The management at Brookstone is awesome to work with. The communication with the family is great and I feel like I could call them at any time and get answers to any questions that I might have. The nursing staff is very attentive to my father's needs. He enjoys having church service on Sunday and enjoys having meals with the friends that he has made at the facility. They are very kind to him and keep his room in order and he is very happy because he has the ability to keep his pet with him.

This is a great place for patients with memory care issues. Staff is very involved in keeping patients active and invoked in different activities. There rooms are very clean as is all the common places. Staff is very welcoming to family and provide updates on how your love one's day is going. You really get great care for your loved one. I highly recommend Pinnacle, my Mother came from another facility where she was basically laying in bed all day and could barely walk, which she could do when she went in. This she was moved to Pinnacle she has come alive again! She is like a different person, she is active in activities, she is eating better, just can't say how much she has improved!

Everything the staff members at The Pinnacle do is for the patients and family for an easy transition. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones

Woodland Heights is a place of friendship, activity, attention, and comfort for my parents. It's a wonderful facility to age in place.

Management does not interact with residents enough. I think that she should seek out all new residents. I understand that she has many responsibilities, but it feels like she'd rather not talk to us. Even though my tablemates are 15 and 18 years older than I am, I so enjoy their company. One can't hear or see and another can't hear well, every day one of them make me laugh out loud!

This is a great community. We have been happy with our experience at Woodland Heights. The staff communication with the family has been great! They are responsive to service requests as well. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Charter Senior Living was awesome. The staff was wonderful. And they excel at memory care.

The staff has been great to work with. This is an exclusive memory care community. I don't think there is a better place for memory care residents, than Park. There are residents that are at different stages of their walk with memory care.

My loved ones is enjoying the food. They started off with three meals per day, then went down to two meals per day. The food is good. We are happy with the value for the money. We picked this community because, of the cleanliness, fresh look and smell. The staff is very friendly. My loved ones enjoy playing Bingo, cards, and attending happy hour.

We chose Woodland Heights because of the friendliness of the staff and the overall atmosphere - the location is great as well. The facility is larger so they have more activities offered as well. It is a great place that even I would live! We would recommend them to others looking.

I toured Crescent Landing at Hattiesburg and it was a great tour experience and first impression. We chose another community because it was smaller and I felt like my mom wouldn't get lost in the crowd there. At the same time, it wasn't so small that she wouldn't have anonymity. The price of the other community was also a better fit.

Amazing Facility and incredible Staff. I am so happy I chose this Facility for my Mom who enjoys living here. The staff is amazing and always available for help and are so caring. [name removed] the Administrator cares very much for her residents and has helped me anytime I have an issue. Her concern for my Moms well being as well as the other residents is very comforting. I don’t have to worry about Mom now as I know she is well taking care of and Happy. Thank all for you for the Love and Care you give my Mom.

My husband spent two weeks in Respite Care at Brookstone. We were both impressed with the level of care he received. Especially important was the constant presence and visibility of the staff. They assisted him with personal grooming every morning and helped him with his hearing aids. His medications doses were never missed were given as prescribed by the nurses. He enjoyed the music programs and said the food was great, especially the desserts.

I would recommend this community for your loved ones. The staff are very attentive with my loved one. Some of the meals my loved one likes and some of them she does not. The food is good she just has a personal preference.

Woodland Heights is a really nice place. The staff were extremely friendly and the facility itself was pretty. The downfall for us was that the rooms are just one single room which we felt our loved one may feel trapped and would not like that. But overall I think this facility is a great choice and we would not have hesitated to put him here.

We knew some people who used to live at Brookstone Assisted Living, and they loved it. We thought it was a beautiful place. The campus was just lovely. The food was good. The staff there is very sweet and nice. One of the things we liked is there are more men working there vs. other places we looked at. That would have been really nice for our male loved one to have other males around who he could talk to, rather than all females. We had a difficult decision because really all of the places that we looked at were very nice, and he probably would have been happy at any one of them.

I would say to go talk to this community. They have a lot of entertainment and concerts where people come in and sing songs for the residents. They also have a Friday wine meeting, work out programs and more things to keep the residents active. They even have movie nights with old movies for the residents to watch

Everything has been fantastic across the board. We're 100 percent pleased.

I would recommend Woodland Heights. Nothing is perfect, but I would recommend them. The weekday daytime staff is wonderful. I'm a little bit less excited about the weekend staff. I know they have less staff then, and I don't have the rapport with them that I do with the weekday staff. But that weekday shift is wonderful. Overall I feel my loved one gets good medical care. They're also good about informing us about any medical problems. It's expensive, but they provide good care.

Our experience with Brookstone has been wonderful. They are great people and mom has settled in well here. She has made so many good friends and she absolutely loves it. She is actually starting to gain some weight and is looking much better. They have lots of open courtyards and places to sit outside, you do not feel like you are trapped in a building. The rooms either look into woods or the inner courtyard, even in the memory care unit. Memory care also has their own courtyard and it is lovely. For what they offer, the value for the money is great. They do allow dogs as well which is great. They do happy hours every Friday night and the residents really enjoy that. I would absolutely recommend to others who are looking.
