First impression was that they were very caring, thorough and very professional. Our loved one is in a two bedroom and it is nice, it met their needs. In the short period of time our loved was their we were very pleased!

Waverly Place offers the best care hands down! My mother lived at another local assisted living and it’s like night and day no more worries. My mom gets the care she deserves the staff are great.

My husband has been a resident at Robinwood Landing julio for over a year. He loves it there. The facility is spacious, cheerful and well maintained. The staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to get to know as much as they can about each resident - likes, dislikes, interests, past history, etc. - and this makes each resident feel special. Each resident has unique needs and they make every effort to meet those needs in a loving and compassionate manner. The talented activities staff provide a variety of imaginative and fun activities to keep residents busy and to create “new” memories everyday. I was fortunate that I was able to spend time everyday with my husband before the COVID restriction on visitors and I was able to observe this loving care first hand.

In light of the recent negative press that so many assisted living facilities are faced due to their handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, this is an opportune time to share our experience of one that is truly remarkable, Lakeview Terrace. At over 100 years old, it became apparent our grandma was no longer able to live on her own. We searched high and low for a suitable facility within the Las Vegas valley, and nothing seemed a good fit, least of all within her budget. After much research, we had a list of places to review. After touring many others, we ventured on to Lakeview Terrace. It certainly would have been more convenient for us to find a place within Las Vegas or Henderson, but the most distinguishing difference between here and other facilities is that this feels like home, warm and inviting. And it always smells clean, which is not always the case with these types of places. Now almost 2 years since moving her in, it is very evident that our grandma is loved by all at this home. She is and always has been very well cared for, and the staff is very attentive to her specific needs. While we visit, we always encounter people coming in to check on her, which is very reassuring. There is a reason this "home" has achieved "Best of" status for many years, and there is absolutely no substitution for a caring staff as you'll find here.

Mom my was a resident here from May 2019 until her passing in January. [Name removed] and all the caregivers at Pheasant Run are amazing. They brought peace of mind to my very troubled mind and heart when trying to find a place for my mom after the place she was in didn’t really want her back after a stint in the behavioral hospital. They understood my mom’s dementia, they had more patience with her, they gave us all peace. The anxiety of, “They’re going to kick her out.” has never happened here. I felt peace as soon as I left my meeting with them knowing this is where my mom needed to be. There is a true family feeling at Pheasant Run. The other residents become your family as do all the caregivers. They loved, cared, and worrird about my mom like she’s their mom. [Name removed] is continually learning about this horrible disease and training those he works with so that they understand how this disease works. He teaches a free class monthly for anyone to attend so that you can understand what’s going on with your loved one. The facility is beautiful, clean, safe, and warm. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed and cared for. The activities and field trips are wonderful, the food is yummy and they work with all dietary needs, the building is clean and bright and unobstructed. The caregivers are amazing and we’re so good not only to my mom but to our family. They took care of us all during her passing and helped us with whatever we needed. They gave us space after she passed to let us say goodbyes before they called the funeral home, and were there to help us through. They became my family. I thought the pricing was fair and I really can’t complain about anything. My mom was tasted with dignity and love and that’s what we were hoping for. Her dementia wasn’t an easy one, but they never made us feel like she was a problem. I am so grateful that we found Pheasant Run, it’s one of the few things of the last couple of years I don’t regret in terms of my mom’s care. She was loved. I had been looking for a place for my wife with the help of "A Place for Mom". Preserve at Beavercreek was one of their recommendations. After reviewing several of the other recommendations, I settled on Preserve at Beavercreek for a number of reasons. It was a new facility only opening in a few weeks. But I was ready. My wife and I discussed what she wanted when the time was right. She said that the most important issues were her safety and a staff that would care for her with her dignity in mind. She also did not want to spend money on things she won't use. Preserve met her needs perfectly and was in a great location with easy access for the family to visit. Time can sneak up on you and it did for us. My wife knew that it was getting near long before I did. It was very difficult for me to face the fact that I could no longer safely care for the women I love. But the time had come and the Preserve staff made it a smooth transition. The LPNs and caregivers are well trained and very caring. They show dignity to those in their care and carry out their work safely. The Preserve at Beavercreek was the right decision for our family. My wife has adjusted to her new home and feels well cared for and safe.

We can't thank Lakeview Terrace enough for the wonderful care provided to my father from staff and management. Everyone was friendly, caring and efficient. I would highly recommend Lakeview Terrace

I was very impressed with all of the staff, Starting with the 1st time I was shown the property,right up the last day days that my parents stayed at Lakeview Terrance. It was a very clean and safe place. Again thank you to all the staff, Each and everyone of you are very professional. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for assisted living.

I am very impressed with the care my father gets. He came from another assisted living and was neglected we did not think he would live much longer. He is now up out of bed dressed god to the dining room for all of his meals. He is even asking for things he would like. I can not express how happy we are.

The staff is wonderful. A very clean facility and great programs.

I moved my husband into Preserve at Beavercreek in Sept. 2019. The staff at Preserve at Beavercreek are very caring and patient with the dementia patients/residents. The facility is clean and well maintained (The Housekeeping Dept. cleans the residents' rooms.) The food is good. The atmosphere is very homey.

My Mother has lived at Waverly since June 2018, I could not be more pleased. I have no worries that she is well taken care of. This is not our first assisted living facility and I am impressed at the amount of loving care the residents get. It’s also clean and people are happy. I highly recommend Waverly.

I am very happy with the Memory Care Director! She is very nice and understanding and her staff provides great care! It feels like a second family every time I come in to see my loved one.

A lovely home & friendly informative staff. Bright & cheerful. I liked the idea of a calmer area on the far side of the home. It would be nice to have some trees for shade in the outdoor areas.

Met with [name removed] today as my first stop in exploring assisted living options for my parents. [Name removed] was extremely knowledgable and compassionate. Lakeview Terrace itself impressed me with friendliness of the staff, and how clean and homey it was. Apartment was a nice size. Cost also compares extremely well with other facilities I looked at. I was drawn to this community because of how it was developed to allow for freedom for the residents to move about independently. The building itself allows for this freedom but is still a safe environment for them and they don't feel lost because there are no or very few dead end halls, it is mostly a large circle. The staff are extraordinary. I love hearing their interactions with my Mom and with other residents as they exhibit caring and compassion towards all. I do sometimes see that weekends are a little more difficult with staffing sometimes a little lighter than during the week days. I love the activities they do and wish my Mother would participate more with them.

One of the best places for your loved ones to live. Hands down my favorite place!!

Recently went for a tour, what an amazing community. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The community was clean odorless. The residents I encounteded seemed very happy there. I can't wait to have my parents move in here!

Excellent care. There could be a better variety of food. Should offer sealed bendable straws.
