Arbor Landing is beautiful! It’s very clean and well cared for and the staff is so friendly and caring. It’s a great choice for someone who is still living independently but doesn’t want to cook and maintain a home or who may need help with certain tasks. Lots of activities and places where residents can come together and socialize. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an independent living facility. Great location too.

I can’t say enough good things about Arbor Landing. The entire building is just so beautiful and well designed. There are so many amenities as well. A Movie theater, a gym, a library, a salon, several games and activities, and lots of peaceful outside areas to relax. The atmosphere is always upbeat and happy. Every single person of the staff is friendly and helpful and address each resident by name. [name removed] and [name removed] are the absolute best and always go above and beyond and my family is so blessed to have them in our lives and helping my mom and dad!

This place has so many wonderful qualities! 1. The staff love helping people from the bottom of their hearts! 2. Residents are so nice and friendly. 3. Food is excellent! 4. Nurse staff great! 5. Lots of activities

I have been visiting Arbor Landing at Surfside for several months now. The facility is always kept top-notch clean and beautifully decorated. The staff that you meet when walking through the door all the way to the activities director always has a positive and uplifting attitude and truly care about their residence. There is always something fun and exciting going on for the residence. If you have a loved one that may need assistance with simple daily task to just not wanting to leave alone. Arbor Landing is the place to go!

I am so surprised that I love the people at Falls River. Everyone from the top to the residents. I love some of the activities! I get too tired when there's something all day long, but I participate as much as I can!

When our mother needed more care than was possible at home, we turned to Rose Hill. I'm not saying she was enthusiastic about the move at first. What I can say is that the care they gave our mother at Rose Hill was outstanding. Whenever we visited, she was in the best shape possible for her physical condtion. At first, we would nearly always find her sitting in the recliner we got for her, at a well cooked home style meal, or visiting with other residents. They have an exercise room, a dining room, and for residents whose slippage on mental focus can result in getting lost, a floor with limited access. We found that the caregivers loved our mother, helped us with doctor's appointments, focused on who she was as a person and often remembered her from the time when she was active in her profession. The in-house beauty parlor did her hair, the caregivers reminded her about her medications and even sorted them for her. It's hard to belie this is the first stellar review for Rose Hill!

My loved one is a resident at Arbor Ridge at Huntersville. Overall, things have been great so far. With the exception of the food, which is just okay. The staff are wonderful and they feel like family to all of us. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The folks at Falls River Court were lovely. The physical space just didn't feel like the right fit for us. They spent time with us, answered all our questions and again seemed lovely. Their facilities just weren't the best fit for us.

I feel I found the best place for my mom. The independent living apartments let mom feel independent and additional services are available as needed. On site PT and OT. Beautiful setting. They have a continuation of living placements from independent living to assisted living to memory care.

I would give Arbor Landing all 5's. After our negative experience in the previous facility, I call it the Disney World of memory care. No complaints, only positive experiences! Without a doubt we would recommend this community. They have a caring, communicative, stable staff who welcome you with genuine enthusiasm when you visit your loved one. My family left in tears when they visited their dad/grandfather in his previous residence and they left happy and comforted after sharing Christmas with him at Arbor Landing! I recommend them without reservation!

I have visited Arbor Landing numerous times and not disappointed with everyone I have come in contact with. [name removed] introduced me to many of the staff when I was given a tour and answered all my questions top my satisfaction. She was very professional.

Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe is an example of what an independent, assisted living facility should be. The facility itself is welcoming, warm, and comfortable in every way. Every one of the staff members is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated to each one of the residents, guests, and other staff members. Every one of the residents is happy, well cared for, and so excited to be living at Arbor Landing. The activities are unlimited and fun. The care is exceptional. And the happiness of the residents shows everywhere. I would not hesitate to recommend Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe to any one who asks.

The staff and residents have truly become a second family. As an adult child having to find a new forever home for your parent can be terrifying but hind sight- I couldn’t imagine anyone loving and caring for him any better than the staff at Compass Pointe.

You get your moneys worth at this facility, it's a lovely place. The staff was extremely helpful and caring . The administration was very helpful. I would highly recommend the Arbor Landing to family and friends.

Staff was very attentive, thought they got to know my Mom well and always treated me like family too. The marketing people at other facilities that I looked at could not compete with [name removed] here. I would absolutely recommend Falls River Court to other families.

The staff members at Arbor Ridge are very helpful and very involved with the residents which we really appreciate. What our loved one enjoys most is being able to have her own independence but also if she needs assistant it is easily accessibly. The staff do frequent check ins which is nice. We have not had a meal there ourselves but according to our loved one she is really enjoying it. She also is able to do her own laundry.

The folks I met with were very upfront with no sales pitch. The tour was well done, and provided a solid impression of the community. This community was further from family.

Facility is new and beautifully appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. They do provide housekeeping and laundry services which is great! Services typically thorough. Yes I would highly recommend. They do not offer wheelchair accessible van services for outings. Rooms are not huge but comfortable. Each comes with furniture if you want and a lift chair (chair is too big for my mom but still great to have).

Everyone took a lot of time and care to answer questions, show us around, make sure we felt heard/understood. The challenge with Falls River Villages is that they provide no transportation. My father is a dialysis patient and needs to go 3x/week.

I would recommend Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe, wholeheartedly. Excellent facility. Excellent staff.
