We had a couple of hiccups with move in like the TV box being lost and it taking a while to get it replaced. Overall happy though. Friendly staff and overall an easy process. I would recommend it yes. The...

The apartment was a good size. The staff was great, for the most part, but there was an issue with the nurse on my sister's first night back from a hospital visit. Initially, the food was great, but then...

Like all places, they have their advantages and disadvantages. You just have to weigh that based on your family's needs. I thought it was a good place overall - I liked the casualness of it. There were a lot of activities and people out and about. We looked at both assisted living and memory care, and I as not as impressed with their memory care unit. It just didn’t feel very welcoming or friendly. The size of units was very small, which in hindsight after choosing a community with larger rooms where everyone just stayed in their rooms, was probably why people got out their rooms and socialized more at St. Louis Hills. So there's definitely a trade off in terms of space and preventing isolation. But it was a very affordable option. If we had more cost constraints, we probably would have much more seriously considered St. Louis Hills.
It's a good place. I think my parents have had a hard time trying to figure out how to get involved, which is partly their fault. But it has been a good experience overall. I like the staff there. They're very approachable, and I've been happy with the care they provide.

My mother loved her short stay. Most staff was friendly 'experience'. The previous Executive Director couldn't handle the facility so too many things fall between the cracks. My mom's experience was good but from my perception no so much.

Friendly staff. Community areas including the enclosed courtyard, dining area, family gathering area and theater are beautiful. The units, though a little small, are well laid-out even for wheelchair residents other than kitchenette cabinetry. Shower benches included in all units. Transport is mainly via bus with wheelchair lift. Parking for visitors is adequate. Just a little pricey for the average budget.

The community is convenient, it's on a bus line and they also have a shuttle. I would recommend this community to others.

I had a tour of the community but I had to consider the distance, it was far from me. I take my husband to doctor appointments and going out to him was not going to work. I wanted to make it convenient for the family to visit him too.

My mother is still adjusting to this community, but so far everything is working out well. I know she is receiving good care. They have a good staff at this facility. They are caring for her, and her needs very well. The community is well-kept, they do a good job with the cleanliness. There are plenty of activities available for the residents. The meals are good for the most part. This is a community I would highly recommend, it is a nice place.

I liked the Provision Living at St Louis Hills. Everyone was friendly and the place was nice, but I did not like the fact that the rooms were as small as studio apartments. Other than that, I really liked the place.

This community was not open at the time I visited it. The people I met were nice. The only room I was able to see was an one bedroom and it seemed small.

This is a very nice elegant community. It was a little to expensive for us. The staff I met were nice and the community seemed clean. The food looked good.

Property was under construction so we didn't get to see any finished spaces but the planned layouts were spacious. Likewise we couldn't meed staff or residents. However, another visiting family brought their father with them, who at times, was confused and wandering. The tour guide politely excused herself from our meeting several times to attend to the gentleman with dignity and grace. This spoke volumes about the care you can expect. Our representative was extremely helpful and offered valuable assistance and information to help us make a better decision whether it was with Stonecrest or not. I'd like to follow up after the opening.

They were very helpful helping us getting things set up quickly and making it a smooth transition. They are very polite. My aunt has dementia, and is a little different anyway, so I am not sure that they have completely adapted their care to what she needs yet, but she's only been there a few weeks, so they are still working out the kinks.

I wish this place more/larger open space. Did not see staff led activities during my visits but they were at meal time. I did meet staff very sweet. Came back on my own Sun dinner time, wondered around to re-look. Concierge was very friendly, open, helpful. I need to review rooms one more time. I am taking Dad for assessment, lunch and tour.

Beautiful facility. Tenants seemed happy and I like that they were called by name so it was personal interaction. Very informative. Enjoyable visit!

My father and I toured Provision Living and several others around the 63119 zip code where I live with my family. I had moved him from his home to an apartment close to me so that I would be closer to help him more often. After about three months, I realized that because of memory issues, it was no longer healthy for him to live alone. After a few days, the staff and residents not only knew my dad, but they knew his family. He can participate as little or as much as he prefers in activities. The staff keeps a close eye on its residents to make sure that all of their needs are met. Questions and concerns are always addressed and resolved in a friendly concerned manner. We have no regrets for choosing Provision Living. It has truly become home for my dad. He is thriving and very happy with his new lifestyle of freedom, with some help when he needs it!

I am not too happy with Provision Living at St Louis Hills. I am waiting for a reimbursement right now. Mom was going to move in under level 2 care but immediately needed memory care. Well, they didn't have any openings in memory care so we were unable to keep her at Provision. No one will call me back about my reimbursement. I am put out with them. It has been 3 weeks. I was going to see about getting her back in this facility when they had availability but now I am not sure since they wont even call me back. The building is old. The apartment she was going to live in was very nice though. They had new carpet and paint. They did waive the 30 day notice. I will give them that. I don't want to completely bash them.

When my mom first moved in in April, 2026, things were great. The staff was very friendly and engaging. The meals were good for my mom, the place was clean, no odors in the hallway. Fast forward to now: there has been an excessive amount of staff turnover, from upper management to lower staff. Management response time has become poor, if at all, when there's an issue for which I'm needing clarity. My mom doesn't get her meds on time everyday. Depending on who's dispensing the meds determines if the issuer is wearing gloves or stands to ensure my mom takes her meds. No one comes to assist my mom with her showers. Family has had to come and assist her with getting a shower. Their meals are horrible, hit or miss; mostly miss. They are nothing like what was initially advertised. They lack nutritional value. There is no longer a chef on duty, unless they hired one just today. There used to be a variety of offerings for my mom to choose from, not anymore. Now, they mostly serve these residents sandwiches as if they are children in summer day camp. We have to bring my mother meals from the outside if she doesn't like the one set offering for the day. We find out the meal choice for lunch and dinner just before it is served. Promenade hasn't stopped cashing my checks monthly, even though my mom isn't getting what we signed her up for. The staff (who are for the most part, really sweet and try to do a good job) don't even know what's going on at times when asked. When I pass management in the hallways, they don't even speak or acknowledge my presence as of late. The odors in the hallway is unbearable most times. There's one cleaning lady who works really hard to keep the place clean. Whenever my mom has had an "accident" on herself in her apartment, as seniors do, family has to step in for the clean-ups. There's no one available for that. My mom gets her laundry done (with the exception of her soft pieces and dry cleaning). We appreciate the service. Her apartment is a good size and it's clean and odor free because my family and I see to it. She gets a deep clean through the cleaning lady once a week. My mom had a bed bug infestation that originated from upstairs and had to be removed from her apartment so that it could be treated. My mom loves the therapy she receives through an agency that contracts with the facility. Therapy staff are professional and friendly. My mom has only participated in the game activity a couple of times. She told me that she enjoyed them. The movie theater, which they tout, was locked over the weekend...no access. Finally, I will say that I feel sorry for the residents in this facility who don't have loved ones to see about them.
