When it comes to the meals they could have more of variety and more portion sizes, and sometimes when our loved ones order food to their room it is the wrong meals. The value is comparative to other facilities we looked at.

All of the staff is friendly, helpful and kind. All of the residents are cheerful and sociable. We all get along. Very family oriented. Food is just ok. Too fancy not plain enough.

Beautifully furnished, fun activities, great staff and friendly residents. On site beauty/barber shop pharmacy and bank.

I was a little caught off guard when it was time to get my mom's deposit back. Originally they said I would get about half the deposit back. But they ended up taking the vast majority of the several thousand dollar deposit, due to a state tax they said. And they also did not give a refund for unused meals. It started off fine until it was time to move out. The people were very nice and caring overall and really did their best. Except for the male front desk person, who was a little rude. But the lady at the front was wonderful. And the apartments were decent. The food was good too, especially on Sundays. The only downside was getting my mom's money back after moving out. Otherwise it was good, and if she hadn't gotten sick, we would have kept here there. I thought it was a pretty nice place.

Most employees at Riverstone are so kind and seems to keep opinions and well being uppermost in mind. As an example, the servers in dining room make up feel like your the most important there. I'm very proud to be a resident at Riverstone. Our dining room supervisors. {name removed} is awesome.

Good place to live, many friendly people. Who are also caring and almost like family.

They made moving in pretty easy, which I really appreciated. They were very helpful when we looked at the place and were discussing it. When Dad actually moved in, they were very welcoming and helped him to integrate. I think they've struggle this past two years during the pandemic with understaffing and turnover. And some things have slipped through the cracks. But the staff who are there are great. I know they're looking for an activities director, so I'm excited to see how activities will improve. The food is plentiful but not the best quality. I know they probably intentionally don't season it as much, since it's targeted toward their senior residents.

I would highly recommend this community for your loved one.. They have activities like bingo, they have music and happy hour also for the residents.

My husband and I lived in this facility for a year and overall had a pleasant experience. We made some good friends and will spend time with some of them from our new home. The managers are truly good at their jobs and will allow us to return for special occasions. Our main complaint was with the food. The menu was very repetitious and usually didn't blend together well. The location was convenient to most anything we needed or wanted. The monthly cost seemed quite high for what we got, but except for the garage, it could have been worse. If you are looking for independent living and few worries, this could well be the place for you.

I would tell others that it is a nice place. Most of the people are friendly. The food is good and they feed the residents well. There could be improvement with the maintenance team and the response time to requests.

The community is neat and clean and the other residents were very nice. The staff was friendly and there were activities going on for the residence. The food was pretty good but pricing is higher than others in the area. I would recommend the community based on my experience.

The community is a good place. Communication is good between the staff and myself. They return calls in a timely manner. The food could be better, it lacks seasoning, variety, and the portions are small. I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Provident Crossings because I liked that they were a pet friendly facility, she is on the first floor and has a fenced in area off her apartment for the dog. If you do have a dog they will put you on the first floor no matter what. The apartment sizes are fine, she is in a 1 bedroom and it fits all of her furniture. The staff here are very friendly and genuine, they have a 24-7 concierge service and they are just fanatic, always happy. They have complimentary light housekeeping included in the rent. They are in the process of upgrading the carpet in the common areas and painting as well so doing some nice updates. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Sky Pointe mainly because of the convenient location and it is also a newer facility. The activities and meals was what we were looking for and they were able to provide all of that. The apartment sizes here are fine, her bedroom is smaller than what she came from but it is plenty big for what she has got in there. We really like that she has her own sliding glass door exterior exit, so that has been nice. The only downfall is it is a heavy door so it can be hard for her to open since she has arthritis. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

Before COVID our loved one was constantly staying busy and meeting new people within the community. Even now they still have activities, they have bingo while still social distancing, the residents also keep their bingo cards. They also have bean bag baseball teams, movie nights, and every Friday they have a happy hour with some live entertainment. The community itself is kept very clean, however due to COVID the house keeping has not been able to come around and clean our loved ones room as frequently. the staff members are all great, and are very friendly. They have not had any residents come down with COVID.

Like to be it as it was before covid-19. Hope we can afford it after the next bump of price. Staff is wonderful.

If you can afford Maple Ridge it is a good place. I get updates all the time from the community and letting me know if I am able to visit my loved one. I wish the transportation service was a bit better, but I am guessing they are not running in the afternoon due to COVID restrictions. My loved one says there is a lot of fish and chicken being served. She wishes more of a variety of menus.

Maple Ridge is more higher priced because of their dining selection, the food quality has recently gone down. We did have a couple sample meals before we moved in, but it has just gone downhill. Some activities this community offers are games like bingo, exercise classes, and small conversation rooms.
