It's a nice, friendly place. They were great. I would highly recommend it for a family member. I haven't had any issues with the staff. I didn't have a chance to try the food, but it always looked good. All these types of places are expensive, but Charter's cost is about the same as anyplace else.

I would tell others that it is a good value for your money. The people are friendly, and the place is clean. The staff are really caring. They treat each resident special. Right now, they don't have a lot of activities for the residents due to the pandemic. I would recommend the community to anyone that has a loved one with memory care needs.

They are doing a great job with my mom at Park Louisville. They have at the end of the hallways an area where they put out snacks everyday for the residents, so that has been helpful for my mother. I would definitely recommend them to others looking. We have been pleased with our experience so far.

Our loved one is very happy at Woodland Heights, it is a very clean community and the staff members are just so friendly. The food is really good and it so far has been a great overall experience.

I toured this community and thought it was lovely. The enhanced care was really expensive here. About 5,000 a month and they were little bitty rooms. Mom wouldn't be happy here. She answered all my questions and was lovely girl. We had to choose elsewhere.

After making a big move for my parents they are finally starting to settle in and getting adjusted to their new surroundings. We have them settled into their new church and they are starting to slowly get to know the residents who are very friendly. My parents choose to go to the dining hall which they enjoy the food. In their apartment, they have a full kitchen so my mom can cook if she desires. The community is under a remodel so everything is brand new and looks good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My loved one has been receiving excellent service from all of the care team at this community. The meals are delicious and there is always a variety of different foods for my mother to choose from. She is really liking the bingo and many other activities they bring in throughout the week.

Everything is going good for my husband and it seems that we are both adjusting. The care is good and well as expected. The meals seem to be good for my husband, he is eating it all. They also make snacks like popcorn and fresh cookies. The community is kept clean. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Well, my loved one was not there at the Arden Courts of Louisville for very long, only for about six days or so when she passed away. She did get really good care while she was there at the facility though.

They do seem to be nice and very friendly. My mother can communicate, carry on a conversation and all that, but she is at a dining table with three people who can't and there are people who can communicate and I think it would be better if she were with them.

My Mom is almost 82, and has been at Brookstone for 16 months now, and absolutely loves it. Almost two years ago, she was diagnosed with dementia, and could no longer live alone. My siblings and I feel really blessed that we have Mom at Brookstone. The staff is great! They have made our Mom feel like she was at home since day one. She has been in great health while at Brookstone, not sick one single day. It's amazing! We would highly recommend Brookstone to any family that is faced with the difficult decision to transition a parent to an assisted living facility.
