huge old trees and the fact that it is only 2-stories high--makes it feel more homey to me.

The facility is beautiful and easy to get around. The staff is excellent and engaging. They have lots of great things to keep the residents entertained and engaged with one another. Great communications with the family. I feel safe with my mom there. The moving in process was fine. I would definitely recommend this facility.
