Our loved one is very happy at Woodland Heights, it is a very clean community and the staff members are just so friendly. The food is really good and it so far has been a great overall experience.

I would tell others that I enjoyed living there. It fit my needs at the time. The apartment was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better place.

They are very good at retaining their highly qualified staff. The staff does a good job relating to the residents. The food is pretty good. They offer a lot of options. The rooms are a really good size. They have outdoor space for the residents. It is a smaller community and it has a real family feel. The staff gets to know the families as well. You feel very involved.

I toured this community and thought it was lovely. The enhanced care was really expensive here. About 5,000 a month and they were little bitty rooms. Mom wouldn't be happy here. She answered all my questions and was lovely girl. We had to choose elsewhere.

After making a big move for my parents they are finally starting to settle in and getting adjusted to their new surroundings. We have them settled into their new church and they are starting to slowly get to know the residents who are very friendly. My parents choose to go to the dining hall which they enjoy the food. In their apartment, they have a full kitchen so my mom can cook if she desires. The community is under a remodel so everything is brand new and looks good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The care at this community. The staff is caring and attentive to his needs. The community is clean and maintained. The meals are appealing and they offer a nice variety. This is a nice environment and we recommend other families for the excellent care and value for a loved one.

My loved one has been receiving excellent service from all of the care team at this community. The meals are delicious and there is always a variety of different foods for my mother to choose from. She is really liking the bingo and many other activities they bring in throughout the week.

Everything is going good for my husband and it seems that we are both adjusting. The care is good and well as expected. The meals seem to be good for my husband, he is eating it all. They also make snacks like popcorn and fresh cookies. The community is kept clean. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Well, my loved one was not there at the Arden Courts of Louisville for very long, only for about six days or so when she passed away. She did get really good care while she was there at the facility though.

They do seem to be nice and very friendly. My mother can communicate, carry on a conversation and all that, but she is at a dining table with three people who can't and there are people who can communicate and I think it would be better if she were with them.

My Mom is almost 82, and has been at Brookstone for 16 months now, and absolutely loves it. Almost two years ago, she was diagnosed with dementia, and could no longer live alone. My siblings and I feel really blessed that we have Mom at Brookstone. The staff is great! They have made our Mom feel like she was at home since day one. She has been in great health while at Brookstone, not sick one single day. It's amazing! We would highly recommend Brookstone to any family that is faced with the difficult decision to transition a parent to an assisted living facility.

My name is Lynda Dockery. I am younger than most of the residents at Brookstone. This is an advantage for me because I have lots of "Moms and Dads" ! I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic .I also have several other health issues. . The diabetes and other issues make it impossible to for me to live alone. Brookstone is a wonderful alternative for me. All my physical needs are well taken care of by the qualified staff. I really feel at ease and at home at Brookstone.

My mother was a resident of Brookstone for approximately three years before her passing this year. Mom loved the personnel of Brookstone as part of her own family. The last year of of mom's life was difficult and the staff at Brookstone assisted mom in every way to make her life more enjoyable and pleasant as possible. My 90 yr old mother has been living at Brookstone for 2 years now. She has enjoyed it. We feel that all the staff is caring and helpful. Meals are good and activities offered for that age is wonderful. When she has had any medical issues come up, the nurse/administration has been quick to notify us so we can address. Highly recommend this facility.
