Runk and Pratt Senior Living Communities

I had a good tour experience with Runk and Pratt. The location was further than we were looking for and we were looking for a place that had all inclusive pay so we knew what we would be paying each month.

Of all the facilities we checked out in the area, this was by far the best one. With that being said, there is a shortage of staff members and I feel like the quality of care has gone downhill. They have not been able to follow through on the promises that were made in the beginning when moving in. I would not say that Runk and Pratt is a bad place, it is just not what we were expecting. All of the staff members that I have interacted with have been very friendly and [name removed] at the front desk has been especially amazing. If you are checking out this facility, just make sure to ask every question you have, get an answer, and write it down.

We chose this facility at the time because of the activities that they had to offer and my parents had friends who were already living here. They have various sizes of rooms, but they seem pretty adequate for what they needed. The only negative we had was that they seemed to be consistently short staffed. As far as administration, my parents had long term care insurance, and they were always 2-3 months behind. It is a beautiful facility an the nursing staff and med techs were fabulous and took great care of my parents. Overall, I would recommend.

Everything fine. I like doing puzzles. I can go right outside my room in a rocking chair.

I like it when I can get out and go places. I like it because I can lead bible study.

Parents expressed how great the staff were in helping to make the visitation possible. Good job!

My mother has lived here on AL since May 2018. We are comfortable that she is safe aging in place.

Today was great. Our visit went well. Sometimes communication between staff is challenging but I know these are hard times with covid-19. The staff are very friendly.

I am thankful that my mother is surrounded by loving staff at LR.
