I have been at Quarry Ridge for just short of one month. I am happy to report I have been very pleased. Staff and residents are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They offer different activities you can choose to try. The weekly menu has a nice variety of choices, has healthy options and is very tasty!! Selling your home, uprooting from a life you've lived and leaving a community you've lived in for many years can seem overwhelming, but choosing Quarry Ridge has made this a great choice!!

Capital Oaks is one of many independent living communities in the RLC Brand throughout the country. All buildings have the exact floor plan. They have roomy apartments from small to large size. In the front entrance is a pretty coy pond. Beyond that is a roomy dining hall serving all meals cafeteria style and included in the monthly rent. As you step outside the dining area, the halls to the right and left have different services: theater, meeting rooms, mailroom, exercise room, pharmacy, hair salon, game room. In the middle of the hall is a big table where people can help complete a large size puzzle. There are different daily activities such as games and religious services. Staff and residents seem very friendly and welcoming. A number of residents have lived here for a long time - 7 or 8 years. I am very glad I chose to come to Capital Oaks.

Virginia greens is a lovely place. The management & residents r very friendly. They go out their way to help u. I was surprised that I actually like the food most of the time. It is all inclusive, even the home phone & internet. I’ve been here over a month & have no complaints. Highly recommended Virginia Greens to anyone looking for independent living

[names removed] manage the facility and they are great. They have people here to help you get your meals if you have a cane or walker and need assistance. There is a salad bar every day. Helpful if you are diabetic. They have wine and dine once a month to celebrate birthdays. They serve wine if you want and the sit down meal is nice and they have live entertainment. We have games to play like jeopardy, bingo and trivia, card games, pool, beach ball volleyball. If you want to be active there are ways. If you don't have a car the bus will take you to doctor's and shopping. There is a fitness center for workouts. Plus they have physical therapist in house if you need one. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer. They clean the apartment once a week. This place is also lovely, everyone who visits tells me how nice it is.

Good place to live, Many activities and people to meet. I am happy has as long the next is not raised again!

Not all the meals are "excellent" but on the wale they are generally very good. I enjoy the activities usually very much, and look forward to what is coming up next week. "Back to meals" They are plentiful, soups are delicious and available 24/7 at no additional cost. Movies are great.

I would hard pressed to put suggestions about how to make this place better. The food and schedules are great.

The staff is very friendly and cooperation. They all go out of the way to help.

This is a very alive place. It is easy living: no food to buy or cook, no responsibilities about a house or lawn, no property taxes. One can be active in the community, or local senior center or there are enough internal activities to stay in the building. The most important things are that all the staff are nice, the residents are welcoming and friendly and the food is GOOD!

Everyone here is great. The residents are super and the other employers are great.

When first walking through the door I knew this was the place for mom. Immediately greeted by the managers and friendly staff. Residents were playing bingo and were very friendly. Apartment’s are very spacious and have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Very clean and very welcoming community.

I appreciate having a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen in my apartment. Also, I like the independent living situation but know if I need help I will receive it immediately. I have an emergency call button that I wear around my neck. I've fallen twice and help showed practically immediately. Meals can be delivered if requested and they have 24/7 snack bar. Also, in-house PT is available. I'm happy with the size of my one bedroom unit. The kitchen cabinets are more than I need. A little more storage space for miscellaneous stuff would be nice. They do provide a pantry closet, which I definitely use. They provide van service to within 15 mile radius. This includes all the medical facilities in the Stone Oak vicinity.This is not something I require, but they also have individual garages. Not sure of availability. Plenty of parking though. There is a nice view on the backside, not so much on the front side, but ok.

The best all inclusive senior living. We researched a lot of places,and, We are so pleased we chose This one. Truly fine dining, great staff. Friendships are being established and that's always a great experience. Come experience it for yourself.

Its beautiful with caring staff and residents. Nature around you. Exercise options. Excellent activities! Help forgetting to appointments. Outing to museums and other experience trips to stores and doctors app. 24 hr emergency alert station and 24 hour staff.

When I lived in Waco, Texas my kids brought me to the view. I was skeptical at best. But after only a couple of hours with The View's placement specialist. I readily signed a contract, picked out a move date and began a great retirement odyssey. A month and a half later I become full time residents and have made many wonderful friends. It's a loving community.
