They really provide those services that make people at this age happy. The have a van for transportation to different areas, there is doctors in the area for the residents as well. The managers live on site and really make it to where problems are fixed very fast and efficiently. During meal time every runs smoothly. They allow pets into their community. They just offer so many amenities for the residents. The staff is sincere and very caring. They seem to really care about the residents. The ground level apartments have small patios. Mackenzi the marketing consultant was really the difference maker when it came to choosing a community. She answered all out questions and really made it an easy choice.

We had a wonderful visit with Marsha. She was very informative and understanding concerning our situation with our parents reluctance to moving.

Ann Marie was amazing. She was able to answer all our questions and address our concerns about the move for Mom. I believe the staff and facility will be perfect for Mom.

I like the way “Rocky Ridge” looks. They have good areas to walk inside with nice and wide halls and they even have paths for people to walk outside, it’s located in a good area. The dinning room is nice, but I wish that they would have a better variety of dinner choices. Mom is a bit of a picky eater and doesn’t really care much for the food. Everyone is friendly and mom feels at home. She found a stylist at the beauty shop that she likes and next time she is going to have her cut her hair. When people go to visit mom everyone is really impressed with the place, and mom even made some friends that have dogs.

The staff has been very helpful up to this point, we have only toured this property. But I would give them 5 stars based on what I've seen.

The staff at Eastdale Estates were warm, helpful and generous with their time. The visit was very useful for my mother to see what lifestyle is available for her future if she elects to reside at a facility like Eastdale Estates.

The Estates was wonderful. The private villas on the lake were just big enough to be comfortable and the view was so pleasing. The main house was clean and very well maintained. The location of the entire complex is very close to a main street and yet still very quiet. Many of the shared living quarters (library) have views of the lake. This is one I would consider.

My sisters and I were very impressed by the attention and care given to the residents, but we may need to look at assisted living options.

We found the Royal Estates to be a great facility. The director was very helpful and the facility is a beautiful and positive place for my mom to move to the next phase of her life. We toured several facilities in our price range and hands down chose the Royal Estates.

Tour completed. Very nice facility, very congenial staff. Large 1 bedroom apartments. 1 bedroom apartment roomy, well laid out, good flow. Nice kitchenette. Good closet space with nice sized ?linen? closet/storage.

Had a nice tour today with mom and dad. Director gave us the prices and we looked over the facility. Dad asked questions and seemed to be pleasantly surprised. I am hopeful that we will have a little more dialogue on this subject. All in all a satisfactory day. have spoken to this facility and am planning on visiting in August when i go to Denison. Very nice people. I have also received invitations twice since beginning for vet talks and ice cream social.

Good size, smells/looks clean, people professional, location good, transition available. Rates reasonable. Best so far.

We visited Orchard Glen and love it. We are hoping to take her there this week for a tour. Right now we are hoping that she will love this place and want to move in.

This is my first choice. Am still meeting with financial advisors. Hope to make moving plans now if all works out. Liked the room set up and services offered.

Everything under one roof, and the director could not have been more helpful. The residents were particulary friendly. They contract on-site thereapy services covered by Medicare, and the faciltiy is very attractive. Pets allowed and rooms a nice size.
