This is a great place and I worked for a sister company. I highly recommend it. The staff go out of their way to help the residents. Some of the activities include bingo, outings, arts and crafts, bible study, music, and more for the residents to participate in.

I thought Arbor Landing at Pawleys was excellent. It was totally comparable to another place that was our other top choice. Our choice really came down to location / proximity to friends and family who would be visiting.

Our experience is still pretty limited with this community, they just were able to come out of a lock down and so far the staff members have just been great. The care services are so far so good and now that our loved one is able to eat in the dining room she says the meals are so much better. She hasn't been able to do any activities yet, but we are hoping they slowly bring them back. Given the circumstance we have been quite pleased so far. It is newer a bigger and our loved one chose Carteret because she is hoping she has plenty of opportunities to get involved with things and meet new people.

Our tour with Arbor Landing was great. The residents on the assisted living side that we spoke with seemed genuinely happy about their experience there. They also have nice garden atriums, assisted living has their own and memory care has their own. Management seemed to be good. The facility itself was happy and upbeat. The only reason we did not choose them was because the location was too far.

The staff at Arbor Landing are absolutely wonderful. My wife spent her last months in Horizons memory care and we could not have been treated with any more loving care. I will stay in the independent living facility as long as I am able. This is now my home and I love it. I would strongly recommend to anyone considering a retirement facility make sure you visit Arbor Landing at Hampstead

From what we have been able to see of the community, they have done a fantastic job keeping it clean. The staff members have been wonderful over the last couple of months. Our loved one says the food is great, and the activities are somewhat limited but they are doing the best that they can. The value for cost is pretty good.

Beautiful facility, wonderful people, peaceful location. Decided it is not in the area that is best for due to work, etc.

Had a wonderful tour. Lin was a delight to speak with. The Community feel you get was apparent from the start. Has many internal programs that I did not see at the other places I have visited. Truly enjoyed the tour.

We absolutely love Arbor Landing at Hampstead. We chose this facility at the time because we just had a gut feeling after touring and watching how the staff interacted with myself and my dad. Even after moving in here they have treated my parents both like family from day 1. The facility is very attractive and always clean and the people are all absolutely wonderful. He says that he is home and it did not take long for that feeling to happen for him. I would highly recommend to other families.

We chose Arbor Landing at Ocean Isle because of the availability when we needed it and they have everything on site that she could need. They have a beauty shop, bible study, a doctor on a call, etc. She has a 2 bedroom apartment, so it is very spacious. They are a pet friendly facility as well which is wonderful. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

They worked with us for over a month and a half in getting our loved ones in here. We ended up needing more care so they were not able to move them into here. We had put a deposit down and they held a room for a month for us, once we told them it was not going to work out they refunded us 100% which was great, the staff here were very friendly. They allowed a lot of latitude and were very accommodating.

This seems like a great option if I decide to place my Mother that far away from me. The Director, [name removed] was a wealth of information and very helpful. This is a great option.

Our first impression of Arbor Landing was high, we have very high expectations and it was kept very clean. The rooms they provide are adequate in size and are clean. If asked, we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

We chose this community because we have had friends who have utilized the care here and they had good experiences. My favorite part about this community was that my wife was satisfied. I would recommend Carteret Landing Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Every time we visit, it is clean and sanitary and it smells fresh. The staff has done a great job with making my mother feel like a member of the family. They are very communicative with us about her care and are always letting us know what's going on. They send videos constantly of my mother engaging with the staff and other residents. They are good about keeping the residents engaged. Definitely a good value for the price.

They have a very friendly professional staff. Food is not the best. My mother in law is in memory care. They have a little outdoor space where they can garden and gather outside of the memory care wing. Room sizes are good and the bathroom is good sized. It is a well kept, clean community.

My wife and I both spent almost 10 years working in the senior living industry and now work extensively with seniors and families to help them find the best community to meet their needs. We toured Arbor Landing at Pawley's and could not have been more impressed. Arbor Landing is a new community and is beautifully decorated and maintained meticulously. It was very apparent that [Name removed] and the rest of the staff have a heart for their residents and ensure that their needs are met. We did not join them for a meal, but the menu looked great. Most importantly, the calendar of activities for the residents was extensive and all that we met looked extremely happy. The Memory Care unit really stood out because of the activity we saw and the engagement level of the staff with those residents. The entire community has a vibrant atmosphere and provides a great quality of life for their residents. If you or a loved one are looking for a community to help enjoy your retirement years, I suggest that you go visit Arbor Landing in Pawley's. You will not be disappointed.

My mom has been in memory care at Arbor Landing at Pawleys for several months and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience there. The staff is warm and loving and responsible and my mom looks better than she has in a long time. Our visits are always spontaneous and mom is always engaged in some activity. She also likes to help the staff with various tasks of daily living. The food is also excellent and we join her often for meals. We are so thankful for Arbor Landing.
