I'm sure I'm not the only one that said I'll give a month, been have since for [date removed]. This place is fantastic and the people that work here are so happy and cant do enough for you, Believe me when I say I tell everyone if they know someone is looking for a place this is it.

[name removed] are enjoying their time at Emerald Oaks. Everyone is so pleasant and makes it look so easy. We would definitely recommend Emerald Oaks.

Our experience here has exceeded our expectations.

My apartment is great. I love the exercise room. I appreciate the exercise program each day. The game room is very nice to play cards each day. The managers are very friendly and helpful. The activities are great. The bus if very helpful since I can not drive anymore can the are cake room by into a nail salon or more tables for card playing. Can a bench be put by outside the

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. Great experience moving my mom to Pinnacle Springs. We would absolutely recommend the Pinnacle Springs community to other families based on the experience so far.

The screened in lanai, which allows them to enter directly from the parking lot is great. And they LOVE the food!

They meet all my expectations. Each person or couple needs to check it out to see if all their needs or desires are what they are looking for are offered.

What stood out the most is there is plenty of time for meals and not set tables to sit at for each meal. Activities are varied. Sometimes we take local trips on Friday and then there's a craft room lounge where we play games and learn new ones.

Wonderful staff and residents! The apartments are beautiful and the food is delicious. There are many activities and lots of very kind neighbors!!

Our visit with [name removed]was a great one. She answered all of our questions. She gave us a tour of the facility and all of the amenities. We were very pleased. Riverview had everything that we were looking for along with the very friendly and accommodating staff.

Emerald Oaks is a wonderful place to live. The staff are wonderful and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. There are more fun things to do than you have time.

The facility has everything you will need. All the support you will need. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have found nothing that is disappointing. Very highly recommend.

Everyone including residents were very welcoming and had only good things to say. By far the most affordable and had the most amenities. This is not the typical (what we might expect) nursing home. Riverstone is more of a resort style community where everything is included. Similar to an all inclusive resort/cruise ship.

As soon as I walked in, Oak Park felt comfortable. I looked over at my mother and could see she felt the same. Of course there was some hesitation about moving from her home, but the environment at Oak park made the transition easier.

A few things that stood out the most are the cleanliness, the helpful staff, the activities and the size of the room and location.

The people who work here are extremely pleasant from the managers down to the housekeeper. They are attentive to every need the residents are also friendly and eager to include you in activities. I am very pleased that I loved here.

Our remote for the TV would not work to turn TV on. The office person came and found a stitch was turned off. All was good after stitch was turned back on.

I thoroughly enjoy living in Deerfield Springs. I am happy! I give high marks for all employees. They go beyond to make all residents feel welcome and at home.

The main staff quickly learned my mom and know us when we visit. Other residents are very welcoming and friendly. To my mom and our family when we visit. The on site home health agency arrangements (highly promoted at the initial appointments and probably the MAIN reason we selected HS) have not been easy to secure nor have they been reliably staffed. The agency we initially met with was let go not long after my mom moved in. The current agency providing a la cart services is not managed well and does not seem to be able to provide consistent needed assistance. I returned phone calls. Unavailable staff. The resident managers, are excellent!! Even though my mom chooses not to fully participate in all that is offered at HS we do believe she is in a good place and it is worth the higher end cost. Just wish the home health agency could make it work easier there.

Everyone is very friendly and kind. I feel they work hard to make you feel comfortable and truly care about their residents.
