It's okay - had 3 managers and 4 temporary mgrs in less than 2 years - management could improve - above average workers except for maintenance.

Everyone at this community is so friendly. The residents are always smiling. The staff is professional and accommodating. The food is very good 95% of the time. Lots of activities to choose from. We definitely recommend

I currently reside at Reflection Ridge Retirement Community and I like it here. Everything is good. I especially like the food. The chef here is great. Each meal there are several choices. It's not the same food every day. Based on my experience, I would recommend Reflection Ridge Retirement Community to others.

Our loved one is no longer at the Savannah Pines Retirement Community, but what we did really like when she was there was the staff and food service. Both of those were great and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

It's been a great Independent senior living option for my parents that I would recommend.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The residents are welcoming and almost all seem very happy at Red Hills. We take walks in the neighborhood and it is quiet with lots of trees and birds. They have a service that provides help for folks who need assistance. Those helpers look clean, friendly, and competent--but we haven't needed any services yet. There is a new activity director so hopefully there will be more activities provided.

Beautiful and comfortable facility, very attractive with lots of activities for the residents. Meals and events are really good and well planned. Always a soup and salad bar to add to your meal. It would be nice to have a way to encourage (remind) forgetful residents of events to take advantage of. But they have lots to do. Prices seem high for family members to join residents for meals/events, which should be encouraged.Staff are so friendly and outgoing to everyone.

My mother is settled in fairly well...it is a very nice place and the residents seem happy.

It's a great place to be. I've only been here a few months, but I'm settling in and really like it. I picked this community because of socialization, activities, independence, music, good food, and great people.

It's independent living. So the residents are mobile and all have pretty good minds. It's a fun atmosphere and the residents are all extremely friendly. Great conversations. Good atmosphere. They all complain about the food and supposedly just let the chef go.

The front desk person, [name removed], is a true angel and helps keep that place going. She is a true delight! Also, they helped out amazingly when my dad had a medical emergency. The administrator even comforted my niece who witnessed everything. Would absolutely recommend!

My aunt is super happy and wishes she moved sooner. She loves they offer individual garages, valet parking her car, food has been outstanding, the pt team showed her how to use their equipment to do her exercises from an outside pt, she is making lots of friends and feels like the staff might be the nicest people she has met. She is happier than she has been in years!

My loved one is currently a resident at Riverstone and overall the experience has been good. I would recommend this facility to others.

Positives: Plenty of food choices Quiet / soundproofed apartments Pleasant staff Responsive when there’s an issue Nice-sized apartments with good storage Lots of activities and entertainment options Nice-sized parking spaces Cons: Housekeeping is mostly good, but could be better Interior public spaces / hallway decor is busy and doesn’t match the geographic area (e.g., looks like Arizona even though the building is in New England)

Seaside Springs Retirement Community is a down to earth community, it is a happy place. They prepare good food and the staff members are wonderful. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

A jacuzzi/hot tub. It would be nice to visit a garden space and go grow vegetables and flowers. Need automatic sprinklers. A call box and gardener too.

My grandson and his 8-year-old friends visited us on an early Sunday evening. We all had a great time. The next day the eight-year-old little boy told his mom "I want to live at South Hills Sq."

Our family had an in person tour with Stone Oak Retirement Community and from everything we saw of the community as well as the tour experience, we thought everything was good.

The kitchen facilities are what anyone could want. Personally I don't cook, but the option is there.

Has a great variety of activities for residents. Always helpful and keeps things running smoothly. Makes the activities and outings fun.
