They are very friendly and they communicate well with the families. They have been doing their best during Covid -19. It is really hard on dementia patients. We have been very pleased with our experience. Overall I am happy. I would recommend River Oaks.

Moving Mom from her Assisted Living situation to Memory Care has been a true blessing. Her emotional state has improved significantly since she has moved to the Preserve at Beavercreek. In spite of her significant constraints, hearing, vision and memory function, at age 99 she is making friends, developing new routines , and appears to be adjusting well. And this is all despite rather significant turnover in leadership roles in the few months she has been there. The entire staff at the Preserve is trained and knowledgeable about how to support her dementia -- a key difference from Assisted Living, where some understood instinctively, but none were trained.

Best Assisted Living I have recently... Visted with a family friend during happy hour, had a blast! Loved how all the residents were engaged with the employee's. Very clean, family friendly community. Would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

Great place under new management! Quality caring service for Seniors!!!!

We ended up picking this facility because the value of care for the price was great and my Mother would be close to other family members. When you first walk in, you notice how beautiful the community and that it has a great homey feel. The staff members are all attentive and give excellent care to my mom. It’s a new facility and they are improving every single day. Everything is what we anticipated and more. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

We have seen some improvement in my mother in law since she moved into this community. She seems to be getting a better diet and she does not seem to mind the food. They have a lovely dining room. The staff seem quit caring, concerned and get along well with her. They get top marks on their cleanliness. They offered a lot of activities for the holidays and this community does not feel like it is in a commercial place.

Two weeks into mom's move from Ohio to AZ and so far it's going great. Mom likes her apt, the people and the food! Working on getting all the medications correctly.

They have communicated very well and they have let me know what is going on with my loved one. Their care seems to be very good; if there are any issues they contact me. I would say the only thing I would like to see improved is some more planned activities.

I am in the facility nearly everyday to visit my mother, who has been a resident for about 2 months. I have found the staff to be not only professional, but very friendly and kind. I am amazed at the scope and quantity of activities that my mom has to chose from on a weekly basis. My mother became ill recently and the staff called me quickly to be involved in the decision of how to get her to the hospital. She was admitted for about 8 days and received visits from the center director about every other day. We are pleased with the care and attention mom gets. I visit several of the other residents every day that I am in the center and find them to be happy and engaged with one another. I only don't give straight 5 stars because there is always room for improvement...but my days are more peaceful now knowing that since I can't be with her constantly, someone is caring for her when I am not there.

Beautiful environment and building. Building is clean and well maintained. Studios and apartment are roomy and comfortable. Cafeteria food is tasty and has a great variety. Staffing though is not always enough for quick response the resident needs.

We chose Ridge at Stratford because of the price and friendliness of the staff. They have several times been out of certain standard food. They seem to only have bingo once a week for activities.

My mother and father, both love the staff very much. Most of them are very caring . As far as the meals my Mother and Father were both not picky eaters ever as we were growing up. However they said the food was rarely good! Terrible most of the time!

I would rate all of these as a 4-5! All of the employees were so wonderful to work with and they were so caring about all the residents. Because of this, all of the residents seemed very comfortable. The resident's visitors also were very thankful for the very caring Employees!

The Ridge is doing a great job. Making my Dad as comfortable as possible. Communication has been good.

i have this a 4 star but it is becoming a 5 thanks to [name removed] !!! [name removed]has been fabulous she truly cares and understand what the residents need. when i have had concerns, i can contact [name removed]and she listens and immediately takes care of the issue! [name removed]has made changes within the building and with communication with staff, resident and resident care givers. i can’t thank [name removed] and the staff enough for taking care of my mother.

It seemed to be the best fit for my mother-in-law. It is a smaller community compared to some of the others we looked at. She said it felt more like home.

The meals are very good. I even go frequently to visit my dad and have a meal with him. The place is very clean. They've recently remodeled. The executive director of The Ridge at Oregon City is trying to bring in more residents. Some residents have died and some have moved out because of health reasons. I've even gotten to know some of the residents there. The new activity director has many varieties of activities available as well as field trips
