I walked into Carteret Landing and knew I had found the right place for my mom. Every individual is there because they want to provide the care and attention our loved ones need and deserve. They encourage communication to ensure the best possible care

My mother has only been there for about 6 months, but really enjoys it. Always things to do. Even though she's had a rough year in and out of the hospital, everyone has been so wonderful helping her. Only thing I have heard is the food is not the greatest, but Would recommend this place to anyone extremely clean and all the staff is extremely friendly.

Every time I go to Arbor Landing to see Mom I run into someone on staff. They always say high and treat me like part of the family. Everything about Arbor Landing is neat clean and in good repair. The activities and amenities make it so Mom never has to be bored or lonely. This was the 1st and last place we looked, I couldn't imagine there is anything better. I have talked with many of the residents and they are all happy there.

Four months of living here I've found the accommodations and staff to my liking. Plenty of activities and friendly people have made it a pleasant living experience here at arbor landing in surfside myrtle beach.

Arbor Ridge at Huntersville is a beautiful facility. The staff is very helpful and attentive to the residents. They treat them with dignity and respect and make this a great place for my mother to live. The apartments are clean and safe. The residents nice, there's plenty of activities and they're always looking and open for ideas and suggestions from the residents to make it even better.

Everyone on the staff from the administrators to the cleaning crew were friendly, helpful, caring and informative. Our friends room is clean, and kept that way and beautiful. Just perfect for a single man. I haven't had the food but he says it is surprisingly good. It's a little pricey but what isn't ? He gets a lot for his money. He got in on the half price deal and that was beneficial. So all in all, they get a 5 rating and a very happy client.

From day one on the tour I was impressed with how friendly everyone was and the beautiful facility. The staff makes it feel like a family atmosphere. They genuinely care for the residents. They take care that meds are taken correctly, that they eat right, and that they are given the attention they need. I used to worry about my loved one getting in her car and driving, not taking her meds or eating right. Now I can honestly lie down at night and sleep, knowing that she is safe. There are activities daily to keep the folks involved. I have nothing but good things to say about Arbor Landing. In my opinion it is the number facility in our area. Thank you for your care.

The staff at Arbor Landing Surfside are truly beautiful people inside and out. I have partnered with them now for some time and it is always an absolute pleasure. The residents are always so happy and the staff serves them with a smile, compassion and respect. Keep up the wonderful work you do!

Arbor Landing Surfside (ALS) was home for my father till he passed in May of 2024. When we looked at places for him to live back in 2022, ALS checked all the boxes we the family were looking for. What we didn't know and expect was how much the staff would come to love and care for him. The employees lead by the examples of [names removed] in the front office, treated him with respect and genuine concern for his well being. I am proud to call many employees and residents my friends now. My family would highly recommend ALS to anyone looking to make the move to Independent or Assisted Living in the Myrtle Beach area.

Overall, we are very happy with the facility and thankful to have the peace of mind that our mother is in a safe and caring place. My mother's primary complaint is the food quality-and I would agree with that. With this being such a big part of her day to day experience, it is the sole reason why the overall rating is 4.5 instead of 5.

I brought my mother in to tour and they couldnt have been more professional and ready. The activities lady did half and the sales person did the rest. From the beautiful entry way to the gorgeous dining room, I will definitely use their services.

From the minute My Mom walked into Arbor Landing the first time she felt welcome. The staff are all so friendly and nice. I have had the most interaction with Rachel she has always answered any questions I had and never made me feel like I was interrupting her. She is a true southern LADY. Mom has had some medical problems and ended up in the hospital a couple of times. Someone from Arbor Landing as called and or visited and made sure Mom knows she is missed. I couldn't ask for a better place to have Mom staying at this stage of her life.

The overall feeling was that of being at home and the staff was truly invested in Dad's wellbeing. I have recently started volunteering there again with my singing group and most of the staff that was there then are still there and it is still evident that they truly care.

We have been very pleased with Arbor Landing at Surfside. The staff are all so nice and caring. I highly recommend this facility to anybody looking for independent living.

The people were warm and welcoming and based on the experience we would absolutely recommend Arbor Ridge at Huntersville community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones!

Overall this is very good facility. Staff at lower level and mid level are very good. Top level (nurse) was not responsive to issue regarding my medication as a result I was without medication I needed for four days. As a nurse myself I find this totally unacceptable! Nothing was done to determine what happened to two missing fentanyl patches. After the fact six days later new procedures for tracking have been put in place. The food is awful. CNAs are excellent. Activities are repetitive and unimaginative. Almost impossible to get ride to doctors appointment. Overall I would rate facility about a 4. One major problem with nurse should not reflect on entire facility. If she worked for me I would dismissed her. I have a BSN and MSN I taught nursing and directed nursing programs. Thanks for good things your company does.

All of the information we received ahead of time and all of the staff since moving in have been and met all of our expectations and requirements Mom has transitioned into the program very well We are so happy it’s going well

The staff knows all residents and all relatives that are visiting. You are always given a warm hello. The facility is a couple of years old, but actually looks brand new. There are many activities and shopping trips that the residents can take advantage of.

Everything gets very high marks except for the food. They need more help in the kitchen it seems. Other than that we are happy. If we could give them a 20 + we would!!

I came in for an unexpected tour in [name removed] was available. This lady is 100% class act very confident in what she does really listens just overall great person Everyone at the community seem to be happy from the residence to the staff. I came in around lunchtime and the food smelled so good.
