I have been living here for some time and I just love it, I am so satisfied every single day and I am so happy to be here. Every time our family comes to visit they always say how happy they are they no longer have to worry. The community is cleaned every single day. The dining room is just beautiful and the meals are delicious they are the best thing ever and I am so glad I do not have to cook anymore. They also have activities going on all the time.

The staff members get 10 stars they are extremely friendly and wonderful. They could not be any better, even with the staffing struggles they are trying their best and go above and beyond not only to meet our loved ones needs but our families as well. Our loved one thinks the meals are great, but the activities are lacking quite a lot. The location is key for us and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend the Arbor Landing community to other families.

They are a new facility so they are just getting started with the activities and things like that. They do let residents go outside and smoke. They have a very nice dining room, the carpet and décor is all brand new and everything looks classy. The staff are all nice and accommodate any requests you may ask for. I would highly recommend Arbor Ridged to others looking.

My parents moved here from a retirement community in Davidson. What a breathe of fresh air! My parents are treated with respect and caring from everyone they interact with. The dining experience is that of a restaurant and the chef prepares great meals and responds to dietary restrictions. There is transportation to doctors appointments, stores and anything else. There is an on-site nurse, hair/nail salon and gym. The activity director provides exercise classes and fun outings. Every Wednesday at 3:00 is a social hour with dancing! Plus, they are paying less for more than what they paid at the “other” place. I like that they provide an “Alexia” and emergency bracelet for each resident. My parents are happy here and are feeling respected and listened to. My mom said “it’s like being on vacation”. I’m happy that they are happy.

This community was fantastic and everyone was so friendly and the people were amazing during the tour. It was a great tour and they provided all of the information that I needed in regards to the community and I was able to see everything that I needed to see. It was hard to make a choice on what place would be best for my loved one because this community came so close to what we were looking for.

Arbor Ridge is a new community and my mom was one of the first residents to move in. they're having difficulty staffing up, but everyone has those issues right now. the kitchen/dining area is a bit understaffed and thus slow so that service could be better. aside from that I love it, everyone is so friendly and helpful. my mom is 102 with a birthday coming up and they're having a big celebration there for her. it's also a great value, she has a studio which is the perfect space for her and she's paying less than where she was previously. I would highly recommend them to a family member of friend, again its brand new so they are staffing and filling up, but so far they have just been wonderful.

This is a gorgeous community. My loved one is enjoying being here. This is a brand new community. I've not had any issues with the community. It has been an easy transition for my loved one and my family having my loved one in the community. The staff have been good to work with if we have needed anything. The residents have a menu to order off of, and there is also a standard menu for the residents to choose from. The apartment has a microwave and refrigerator for my loved one to use. The laundry, meals, the room, housekeeping, and changing of linens is included in the monthly rate.

I am exceedingly happy with this whole situation. The communication is excellent and they have been very attentive. The patient is getting wonderful treatment and care. All of the people that I communicate with on a regular basis are excellent the upper staff. The people that are back in the memory care unit for everyday care are not as communicative as much as I expect them to be.

This community was very lovely but they had a waiting list and I could not wait that long for my loved one. We had to make a move faster than this would have allowed.

Our experience has been really good so far, and the community is very clean. We think the meals are really good and they have a ton of activities. The activities director has been wonderful. The laundry service is included, and transportation service is included which is great for those who need rides to and from appointments. House keeping comes everyday to take out of the trash and make the beds, but once a week they do a big deep clean which we really appreciate. They are so welcoming from the staff, it is a small enough place that they really know everybody and get to know all the families. They are very responsive and communicative. With all the covid challenges going on, they stayed in touch with all of us especially us who live out of state. We would recommend this community to others.

This is a great place and I worked for a sister company. I highly recommend it. The staff go out of their way to help the residents. Some of the activities include bingo, outings, arts and crafts, bible study, music, and more for the residents to participate in.

I thought Arbor Landing at Pawleys was excellent. It was totally comparable to another place that was our other top choice. Our choice really came down to location / proximity to friends and family who would be visiting.

Our experience is still pretty limited with this community, they just were able to come out of a lock down and so far the staff members have just been great. The care services are so far so good and now that our loved one is able to eat in the dining room she says the meals are so much better. She hasn't been able to do any activities yet, but we are hoping they slowly bring them back. Given the circumstance we have been quite pleased so far. It is newer a bigger and our loved one chose Carteret because she is hoping she has plenty of opportunities to get involved with things and meet new people.

Our tour with Arbor Landing was great. The residents on the assisted living side that we spoke with seemed genuinely happy about their experience there. They also have nice garden atriums, assisted living has their own and memory care has their own. Management seemed to be good. The facility itself was happy and upbeat. The only reason we did not choose them was because the location was too far.

The staff at Arbor Landing are absolutely wonderful. My wife spent her last months in Horizons memory care and we could not have been treated with any more loving care. I will stay in the independent living facility as long as I am able. This is now my home and I love it. I would strongly recommend to anyone considering a retirement facility make sure you visit Arbor Landing at Hampstead

From what we have been able to see of the community, they have done a fantastic job keeping it clean. The staff members have been wonderful over the last couple of months. Our loved one says the food is great, and the activities are somewhat limited but they are doing the best that they can. The value for cost is pretty good.

Had a wonderful tour. Lin was a delight to speak with. The Community feel you get was apparent from the start. Has many internal programs that I did not see at the other places I have visited. Truly enjoyed the tour.
