Everything is going okay for mom with the move to Renaissance Austin. We are very pleased with the community and the arrangements for the move. They offer an assortment of activities and entertainment for the residents. The meals have been fine.

There are many amenities offered in the community and activities. There is a beautician on site and complimentary transportation. At the moment we are surprised that she is adjusting very well. This says a lot the staff is nice and they are keeping her comfortable. She made a new friend and we are so happy for her because she is engaging more.

My family visited Pecan Point and they liked it pretty well. The staff were very helpful and able to answer all of my questions. It was at the top of the list but was a little more expensive than others visited.

My tour went pretty well. I enjoyed the meal they offered me. The staff was kind and courteous. The tour guide was helpful and informative. They offer lovely activities daily. This was one of my top picks. It is a great community, with kind people.

Heartis San Antonio is a new community. When i went for a tour i wasn't able to see any interaction between the staff and residents since they were still in the process of opening. The staff that i did get to meet during my tour were nice and the community was new and clean. The tour guide explained everything that would be offered and gave me a lot of information. I would recommend a tour of the community now that it has been opened.

My loved one is not happy. She feels the staff isn't kind to her and the care is mediocre. the food is not good and I wish they smiled and were friendlier; but the special they were running fit my budget. This makes me sad and I hope to transfer her soon.

Overall our experience with Heartis Eagle Mountain has been a positive one. The staff here is wonderful! They're caring, friendly, and Mom really seems to love the people who work with her! The facility itself is gorgeous and brand new. The only issue we've had is that since the facility is so new there are a few things that haven't quite settled into place. They don't have a permanent director of memory care yet, so some things have been a bit unorganized. But the service is improving as they settle in, and we're very happy overall!

I really liked Harborchase of Huntsville it was a beautiful community throughout. The staff that offered the tour were very kind and informative. The pricing was over budget and the location was simply too far from family. It was worth the time to visit because they do offer many amenities.

This is a great facility. The marketing director spent a lot of time helping me determine what would be best for my father.

The community has many amenities and activities to offer the residents. It was very bright and orderly. The tour staff were very courteous and made me feel welcome. We needed more space and the units were a lot smaller than what we were looking for.

Heartis Amarillo is a gorgeous community. They have a number of activities for the residents to participate in. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to address all of my concerns.

This is a nice community. The people we met were friendly and very helpful. They let me know that when a resident needs more assistance for memory care they move them to a neighboring community. My aunt needed a lockdown community so this one would not work for us.

The statesmen is very clean, the staff was informative in showing us all the amenities available. We have had several friends that spent time at this facility. They are setup for many activities for the patrons. The layout of the rooms was very good. It seemed very clean and the dining room was clean and well organized. The cost could escalate quickly with personal care options. The price of the units seem to be consistent with other facilities.

This is a wonderful community and my mom seems to be happy here. The staff are nice people and communicate with me good. The facility is absolutely clean! My mom loves the food that is made.

My tour of this facility went well. It was a nice experience. This is a good community with a friendly staff. From what I saw the community looked great. There is good food and nice activities offered. It was a nice tour.

The food at Fox Run Estates is excellent. My grandma is still trying to adjust to living in this independent community. They do also offer some home health and other assistance for the residents if needed. The staff are helpful and there is good communication with them.

My mother in law loves it here, we are very pleased with this community. The owners are great, and the staff is very good. They have been very helpful and welcoming. They do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. There are activities offered for the residents. They serve wonderful meals, the food is very good. A place for mom really put me on the right track. I would move here when I retire. It is a lovely place and I would recommend it.

Mom has been there a month and everything is going well. The caregivers are fantastic.

Very nice but not in my price range

College campus type environment. Reasonably priced but memory care not particularly secure. Very nice area and ambiance.
