When I go to bingo everyone is so nice and helpful. I do wish bingo was more than once a week. I feel safe living here! The staff are very nice and helpful when I need it!

They are great. I enjoyed the staff more than other residents. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

We moved here from Roanoke, VA 3 months ago. We have a Dr who comes to the building, a pharmacy that delivers promptly. Mini drugstore on the premises for supplies. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The activities are going and gaining. It is a 2 year old facility. The staff is great and so are the residents. I would highly recommend it.

Capital Oaks is a great choice, it just was not the right fit for my mother. My mother was more needy than the independent model and by the time I figured that out she had made her mind up that she did not want to stay there. I think more help from staff in assessing my Mom in the beginning could have been helpful.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. My only issue is security. There must be cameras around, but many, many times when we enter the front there is no one at the front desk. Anybody could waltz in. I have been to other places where there is a bit more scrutiny at the entrance.

The feeling when I first moved in here was loneliness. Some people spoke but that's about it. It took some time to start feeling you are at home. Some adjustment was seeing all the walkers but have since have realized it is security for the people who have balance problems. As for the food experience most is satisfactory some is exceptional. The dining room servers are all exceptional and a few are super exceptional. Overall okay!

Pleasant. Very clean. Very friendly, too much pressure at her closing. Wanted signed contract 1st visit. Senior living, no assisted, therapy available. Many wonderful options for food. Excellent activities. Quite expensive, however almost everything is paid for except personal Ins & cell phone. Transportation provided.

I like the friendliness. They could have more staff to assist with cleaning and have less restrictions on what the maintenance people can do to help you. I.e. lifting or moving of items is prohibited.

What I like the most about Aspen Trail is the staff is very helpful and responsive. However, there is staff turnover but it's a rough job. Yes, I would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

I am happy here at Reflection Ridge Retirement Community. It is an excellent place to live out my senior years.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but I would strongly encourage potential residents and their families to ask questions to get past the sales pitch and get definitive answers to their concerns. I would also encourage families to speak directly with residents to get their take on life at Quarry Ridge and all that it offers. I would also encourage families to take measurements in a unit they are considering renting. An apartment looks spacious when it is empty, but may not hold as many furniture pieces as you think it will. Ask for copies of floor plans for available units as there are some differences in layout.

Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Is by far, better than [facility removed] in Venice, FL where we lived for 2 years. It was nice but Stone River is one step above on meals 3 a day and plenty to choose from salad bar is great. Security seems better then locks on our apts. Hall railing is appreciated. Clean elevators, hall carpet are noticed no odor. Price is more but service and food are better.

I love it here at River Valley! When my husband died in [date removed], I didn't know what I wanted to do. I discussed it with my daughter and son-in-law and I said I wanna find a place that's fun and things to do and I called around and I found this place we did check out other places, but this place was the best for the money Three meals a day plus snacks plus ice cream. It looks like a ship you feel like you're on vacation all day long time flies. I love it here. Concierge is very helpful, managers go out of their way to please, cats and dogs welcome on first floor for dogs, cats can go on second and third. I have a scooter and a lot of residents have walkers, all are welcome!

My Dad has been at South Jordan view for two years. We were drawn here by the large, spacious apartments and the option to have food delivered to the apartment at no additional cost. We are so happy with the decision to come here. The staff are so friendly and concerned about my Dad it feels like family. There are conveniences like the family laundry room, and the ability to reserve space for family parties. We love it here!

My Dad has lived here almost two years. It has the most spacious apartment with a caring staff. We love that they deliver his food directly to his room and have a family laundry room. We help my Dad with his laundry and this makes it so much faster. they plan a ton of fun events and everyone here truly cares about my Dad's happiness and well-being.

Last one mostly a 3 because mom usually only eats dinner, which is good most of the time. They have changed chefs & staff many times. Management has changed at least 3 times, very disappointing. All have seemed to not know how to manage SR, almost like this place (SR) is a training center. We think they over sell the facility. They have a "Chef's Pantry" that is not well stocked. They do not have an ATM there. Hair salon has doubled their prices. My mom pays almost $5000 a month now for her three room apartment with a view of the highway. She does have a lanai. She spends $125-$175 a month on groceries. Mostly cheese and crackers and breakfast items. Things she can share with Neighbors when they get together. Also, it seems they don't deliver meals to the rooms anymore. They have a guest apartments for visitors to use. I have tried several times to rent it when I've gone to Florida to visit my mother. They are never available, seriously. I have called months in advance and I've been told they're not available. And I found out there's only one apartment to serve that purpose. There are many people there is not enough.

It literally feels like a cruise ship!!!! It's beautiful. Truly, our only complaint (and not a huge complaint) is the cafeteria. The turn over with employees was frustrating because we noticed a difference with types of foods not being made and the accommodation of special eating needs.

Beautiful well-maintained building, everyone's friendliness esp. the staff, the nightly movies. Roxy's programming was great. So sorry there was not an art/craft program.
