My name is Lynda Dockery. I am younger than most of the residents at Brookstone. This is an advantage for me because I have lots of "Moms and Dads" ! I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic .I also have several other health issues. . The diabetes and other issues make it impossible to for me to live alone. Brookstone is a wonderful alternative for me. All my physical needs are well taken care of by the qualified staff. I really feel at ease and at home at Brookstone.

My mother was a resident of Brookstone for approximately three years before her passing this year. Mom loved the personnel of Brookstone as part of her own family. The last year of of mom's life was difficult and the staff at Brookstone assisted mom in every way to make her life more enjoyable and pleasant as possible. I still have loved ones at Brookstone and can assure you she has and will be treated as well as my mother was. Thanks to all of you as Brookstone as I count you as my mother did as family. R.S.

My 90 yr old mother has been living at Brookstone for 2 years now. She has enjoyed it. We feel that all the staff is caring and helpful. Meals are good and activities offered for that age is wonderful. When she has had any medical issues come up, the nurse/administration has been quick to notify us so we can address. Highly recommend this facility.

to me brookstone is a very nice place. everyone is very helpful with anything my mother might need. the nurses are really nice and helpful and are always there when needed.i worked for washington regional and had always heard brookstone was a good place for a loved one.

We have been so pleased with Provision Living. The staff is always polite and helpful.

Very thorough tour, they offered me to come back and eat to see how they do their meals.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We have been very happy with our experience at Park Louisville. The staff is caring, personable, and does a great job communicating and collaborating with family members on care.

My loved one is currently having some difficulty getting around and performing -day-to-day tasks, but the staff are sure to take good care of her. She is very happy with this facility!

This is a nice clean well taken care of community. Mom likes the food. They offer daily activities and they even had a party to celebrate Mardi Gras that included family. The staff have always been nice and friendly. This community was a good choice for us and I would recommend it.

Not enough activities for the memory care. Need for more staff in the memory care unit. Communication with family regarding change in owners, contact information and change in facility phone number was poor, no salon in building, no information regarding schedule for church services. Positives: the staff is caring and friendly, the patient rooms are very nice, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.

There nice people here. They do try to help out just not enough staff to do everything. They try to get everyone involved in the activities which is good. The studio apartments are kind of small, the 1 bedrooms are a better size.

The only reason I didn't give a five, is I'm a retired business man and don't believe in a perfect score, on another note, my dad has been very satisfied, loves the staff, mingling with the other residents and likes the atmosphere! Yes, I would recommend Crescent Landing to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one. I did fail to mention, I've been very impressed with the staff, professional but friendly and courteous.

4.5 We have had a few little issues, but over all it has been great. Yes, I would recommend Brookstone Assisted Living community to other families based on the experience so far.

While my aunt was in assisted living her received excellent care. I just moved her to the other side in memory care. I'll find out my next visit. How things are going. The dining hall was elegant , the food good, my aunt enjoyed bingo and going to church. Cresent has events going on often, and they invite family members to attend.

I'd say it was a caring place at all levels - very responsive to individual needs. In our case I think laundry 2x a week (or more) would have been better. Maybe present cost options for laundry if more needed each week. This was primarily because [name removed] was incontinent.

The place is very nice. The staff is friendly, they keep the residents entertained with activities. Its clean. I only had one issue when the wound my dad had was not attended to for two days, but it was immediately abated. Also, I wish they would give family members the code to access the place after business hours

This facility is quite nice and I heard many good things from the other residents and their families. The ONLY complaint I have is that within the first 3 days my dad was there his dentures went missing. We were never able to locate them, so he had no teeth for the 3 weeks he was there before he went into hospice.

They just had a full changeover of the nursing staff (Director of Nursing was let go then all nurses left), they hired a new Director of Nursing and they've been using agency nurses for the last few months for coverage. They held a hiring event and are re-staffing with full time nurses. I've seen a decline in care, communication, and knowledge since the [name removed] was let go and the nurses quit. They are rebuilding and I'm hoping it improves because I can't move my mom because she's too far declined to move her. I've heard the new [name removed] is good and is working on closing the gaps. They have not been meeting my mom's medical needs that I'm paying [amount removed]extra for monthly.

I like the fact it is designed for people with memory issues. It would be an improvement if visitors were given a daily code to exit and enter the fenced in outside space. I have and do highly recommend, it's a great community.
