We were very happy with Waterford, we pretty much had a good experience. They were very caring and friendly, and we would recommend this community to others.

We did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us.

They are putting in good efforts to bring back the activities, but they are still pretty limited. We do think the value for cost is appropriate and we would recommend The Brennity community to others.

Our loved one absolutely does not like the food at all, however they are doing some activities like bingo which is her favorite. They also have boccie ball and we do think the value for cost is fair.

The room sizes and updates they made are nice. The central gathering area is also very nice. The staff is top-notch, I would recommend this community to others.

I would certainly recommend Prairie Rose. I've been in to visit at least a dozen times. They have a very friendly, supportive staff. And they've gone the extra mile with my loved one to help her and accommodate her. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. My loved one thinks the food is fine sometimes, and other days she doesn't like what they serve. But I imagine trying to serve 120 people of any age and please them all is impossible. The dining is a lot like a college dorm situation where somedays you find things you like and other days you don't. I would assume that is the same as at any retirement community. They have a fair amount of activities, for instance bingo, exercise classes. They've cut back on activities due to corona virus, so they're not doing external outings like they used to. But I think those things are loosening up.

We chose Landon Ridge at the time because they had a cottage available which is what we preferred. The grounds and the people we talked to all seemed really good and it was a relatively new facility. The meals here are chef prepared and they put out a menu every week with choices. With the circumstances they have prevented us from knowing it better but I would recommend to them to others looking.

If you don't have dementia, it's a very nice place to be. I'd rather have my loved one here than other places I looked at or that my loved one has lived in before. Everyone is very friendly, not a single person I've spoken with has been ugly. I love the staff. The cost is very reasonable, the most efficient we've encountered so far. My biggest complaint is with cleanliness. During quarantine periods, housekeeping isn't allowed to come into the individual apartments to clean. And by the time they can come in, it's filthy. Half the time there isn't toilet paper in the bathroom, and the floors aren't clean. I'm not happy with housekeeping. I would not keep my house that way. I do acknowledge the challenge, that it's not reasonable or possible for them to come in every day to clean. But it's a good place, and I do love the atmosphere and the people.

The community is very clean and the staff members are very friendly.

During the time our loved one was there it was a blessing

I looked at a lot of other places and we chose Martin Crest because the facility itself is very pretty, very clean, and they take great care of my mom here. She has a veryy nice apartment and she really likes the food here. They were recently bought out and the staff has changed a lot, I do not think they are as responsive as the older group was. They have only had 1 case of COVID since March so that has been great, but now to get into the facility I have to go through COVID training to get in to see my mom. I have called 3 times to try and get it scheduled so I can get in to see her and no one has returned my calls. But overall I would still say this is the best facility in the Weatherford area.

I enjoy living in this community. Sure there are some things that I would like to see changed; the food and menu but I understand you can't please everyone.

I moved in at Elmcroft of Pinecrest on [date removed], so I can only comment on living here for almost two months during the COVID-19 and the restrictions were placed on the residents. I live in a Studio Apartment and love it. [name removed], Marketing Coordinator, was a godsend to me during my move-in and almost everyday after. [name removed] goes beyond the call of duty to help residents. I am blessed that my family chose Elmcroft of Pinecrest for me. I have met some loving and compassionate aides who cheer me up and make me laugh and that makes my day. Since the governor has lifted some of the restrictions placed upon us, we are now allowed to go to the activities room where I have met some nice people. I am looking forward for the dining room to open so I can meet more nice people who live here. Everyone is so friendly and kind. At first I thought I would only be here a couple months, but after seeing the pictures of the beautifully decorated lobby for Christmas, I am not going to leave here. Whenever I have had a concern, there was someone to help me and comfort me. I don't think you can find that at many other facilities. Like I said, I feel blessed that my family chose Elmcroft of Pinecrest for me to live. I thank them everyday for that. This is my home and I don't want to leave!

I love Brentwood Estates for my parents. I feel so comfortable having them there. Although, it is independent living the staff watches out for their residents. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you [name removed] and everyone else that makes Brentwood a special place for its seniors!!! I know they have went out of of their way to help my parents when I was unable to be there and always communicate with me.

Tallgrass has been awesome during the pandemic. They have done all they can to keep residents safe. When my parent has a surgery or issue they do all they can to help.

The staff is so helpful especially during these times. They help keep my Mom with everything she needs and is very supportive of her. A lovely staff!

Activities - 10 Housekeeping - 10 Staff - 10 Security - 10 Pet Welcomed - 10 Front Desk - 10 Maintenance - 10 Curbside Appeal - 10 Safety Emphasized - 10 Covid-19 Safety - 10 Food - 2 Too many carbs; Hot foods barely warm, need more fresh vegetables, fresh fruit choices, chicken or tuna salad very skimpy on sandwich (1 Tablespoon), far too many casseroles, way too little protein with pastas. Need fresh green salad daily.

The staff are very courteous and informative, Her room is always clean. She was in two other places prior to living here and I would rate this community double then those. We chose this community because they had both assisted living and memory care I would definitely recommend this community to other families. It is kind of pricey but if you can afford it, it is the place to be.

I was pleased with Ellery Arbor. Most of the caregivers were kind. I felt my husband was safe there. There were several changes in the director position which caused some instability and changes but overall our experience was good. We chose this community for its location and pricing. It is also a beautiful community.
