Food is good, friendly environment.

I moved my very lonely & depressed mom into Bradford Square over 4 months ago. Although activities and outings are still limited due to Covid, she is adjusting well, participating in what activities are going on & eating much better. She’s met other widows/widowers & is making new friends. I live 3,000 miles away so am relieved to have my “happy” mom back & living among new friends.

It is a lovely facility, staff very nice. But they do not have a swimming pool

It is a good place. It is not cheap but worth the cost. Food has been up and down. The management changed a few months ago and the new management does not seem to be as caring and friendly as the previous management was. The room sizes and layout are excellent. The location was a big factor. We liked the size of the rooms.

We chose this community because it was newer and they also provided a garage. It looked like the residents were younger, but since we moved in, the residents are much older and incapacitated than we would have liked. Our favorite part about the community is not having to pay a lot of bills or worry about the lawn. The room sizes are also very nice.

It is a decent place. They try to cooperate and do things for the residents. The food is good. Room sizes are good, the layout of the community is good. They have outdoor space. They have garages for residents. They have a bus to go to doctors' appointments and shopping.

It is really clean, and anytime I call to ask for a quick welfare check they always run up to her room or find or the property. The food is good not great, but they do offer a variety. We chose this community because of the location, the fact that the community was brand new and she was the first live there , and that they have a garage which was important to her. She loves her apartment and the building. I would recommend this community.

Our tour went well, our rep was pleasant and attentive. Saturday afternoon is not the best time for a tour as there were not many residents around and it made it feel a bit empty. We looked at the menu for the week and were surprised to find most of it on the unhealthy side, though it appears a salad bar may always be available for those trying to eat healthier. The food struck us as uninspired, except for the fine dining option in the evenings. The common area decor was surprisingly dated to our eyes, even though the place is only about 7 years old. It was very clean and well-kept, with no unusual smells. The amenities inside were nice, including a gym and a movie theater/auditorium. We didn't see outdoor amenities, which was a drawback for us; the place is surrounded by parking lot. They offer trips to places occasionally but it seems that most residents still drive or have frequent family visitors who take them out, so there's not an emphasis on transportation or outings. This was a drawback for us. The units were large and had a nice look to them, with full appliances offered, including a range and oven, which was appealing to us. The cost of the units was higher than at others we observed that had similar setups and amenities. We felt that this is the right community for very independent folk who don't intend to stay in much. As we need a place for someone who does not drive to still have a pleasant day to day life, including access to the outdoors, on our budget, we must keep looking.

Very clean, friendly and ready to answer any questions, no pressure to buy into. Have only 6 units left at present time. Good color scheme through out the facility. One bad thing, the lowest priced apt overlooked the roof in back. Also, I think that some parts of the roof looked like it had spots of mold that should be pressure washed. Price is $3450, 1 bdrm , I did like it, but feel it is too far out from my doctors and hospital (about 20 min).

I feel quite comfortable here. Very friendley and supportive staff.

Liked Provident very much. Apartment size and floorplan will work for me. [Name removed] was very easy to work with. Since this was my first tour, I really can't compare at this point.

[Name removed], Facility Manager was very friendly and welcoming, and lives onsite. She provided a host of great information. Facilities is great, provides a lot of daily activities, meals 24/7. A lot of amenities included in the price which was good. Floorplan was good. Has a waiting list for any one-bedrooms. A little pricey and increase the rent every year (2 - 2.5%).

Looks really good, but per [name removed], there will not be a pool. How can you live in Las Vegas without a pool?

I really liked Stone Oak. The facilities were clean and there was a lot of natural light in the design. The people, both residents and staff we open and friendly without being overbearing. The activities looked great. Looking for my dad. He is not yet ready to go to any facility, but this one seems the best.

Beautiful facility. Very nice tour. Vacation atmosphere. Floor plans were a nice size. Even though there are laundry facilities, I liked the ability to have a full sized washer and dryer in apartment. I can't list all the amenities there are so many. On site Dr visits, podiatrist visits, provides call for help pendant. New library, dietician. So many things. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the surrounding areas are businesses and highway.

My Mom was here for a couple of years. The staff, to me, was very distant. The managers were nice, and they knew my Mom, but it was so big that she wasn’t able to get to know a lot of the staff personally. They changed managers a couple of different times as well, so the turnover of the staff was high. She wasn’t happy with the food, though they had plenty of options available. They had a few different activities available like happy hours, bingo, and cards. The building was fairly new, so it looked very clean and nice. I was impressed with the actual facility but it unfortunately didn’t fit my Mom’s needs anymore. I would recommend this place if your loved one is looking for independent living.

This community is great. Everything is good. They offer free limited cable and internet. There is plenty of parking. The security is good and the doors lock. My apartment was clean and nice when I moved in. The space is adequate but more closet space would be nice.The management is responsive and approachable. The building is clean. They have a resident committee that works with the staff to schedule activities. They have an exercise room and pool is nicely kept up. The grounds are lovely it has a fire pit out there that people sit out and enjoy. I would recommend this place.

Riverstone is a beautiful place. Their prices for independent living are comparable with other places in the area. They also offer good services, but I was surprised that laundry of sheets and towels wasn't included. They will make the bed, but the resident has to wash the sheets. I felt like my mom's needs were just a bit beyond what Riverstone could meet.

Because they are still brand new I was able to get a brochure about the community and they looked very nice but I needed a community sooner.
