It was a great place to live. Everyone was so very caring, compassionate, always look after one another. There Physical therapy was great. Nothing bad to say. They have the best physical therapy therapist [name removed] is here name. She is awesome, great, the best I ever been to. She really goes out of here way for all her patients. I still go to her even know I don't live at the Arbor anymore.

Arbor Landing is beautiful and clean. The staff there is so positive and ready to help the people who live there. I volunteer along with other women to give manicures. Each time I've been there there's always something fun going on. A young man playing the guitar while the residents clap and sing. There's weekly bingo and crafts. The rooms are so pretty spacious. [name removed] is the coordinator for social events and she truly is an amazing person. She knows everyone by their first name and is so loving and compassionate to all. I look forward to my volunteer days. It's so nice to see so many happy faces.

Having worked in Senior Living for 12+ years, I can honestly say Arbor Landing at Hampstead is by far the best Senior Living community in the Hampstead/Wilmington area. The team members genuinely care for the residents as family.

I visited Arbor Landing at Hampstead, and I have never been in an a community that was so caring, transparent and honest. They were so caring to the current residents and potential residents, so kuch so that they were u able to care for my loved one. I am grateful for their honesty and care creating a positive environment for their current residents as well as my loved one.

Arbor Landing is one of the most beautiful and quaint, independent living facilities I’ve seen. The staff are super friendly and truly make it feel like home for the residents and very are welcoming to families and guests.

This community is full of committed team members that led to an easy decision to have my mom move in. Everyone is extremely helpful, the food is delicious and the community is beautiful! The residents are very friendly and happy. I know my mom is receiving the best care every day!

Arbor Landing of Surfside is a great place for seniors to live, the food is fantastic, there is always something fun going on and the team there are truly compassionate people, that are always looking out for the residents. I have the opportunity to attend some of the events at Arbor Landing of Surfside, it’s truly one big family living there.

It was close to our home, more affordable, & larger apts. I would recommend for these reasons.

I relocated to Arbor Landing after living alone in my home in Florida for 20 years. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. I have been experiencing a very positive and extremely welcoming attitude from everyone I have encountered. All of my needs are getting met and my relationships are expanding. I am sure that I will enjoy my time here at Arbor Landing in Surfside.

I recently visited my Dad at Arbor Landing. It was such a great experience I know my Dad is in good hands. Upon entry I was greeted warmly and it was clear the rooms, facilities and the dining experience are top notch. The staff is warm and caring, the activities are engaging and varied and the residents friendly and well cared for. I'm glad my dad is here where he has all this and the appropriate physical and medical care. Thank you Arbor Landing at Surfside!

My mother in law has been in the memory care facility for two years now and I can’t say enough about the exceptional care she receives from everyone in the facility. They treat all of us like family and truly care about your loved ones.

Place is great and staff is excellent. I am content here.

I toured with Arbor Ridge at Huntersville and it was great, but Mama wouldn't be able to stay there till the end and their wait list was 25 deep. Very nice facility, though I didn't see the memory care unit.

What initially stuck out to us most about Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe was the staff. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The location of the facility is also great. The apartment layouts are very nice, and the facility is newer. I would absolutely recommend Arbor Landing at Compass Pointe for those looking for independent living.

All those with whom I had interacted were professional, caring, competent folks. They responded to all questions and requests promptly. When my sister's health declined they were communicating with me and medical providers appropriately.

The location was close to my family the facility was clean and the staff went above and beyond to hold is every step of the way. They really care about the residents and there well being. They have plenty of activities and amenities to keep your love ones active and engaged. They treat each person according to their individual needs. Tne staff is super friendly.

Great place to put someone. They have good care and plenty of activities for the residents. We picked this community, because of the cleanliness, courteous staff and people in the memory care looked well and happy.It is clean they have nice amenities. Residents are well cared for. memory care, people, are treated like adults not children.

I absolutely love coming here. Everything about it is welcoming and even though I'm young, I'd love to live here myself. You're welcomed with the amazing fragrance that is lovely and calming. From the random residents and workers, everyone has a smile and a friendly hello! They truly care about the residents from the activities they plan to the additional healthcare providers they add onsite for convenience and piece of mind. You'd be crazy not to come and experience this for yourself and know that your loved one is in good hands!

We have been so impressed with the facility and more importantly the staff at Arbor Landing. The facility is first class with all the amenities necessary and know our family member will love it. The staff is so friendly and professional and answered all our questions. They are also quick to respond to any question. I have toured several other places and Arbor Landing stands out as superior among the group.

My first impression of Arbor Landing at Surfside was how bright and cheerful the facility was. The residents looked happy and the staff could not have been more gracious. The facility is decorated beautifully, smells incredible, and full of warm Southern hospitality. They have 3 meals daily, tons of social activities on and off campus, housekeeping, maintenance and more included. I was surprised to learn they even had respite care in addition to the resident living facilities. I cannot recommend this facility enough! If you want a facility that feels like home and the peace of mind knowing your loved one is cared for, take a tour, you won’t be disappointed.
