The staff members at Arbor Ridge are very helpful and very involved with the residents which we really appreciate. What our loved one enjoys most is being able to have her own independence but also if she needs assistant it is easily accessibly. The staff do frequent check ins which is nice. We have not had a meal there ourselves but according to our loved one she is really enjoying it. She also is able to do her own laundry.

The folks I met with were very upfront with no sales pitch. The tour was well done, and provided a solid impression of the community. This community was further from family.

Facility is new and beautifully appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. They do provide housekeeping and laundry services which is great! Services typically thorough. Yes I would highly recommend. They do not offer wheelchair accessible van services for outings. Rooms are not huge but comfortable. Each comes with furniture if you want and a lift chair (chair is too big for my mom but still great to have).

Everyone took a lot of time and care to answer questions, show us around, make sure we felt heard/understood. The challenge with Falls River Villages is that they provide no transportation. My father is a dialysis patient and needs to go 3x/week.

I would recommend Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe, wholeheartedly. Excellent facility. Excellent staff.

I am very comfortable here, it’s like home. I am meeting new people everyday. It’s lots of activities to do. And I love the Independence here. The building is beautiful!!! The staff is wonderful. Overall very happy!!

Facility is very nice, residents mostly gather in a common area and are kept busy. Residents are generally high functioning memory care Food is good, people that work there are very patient and attentive and fun to be with. Another thing that I think is very important, is that their respectful of the residents

This was a nice community. This was our 2nd choice. They were a little more expensive than we wanted; however, they were willing to work with us on the cost.

The staff has been great. We picked this community, after doing research. The staff was friendly. The people looked freindly and clean. They have been fabulous. I would advise other families to check it out.

Staff is super committed to the residents' well being. The environment is home-like and residents definitely feel at home!

Overall we have been very pleased with the Arbor Landing and the value for the money. They do have a number of activities for the residents there, our loved one enjoyed the recent concert they had. They have a beautiful dining room but right now the food is just not the best but they are working on making those adjustments. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

I really like the staff. They are very welcoming and really made an effort to make my mom feel welcome. They even allow pets, I believe. The facility is clean. The meals are good, even a little bit nicer than some other places. My only complaint is that they only have two washers and dryers available, so that could be a great change/improvement. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Our family had an in person tour and the staff were wonderful, we did love the place and the people were very thorough we would of had no problem putting our loved one there. However it was right on the main road so you could hear the traffic and they just did not really have any outdoor walking spaces or benches to sit on.

They are amazing. I recommended to someone else who was looking for a place. They have been amazing-kind, and helpful. It's a fairly new place but everything is wonderful.

This was a good community. My loved one wanted to be closer to their hometown in another state.
