I did a an impromptu FaceTime tour with [name removed], and could not have been more impressed. The facility was beautiful, everything was clean and everyone was smiling and friendly.

I chose this community because is was close to my home and I believe it was the best place I could Find for my brother. The community was bright and uplifting. They staff were just so wonderful. My brother made an immediate impression on them and I really feel they were the most responsive staff I have ever dealt with. The staff had so much respect for the residents, the men were gentlemen and the women were ladies! I really loved the staff ratios and their mindset was just excellent. They have so many activities and they regularly took the residents out and about.

The staff is conscientious and caring. The facility is clean and bright. The grounds are well kept. The activities are many. My father wouldn't be here is it were any different. He is content and well cared for.

Love living in this community. My love the community.

I enjoy visiting my dear friend here at R&P. The staff is warm and caring. They encourage the patients to socialize and attend activities and entertainment. I would (and have) recommended this facility.

Pearls of Life has been a wonderful experience for my dad. The employees are so caring, patients, and knowledgeable about each and every resident. Every time I visit, I can see the genuine love for each resident and their unique situation. Pearls of life has been a true blessing for our family as we navigate through the disease of dementia.

My husband was placed at Pearls of LIfe five weeks ago. I have been very impressed with the care he has received. The workers are very caring and loving. The facility is state of the art and very clean! My husband is very cared for and I am very grateful!

I have visited here numerous times and it always found the facility clean and inviting - always decorated beautifully and seasonally. The people here take pride in performing their job well and taking excellent care of the residents. There are lots of activities going on and the residents enjoy them, This is a well run facility - excellent!

My mom always comments about how helpful and friendly the staff are, they are just exceptional and bend over backwards. She never hesitates to ask for help because they are always so willing to help. The facility is in a beautiful setting, it is up on a mountain top with great views. We really have had no complaints and would highly recommend them to other families who are looking.

Great job at keeping residents free of the coronavirus. Also, the staff as well from being affected by it. Today, it was very much appreciated that [name removed] brought my dad a coffee. I am anxious for my dad's restrictions to be lifted. This is my only disgruntlement. Overall, I am pleased with Runk and Pratt.

Everything is pretty wonderful except they need more staffing, a 21st century emergency/ help call system (not one from the 80s), and to actually fix some of the entertainment equipment. I would recommend to others. They have a beautiful facility & great food

[name removed] was very helpful in taking care of several issues we encountered; hospital bed not in room as requested & bathroom not wheelchair accessible. Facility is clean & common areas nicely decorated. Staff helpful when I had questions. We chose this facility as near a family member, cost was reasonable & they had an opening when needed.
