I thoroughly enjoy living in Deerfield Springs. I am happy! I give high marks for all employees. They go beyond to make all residents feel welcome and at home.

The main staff quickly learned my mom and know us when we visit. Other residents are very welcoming and friendly. To my mom and our family when we visit. The on site home health agency arrangements (highly promoted at the initial appointments and probably the MAIN reason we selected HS) have not been easy to secure nor have they been reliably staffed. The agency we initially met with was let go not long after my mom moved in. The current agency providing a la cart services is not managed well and does not seem to be able to provide consistent needed assistance. I returned phone calls. Unavailable staff. The resident managers, are excellent!! Even though my mom chooses not to fully participate in all that is offered at HS we do believe she is in a good place and it is worth the higher end cost. Just wish the home health agency could make it work easier there.

Everyone is very friendly and kind. I feel they work hard to make you feel comfortable and truly care about their residents.

My father has been complimentary of the staff, facility. Overall feedback has been very positive. I think one of the best things I could say about Evergreen Crossings is their follow through on what they say they'll do is very good.

5 for all, perhaps with the exception of the food. Maybe put that at a 4. Mom has struggled with them running out of food on occasion and sometimes not finding things on the menu that suits her very simple taste. The only other issue she has had was with the housekeeping staff doing her weekly cleaning unsupervised in a manner that meets her standard. They have had some turnover and have had difficulty finding quality housekeepers. Overall, it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The onsite management staff is super friendly and truly cares for the well being of the residents! They are passionate and work 24/7 to ensure the community is well loved. Mom is truly surrounded by so many friends, which has been a blessing and helped tremendously as she transitioned to her new day to day without dad physically by her side. Creek Valley truly is a one stop shop for all her needs.

All 5 except possibly food (4) The food is generally good, but wish they had more choices available. Overall excellent facility staff are wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The residents are all friendly and very inviting especially to new comers. We find the staff all very attentive and friendly. Will go out of their way to help in any way.

1. 5...We have enjoyed being here . The staff and residents are very friendly. 2. It is always clean in the common areas. Each apartment gets housekeeping every week and every apartment is deep cleaned with carpet and flooring replaced after every move out. 3. As I noted before, both the staff and the residents are very friendly and new people are warmly welcomed. While we are considered independent living, we have both Home Health Care, PT, OT, and Speech Therapy available with insurance on site. We also have a Beauty Salon and a little store that carries every day needs. 5. Our administrators are great and they do their very best to keep up with our needs . We have monthly meetings where our needs or complaints are addressed in person by [name removed] and [name removed] and we get feedback in writing about the contents of every meeting. 6. We have a trained chef and a soux chef. Three hot meals a day and a full salad bar. We also have a grab and go area with fruit , sandwiches, cookies, chips and crackers available 24/7. Also a soft serve ice cream machine with cones and various toppings. YUM! If you go hungry here, it is your own fault! 7. The price for each size apartment varies. If you have dogs, you must have a first floor apartment. It is a pet friendly home. The price is all inclusive, food electric, housekeeping, house Phone line, maintenance, landscaping, etc are all included in your monthly rent. I really like that every apartment gets to choose their own temperature. We have a wonderful , cheerful, helpful activities director! She is amazing and goes out of her way to make sure to have multiple daily activities going on for us. Including weekly shopping trips and lunch outings. We are happy and content with our choice ??

We've been very pleased! What we like the most about the community is that the facility is bright, clean, and inviting. Staff are friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Coronado Villa to others.

They've dealt with reluctance before and have ways to overcome it. That helped our family a lot. The place is much better than others in the price range. I have no complaints. I visit often and mom is happy there. We shopped several facilities and found their staff to be the friendliest and most knowledgeable. It was evident they have been trained to deal with elderly and handled my mom with kid gloves. They knew just the right words to say to make the acceptance and transition to independent living pleasant. The food is awesome!

The food is great and staff seems to really care about the residents. My mom has made a big turn around with her health since she moved there. She contributes this to the food and activity at Carolina Pines.

My sister is very happy living there. She has made friends, enjoys the exercise class and other activities. The food is excellent! I have enjoyed a few meals there. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The facility has a clean, calm, very nurturing environment. We have been consistently impressed with the staff, food, maintenance, and overall helpfulness of the team. The floor plan in advance has been helpful for planning and every expectation has been met if not exceeded. The staff at A Place For Mom was also extremely helpful in placing the best opportunities in front of us so that we could get onto the waitlist for the best fit.

The facility is top notch in every aspect. They have taken into account specific needs of all areas of the population. Anyone can get assistance with any need with the services offered. The faculty is very quick to respond to any request.

It truly is like living like a cruise ship. Great activities, wonderful peer group, tenured staff, good food, just a great place!

Everything about Parker's Bend is great. When you walk in the door you feel at home and the staff in every department are wonderful. Friendly faces from staff who are willing help you with the smallest or biggest question, to its residence all happy to meet and make you feel welcomed. It was a good choice for me. Thank you for what you do to make everyone feel special. Good job!

I’m a retired health care provider who was visiting mother in law for the first time at Vista Park. The accommodations are first class from the building to the surrounding grounds. Cleanliness and the organization of the operation are outstanding. The staff and management are bar none some of the best in the industry. Residents are afforded numerous activities daily with the atmosphere light hearted and friendly. Spent 4 days associating with the residents and family with not one complaint voiced by the residents. The management of the building operations is done by a husband wife team. They are approachable, professional and caring individuals who have the residents best interest at heart. Attention to detail and resident satisfaction is first and foremost. Our family and mother in law feel blessed to have our family staying at Vista Park

Parker's Bend is am amazing facility. It has a gorgeous interior. (It reminds me of a cruise ship.) The residents and the employees are so friendly and helpful. Most of the residents wear their name tags so no one forgets anyone's name. There are a lot of activities you can go to if you want. The food is amazingly delicious. The apartment sizes are very generous. Any issues are handled quickly. It is a place where people WANT to live instead if a place where people HAVE to live.

After touring 4 other well-reviewed facilities in our area, we found Village Crossing. We found it to be a new, modern facility with amenities we were looking for with an open, bright layout. Common areas centrally located with plenty of well-planned activities to choose from—fitness center, theater, salon, as well as an on-site service for extra assistance for those needing help with medicine, meals or mobility. Transportation for those no longer driving is available, as well as medical professionals coming to the facility on a regular basis. Weekly housekeeping; excellent dining options 3 times a day, both in a bright, airy dining area or delivered to apartment; outdoor landscaping is well maintained and welcoming; and staff friendly and engaged with residents who shared positive stories with us. Location is central to many medical, financial and commercial businesses that meet our needs. It meets most if not all of our needs, including allowing our pet to come with us.

5's on everything so far - we are very happy there! It is an extremely friendly atmosphere and the staff are wonderful- food is delicious too. The residents really look out for each other. Apartment sizes are ample, rooms are nice. Bathrooms are a little smaller, but perfectly adequate.

This property is so welcoming. It can only be compared to an all inclusive five star resort…with the sincerest staff and so many activities on and off property. They have an onsite movie theater and the best restaurant, at no additional charge, to the residents.
