Staff has been very proactive in calling with any changes in my Mom's health and treating appropriately. A family member goes weekly and staff is always interacting with the patients. We are very pleased care.

The experience at Falls River Court has been a great experience and yes we would recommend the community to other families based on that experience

My husband was in memory care for 6 weeks and we found the staff to be caring and kind. The business office was communicative and easy to deal with. We moved my husband out to another facility because it just wasn’t a good fit for his stage of dementia.

What we like the most about Falls River is the staff. They are the most caring attentive people. They truly care about each resident. They have activities for all holidays and always include the family.

The building is beautiful. Lots of activities from chair aerobics to yoga. Bingo. Everyone seems friendly. I don't see the staff much now that he lives there. The greeter is pleasant. The working staff smiles.

Looking for a safe and loving home for a family member? Look no more. The staff are fantastic. They are always there to help both the residents and families. They pay attention to details, how does the resident interact with the other residents, are they coming for meals? Their primary concern is your family member. They are super friendly and very attentive. They go out of their way to make sure the residents are safe and happy. If needed, additional care offered is great. I highly recommend Arbor Landing at Compuss Pointe as a home for your loved ones. If you're looking and not sure, by all means take a tour, you won't be disappointed.

Mom only receives extra care when I'm not in town but definitely a 5! If she calls me with an issue, I call for someone to check on her and to help and they always do, so definitely another5. Mom doesn't eat too much, I bring a lot of her favorites from my home but it ALWAYS smells good when I'm there. There are numerous activities planned for a campus and off. Residents are encouraged to participate. Some may think it's pricey but for our area and for what is included it's a good value

I have been doing a lot of touring in the past 60 days. This place in my heart feels like they get it right. The staff has been there for a long time which speaks volumes, each room and facility VERY CLEAN, and Residence are high to mid functioning level of cognitive behaviors. There is diversity on the residence and diversity amongst the staff.

My MIL and FIL moved into ALSS 18 months ago. When I tell you they were greeted with the most attentive, accomodating, and kind team, it's a gross understatement. Wanna feel welcome in the eldercare journey, come see [name removed]and [name removed]. The Arbor Landing Experience starts with an in depth needs analysis done in a friendly and welcoming way. Thank goodness for this process because it ensures a match between the staff, the services, and of course, your loved one. [name removed]and [name removed], with their entire facility team, have created an environment where your loved one can thrive. They care so deeply about each resident and it shows in the lively vibrance of the community. Mom and Dad enjoy choosing activities and outings that helped create community as they settled in. There truly is something for everyone from organized gaming, to crafting, movie viewing, exercise clubs and more. If I had ten more pages it wouldnt be enough to tell you how good this facility, and these people are!

The staff are wonderful. They are all friendly and helpful. My mom's only complaint was the food. I am currently in the process of moving her to assisted living facility as she needs way more care than independent living offers.

This facility is just the best fit for my 96 yr old mom. They were very helpful in getting her moved in and Oriented to her new surroundings. Staff is very attentive and kind. Lots of activities. Food my mom loves! They understand the stress it is for the families and could not be any helpful with suggestions. No regrets and no worries now if mom is safe. Thank you Falls River Court. The staff is extra helpful and genuine! You can really tell that they enjoy what they do! Also very responsive to medical emergencies! Can't imagine anyone else taking care of my mother.

My mom has received compassionate care at Arbor Landing Memory Care. She participates in activities and was worried that she wouldn’t. They are very accommodating and caring when I have questions or call to check on Mom. I’m very happy with the decision we made for mom to live at Arbor Landing Memory Care. When it was time for the help we needed.

I was extremely happy with them. They treated my mom like it was their mom. They understood her. There is assisted living help if you need it. They have PT right there and health care that comes right to the apartment. They took great care and would stop in to check if ok or to say Hi.

My Grandma loves it there. She is very happy with her place. She raves about the wonderful friendly staff and helpful service. She has made many friends with other residents.Grandma is very happy specifically with the woman named [name removed].

Our 90 year old Mom resides in the Memory Care unit at Arbor Landing Ocean Isle. The entire staff is extremely dedicated, very nice and compassionate, and provide exceptional care to our Mom. [name removed], the sales director is very informative and personable. [name removed], the executive director is very well-versed in all aspects of facilitating excellent care for all residents.
