My mom has recently settled into living at Brentwood Estates in Lincoln, NE. We were pleased to have her apartment receive a complete remodel. There were a few minor maintenance repairs still needed after moving in; these repairs were completed a prompt timely manner and we are most grateful. The management staff and residents are warm, friendly and caring. On her first day, management checked on her at least four times throughout the day. Residents neighbors also introduced themselves. The food is very good as well. Housekeeping does a good job keeping her apartment very clean. Residents invite her to participate in the activities which has helped her to meet people and to keep busy, which is good. We are using the traveling nursing service, which has caused my mom some frustration, most likely due to her brain injury. Otherwise, we are most grateful and very happy to have found and located mom to Brentwood Estates

This was a nice community and the staff we met during our tour were nice. The community was clean and they offer daily activities. The only available rooms were farther away from the dining room so this is why we did not choose this community. This is a larger community.

My friend has been enjoying the activities that are offered to her. The meals have been great. I would definitely recommend Rosewood Estates to family and friends. It's kept clean and organized. The staff has been wonderful communicating. I really like that the staff personal are really nice as well.

The food is delivered hot and the dining room is like a restaurant. The staff are really nice and do a good job. The building is kept clean as well as it is open and airy. They offer activities in the morning and sometimes special activities in the evening. I would recommend this community.

Trying to arrange for a safe and comfortable place for a sibling who lives over 1200 miles away is a challenge, to say the least. The staff at Heritage Place were very helpful in providing options and solutions for my brother. We even received referrals for help in the actual move - all done through email and phone calls. He's happier now than he has been in over 10 years!

This is a excellent community for my aunt. She loves the grounds that are well kept and her room is taken care of for her very nicely. The meals are very good and she said that the staff if very good to her. She is very happy at this place she calls home.

So far everything is going very well for me at this community. I really do like this community, it is a wonderful place. The staff is very kind, they are always there when I need some help. There are many activities offered. The meals are excellent. Overall I'am pleased with the community and everything they have done for me.

I have not had a lot of interaction with the staff but they were very nice when we moved mom in. The food is good and there are a variety of healthy choices. The community is clean and well maintained. Mom has only been there a month so she has not participated in many of the activities entered.

I was very impressed with this community. It is well established and well managed. They have everything going very smoothly here. I loved my tour of the facility. They have an amazing manager/director, he is very wise, knowledgeable and helpful. The residents are cheerful, very nice and friendly. They all looked very happy and comfortable. The community had a very homey atmosphere. They are able to provide high levels of care if needed. My tour went very well and I would recommend this community.

REALLY NICE PLACE!!!! Nothing like I expected! Beautiful grounds..... Nicest people and staff.... The food and dining area is top notch.... I am very pleased with Lakestone Terrace. I'd recommend it to anyone. ?? Stephanie

Friendly staff. My mom stayed 3 weeks during a "respite stay". The monthly cost reflects the cost of $150/day calculated for a monthly amount since a daily amount was not provided for this survey. When we checked my mom out of the facility and gathered her personal belongings - we were missing some of our flatware and washcloths. Either my mom threw them away or the items disappeared.

Jody and all the staff at Bella Vita made the decision and transition for my Mom a positive and heart warming experience. A concerned daughter couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Overall our experience with Cowhorn Creek Estates has been a good one! The staff here is friendly, accommodating, and my loved one really seems to have settled in well here. The facility is clean and well kept, and I like that they'll tidy up his room and clean his linens once a week. They also help out with his dog, and will walk it twice a day. It's a nice place, overall!

Very friendly staff and helpful. All questions asked were promptly answered. Facility is in great location and has all services needed by Seniors. My Mom is happy here.

The staff is nice and some care more than others, but I'm glad I'm here.

We really liked this place when we toured. It was in our top two. The other place ended up being a little bit better of a fit, for our loved one and where she is in life right now. It was a nice place, but ended up coming in a close second.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Heritage Place! It's a clean, nice looking facility, and they do a great job looking after the residents. The care staff is awesome, I've got only good things to say about them! I also like that a lot of the in-room amenities are included in the price, we didn't have to worry about getting Dad new appliances or signing up for cable. Really my only complaint is about the dining service. The food is very good, but they always seem to be a bit understaffed in the dining room so the service is slow. But overall it's been a very good experience, and Dad has really settled in quickly!

Every one is responsive and helpful

Great place so far. My mom (91) is being pulled in by the other residents. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I would definitely recommend.

I would tell others if they need a place like this for a loved one, Heritage Place is the place to choose. My mom is doing fine there, gaining weight, doing exercise and she is improving. She is always talking about how friendly they are. Everything she has said about this community has been positive. There are a lot of activities, exercise classes, she's keeping busy. Everytime we visit she tells us how much she loves the food. We have recommended Heritage Place to several people.
