My mom is living here at this community and so far she has found a friend she knows. She socializes with the ladies and plays occasional bingo. She thinks the food is good but I feel there are too many high-carbs. I'm almost here everyday so I see the welcoming staff and a clean community that does not have an odor when you enter. I did have a few "hiccups" but the staff have resolved it. Overall my mom is doing good and I would recommend this place.

A very nice community, lovely people

We are not thrilled with the food at this community. One dinner we attended they had vegetable beef soup for one course and pork and beans with corn bread for another. The meals do not seem healthy. Mom does participate in some activities offered and the staff are superb. I would recommend Brentwood Estates.

Really nice facility. Close to house. No memory care or keypad entry. The unit I was shown was a very odd shape and I couldn't picture mom in there. Affordable. Maybe other units will open up. Overall a very positive impression.

This community looks nice and looks clean, nothing seem out of the ordinary. I did like this community but the layout was more open than what I need for my dad. I feel that my dad would have to work hard to get around this place. The staff were all nice and the residents also seemed to be more mobile than my dad. It just didn't seem suitable for my dad's needs. Overall I enjoyed my tour and all went well.

This community is clean for the most part but it seems they can do better for residents and guests like having enough toilet paper and paper towels in the public restrooms. I did have to ask the custodians to clean my dads room twice. The staff are welcoming and caring towards my dad and our family. The community has activities available. I would recommend this community as long as you are there for your loved one on a consistent basis.

The staff at Aberdeen welcomed us in with open arms. They realize that the decision to move our mother was a family decision and had endless patience with our questions and concerns. They did everything they could to make the transition as easy as possible. The director Anita and Robin who was our first contact really listened to my concerns and suggestions for helping my mother feel more comfortable once we moved her in. Such a clean and cozy HOME for my mother! And the food is delicious!! We are very happy with our choice of Aberdeen Heights!

This community is brand new and took some time adjusting to the kinks but otherwise it is going good. My dad has made friends and is joining in a few activities that are provided. I like the proper care the staff give like cleaning dad's room and doing his laundry and they are always welcoming and nice upon my visits. My dad really likes the food, he has not complained yet. The community is always well maintained and cleaned in and out daily.

it is clean but the interior is outdated and the lighting in her apartment is not good. The food is very good but the portions are small. The care so far has been good for the most part. She has had issues with one of the caregivers. She pushed her button for someone to take her to the dining room in her wheelchair. When the caregiver came she was told not to push her button unless it was an emergency. The buttons around the neck are to let the caregivers know you are ready to go. She has had insects including ants in the bathroom and large spiders. They did send someone to spray and clean them up.

very nice place but is independent living with home health assistance. Not enough care for Mom. She needs more round the clock support.

I found the Watercrest for my father when he moved to San Antonio from Ohio. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the cost is very reasonable. There is genuine care for the needs of the residents. My father has a very active and fun life there.

Everyone seemed to be very responsive. I ate with them in the dining room and the food was good. They did complain and I have seen that the laundry area wasn't very well maintained. The grounds are lovely, and it's a nice place. The housekeeping is cursory at best and that needs to be addressed.

My mother is doing very well at this community and we are very pleased. This is a really nice community everything looks great and very clean. I really enjoy the staff they have been very helpful and kind. There is great activities for the residents and the food is pretty nice. It has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend this community.

I am happy with my move into the this community. The place looks great and I have a nice room to myself. The staff is always there to help when I need it. I think the food could be better. I love the activities, there is always something for me do. The people here very sweet to me and welcomed me with open arms.

My Dad is getting used to things at Rocky Ridge. All of the staff are very helpful and show concern. I like the open layout of the dining and common areas, it's not just a bunch of hallways. My Dad is very pleased with the food options.

We looked here, and it was nice. It was a little more rigid than what we were hoping for with specific mealtimes, and such. We chose something a little more laid back. Seemed to be nice though.

We haven't heard any complaints so far. We liked how new it was. They seem to be happy with it. I would give them a four so far.

Heritage Oaks is the nicest place from everywhere we looked at in the area. We are very happy with it. They had less hidden fees, they showed the total cost up front, extra care was not an added on cost. They have a lot of activities available. I see other residents are always playing bingo, doing puzzes etc. The food is pretty good, very homestyle.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Renaissance! Whenever I visit I'm always impressed with how friendly and respectful the staff are with the residents, and my loved one always says how sweet everyone is to her! She's also had good things to say about the food! They are definitely worth a look for assisted living in the area!
