Elison of Marietta looked like a great facility. All of the staff answered all of our questions and followed up. We thought out loved one would still be driving and he is not very familiar with this area and it is pretty far from us. That was the main reason we did not choose them.

This was a nice community, but had more of a nursing home feel.

I would highly recommend this facility. They have everything I was looking for as being a retired geriatric nurse.

I toured this community and it's a nice place, just not the right fit for my loved one.

If I could give 10s for every category, I would!! This place is awesome! My dad is so happy. He says everyday that he just can't believe he can afford to stay someplace so nice!! I am very pleased .

The value for the money is tremendous. We picked because this community because, it was in our price range. I like that it's a gated community. The staff is friendly. I would recommend to other familes, and have already done so.

My loved one lives here- she is in between needing assisted living and living in a regular apartment. The most important things here- the STAFF! These staff members are kind, patient and helpful. For us, that is SO important! I have been to a LOT of senior living facilities where the staff is aloof, seem annoyed or even hostile. I see some commentary about the building or the interior needing updating- for us, this place feels like a lived in home & we are very happy with it. They keep it super clean & we always see them working on interior/exterior areas. We have had the food several times and found it to be great. Our loved one enjoys the linen table service and the friendly/helpful servers. The once a week house cleaning is so nice & convenient. The cost is very surprisingly low for what you get. It was only a few hundred more than a regular apartment and that includes the 3 meals a day, activities, transportation and housecleaning. We definitely recommend Elison!

Elison of Niles is a very nice place to live. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Residents are all friendly, they will always ask how I am doing with a smile. I will recommend this place to my friends.

The two ladies that we dealt with when inquiring about Elison were very nice and helpful. The staff members that I have encountered have been very friendly and welcoming. This was not an easy move especially for my mom because she and my dad were at their former place for almost 50 years. However, I think it was a good choice for my parents. It's so much nicer than the apartment they were renting and has 2 bathrooms. My parents have a one-bed with a den and it is by far the most spacious we had seen for the money. It was also one of the only places with two bathrooms, which my parents really love. They have a kitchenette with a decent size refrigerator and a small stove so my mom can cook if she wants to, which was important to her. There was also a good deal of closet space, which was important. As far as the food goes, meals are generally good but portions can be on the smaller side depending on the item. Some items are tastier than others. My mom tells me that they are working on improving the meals and do ask the residents for their opinion. Of all the nicer places we visited, Elison offered my parents the most space for the best price. Other places were cheaper but did not offer anywhere close to the space they have or the amenities they wanted.

The overall feel and cleanliness really stuck out to us with this facility. Very homey environment. They do have activities. It's a clean facility, housekeeping is done daily. They were always accommodating in my requests for laundry, etc. I would recommend them to friends and family. And I would always check in regularly to make sure everything was to my expectations.

Eveything has been great. They have been really helpful, and we have never had a problem. They have done everything that we have needed. My loved one is eating well and doing really well. The activites is great, and my loved one has partcipated in a few, and enjoyed them. It's always something to do. We needed a place to keep our loved one safe, and they are def serving them very well. My other family members, were impressed with the facility, and cleanliness. The staff is amazing, very caring, and attentive to the residents. I would highly recommend.

This is such a beautiful place, very nice living areas and dining room. We love the parties and amount of group activities through the day that our family gets involved in. Friendly staff, great place! Very happy here! .

What we really like about Brayden Park is that she has someone there for her at all times just in case she needs the help.

I would highly recommend the community for your loved ones. In I have also already recommend the community to a friend. The staff are friendly and compassionate. They are always willing to answer our questions and they have been willing to take the time to speak with the family. We love this community and our experience. The food has been very good. We have even had a chance to dine with our loved ones. The community's dining staff are willing to try and accommodate the resident's requests. The staff have been willing to try and assist our loved ones in feeling comfortable in the community, being compassionate, and you can tell they care. The community has been doing upgrades to the memory care unit, and the Executive Director is willing to pitch in to get things accomplished.

The room is normally pretty clean. We picked this community because of the convience, it was close to my home and they had an opening when I needed to place my loved one. The communication is pretty good. Overall, it's above average.

Heartis Arlington gets 5 stars for everything, I have had no complaints what-so-ever. They treated my dad with the utmost love and respect. The thing that sticks out most about this facility would be the caregivers. They really seem to love their jobs and genuinely care about the residents. I am a retired hospice registered nurse, so I have been to and seen a lot of different facilities.

The staff is great. The location and facility are great. Mom just does not care much for the food

The place is very unique. Most places are built like a high rise with small courtyard. This place has gorgeous and huge interior courtyard. Great walking trail and shaded. Half of the apartments face it. A true hidden gem that really makes a home feel. Long wide hallways that wrap around it. Not on a busy road so very quiet and peaceful yet close to all grocery-shopping etc... you might need. The director [name removed] and assistant director [name removed] are smart, kind and responsive. And the residents are truly happy there. We personally liked the fact the Renaissance also has assisted living so we have progression of care. So we can move from independent to assisted as needed.

I have been here for a rewarding 5 months. I have met some of the most loving people. I felt right at home from day one. We laugh together and share stories together. We enjoy eating together. We all do activities together. I am so glad I picked Eastdall Estates as my new home.

We had a very nice tour experience at Heritage Place. The gal showing us around was very well dressed, professional, and gave us a lot of great information. She even walked us out to the car afterwards and gave us a goody-bag of homeade cookies. The reason we did not choose this facility was because the room that my mom would have had was far away from the dining room and she was not very mobile at the time. Other than that it seemed like a great facility.
