We are in our early 60's (63&62)we are the youngest couple here. A lot of wheelchairs and mobile scooters. Average age is more in the 80's. Some times feels like a nursing home. Staff are top notch. Professional, friendly and helpful! Food is great good choice. Management are amazing make residents and staff feel valued. On the pricey side.

Food is ok, dining room too cold, theater too cold, nice place to walk

Minimal staff turnover. Small enough that the staff knows all the residents. The residents also look out for each other.

After speaking to many happy current residents we moved my father into Copper Springs. The personnel are very professional and helpful. Having all meals provided and housekeeping done make it carefree for Dad. The only issue we have had was with the AC in Dad's apartment. It has failed a few times but I will give the staff an A+ for handling the situation with portable units to keep him comfortable while repairs are made. Dad has adjusted well and is enjoying his more carefree lifestyle.

Food is exceptional, in quality, variety and availability. The facility is beautiful and immaculately kept. Staff are patient and engaged, knowing all residents by name and are even familiar with their habits, noticing if anything changes. A little more variety on the activities would be great. There are currently two types of exercise classes (sit and get fit and seated yoga). There was a strength class offered one evening which was well attended. I'd like to see that regularly and maybe some standing/balance classes. Guided conversation times would be nice. Animal visits are always a hit. Guided meditation sessions.

A few growing problems, but was hope of being it class place.

Management has met our needs quite well, and in a timely fashion. The chef and dining room staff prepare and serve a variety of good food, in a friendly and sanitary manner. As to the concierge-if a resident is bored-it is their own choice. The residents are friendly and respectful of others. We are please to this home!

When I first came here food was a 5. Since then the quality dropped some. Maybe it's the cost of food? Also they change managers often, so things change with each new manager.

Everything is a 4+ I have made a lot of friends being here and I would recommend Maple Ridge community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The community is lovely and my 92 year old mother is settling in. She commented that there are not a lot of planned activities and the bus system runs on a limited basis. The people are friendly and the housekeeping is wonderful. I don't think she is thrilled with the food, but I attribute that to her tastes, as I can only imagine how it feels to give us your house and vehicle and move into a one bedroom apartment. The price is reflective of other communities and this is her first community, so she can't compare a lot of aspects of each one. She does have a gorgeous view of the city from her third floor apartment. Attentive and caring community with lovely apartments. I feel safe knowing she's close by and cared for.

Not at all the fault of the facility- wonderful people and wonderful residents Mom didn’t get the level of care needed when she first arrived - she was not independent and we didn’t realize that until she was there and it became more apparent Needed more upfront evaluation before moving her - she needs assisted not independent living

Good things here are: new, good quality apartments and excellent food. Three healthy meals a day plus 24-hour snack options, special events, and ample menu choices. Good gym equipment and in-house office of 33-Health who provide superior physical therapy at additional cost. Intelligent activities and field trips Controlled size: because the facility is locked between other developments, this one can not expand, assuring it does not become too large and impersonal. Adjacent to Julian Park, so there’s nearby green space, a pretty little lake, and a useful “lung” in an urban area. Convenient proximity to shopping, good restaurants, medical care, transportation corridors, and the airport.

Beautiful clean atmosphere despite labor shortage. I enjoy my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment!

A very loving place! Lots of varied activities do and caring staff who encourage involvement. We picked this community, because she was not ready for assisted living... but not fully independent either. All meals are provided, and she has a safety bracelet to push or emergencies... but still has her own apartment. We can hire a nurse. [name removed] on the occasion it's needed. Basically holding off totally with assisted living until it's needed.

This was a great place. It just wasn't a great place for us

The food was good but quality dropped with inflation. The activities are also great. I no longer live at Sherrill Hills because it is too expensive and corporate management has lost touch with the tenant. I would only recommend this facility to seniors with deep pockets. I hope that by the time I really to be in a place like this there will be some competition at the high end of that market.

It's okay - had 3 managers and 4 temporary mgrs in less than 2 years - management could improve - above average workers except for maintenance.

Everyone at this community is so friendly. The residents are always smiling. The staff is professional and accommodating. The food is very good 95% of the time. Lots of activities to choose from. We definitely recommend

I currently reside at Reflection Ridge Retirement Community and I like it here. Everything is good. I especially like the food. The chef here is great. Each meal there are several choices. It's not the same food every day. Based on my experience, I would recommend Reflection Ridge Retirement Community to others.
