My father loves it here. He is enjoying all of the outings, they took the residents to see the lights at the park. They have a nice restaurant there with great food and a lot of arts and crafts activities. The place is beautiful and very clean. He's been in other communities before and he finally says he has found one that he can call home. When I have eaten with him, a lot of the other residents here have also said that they have moved from other communities and they are happy here.

Things are going very well since my Father has moved to Foothill Village Senior Living. It is a really nice place. The staff is very understanding and knowledgeable. They put potential family members at ease. The residents are very well cared for. It feels more like extended family than staff and other residents. I would rate the friendliness of the staff a six if it were possible.

I was connected to Provision Living St. Louis Hills through a Place for Mom. When I called, I was in a panic about figuring out how to get my daddy the help that he needed. I have them my specifications and found Provision Living to be the best choice in all categories! My daddy, and our entire family felt welcomed and at home not only by the caring and friendly staff, but also by the friendliness of the other residents. After a week or so, the staff and residents not only knew my daddy, but they knew his family and grandchildren. I would recommend Provision Living to anyone who was looking for top care for their loved one!

This was very good for my husband. However his stay was short as his Alzheimer's disease progressed rapidly with complications and he died on July 23, 2014. I was very pleased with this facility. Now interested in Independent Living

Our mother is in the memory care unit. Whenever we visit, she is dressed well, her bed made, etc. She cannot do these things by herself any longer. All of the staff is friendly and she always eats all of her meals. Says the food is good. Her room is a great size compared to other places we visited. We think it is a very nice place.

After two weeks of Mom living in the Memory Unit at Provision Living, we are very impressed with the professionalism and loving care she is receiving. The staff are considerate and go out of their way to help the residents. They report that she interacts with them and is settling into her life there. We are very grateful for this new home for Mom.

This is a very nice place! The staff are friendly, and very attentive. They've got all kinds of activities and outings to keep everyone entertained, and my loved one really liked the food! If I could give them higher than a 5 for value I would!

The office staff is very hard to get in contact with. The care team were always very kind and helpful. The activities were plentiful and the team try to get residents involved. I don't know if they need to hire more people for the admin or what. We emailed, called and went in the office at least 10 times because payment was not being drafted. No payment had been pulled for 3 months then one day they called in a panic that payment hadn't been made. We tried so many time!! The food was just bland but I think that's what you will find anywhere.

My mom really liked the common areas , but wished she could have seen more of the different personal room possibilities . Lunch was great and had a nice menu to choose from. Love that most services are included in the room price

My father was there two separate times. The first duration, I thought everything was great. The entire facility was pretty new (5 years old), the dining room is large and open. The location is really central and very accessible to I-64. The room size is ok, could be a bit larger. A lot of activities and entire rooms for the residence and also families to use when visiting. Nice enclosed outdoor patio with a small walking path. The only downside was the staffing turn over was very high. Every other visit the staffing would change and my father could not get a rapport with any of the nursing staff. The director of the facility was great and helped my father through numerous challenges with his health. The second time he stayed there, same staffing issues and a new director who was nothing like the previous. Very strict with my father, and not near as understanding. Overall, I would rate the first stay at a 4 and the second at a 2.

We did have a little trouble with them and possibly over charging my grandparents. We liked how friendly they were to my grandparents. The staff was always trying to get my grandparents involved in whatever activity was happening and they made it seem like a sense of community

The staff have been very attentive, kind and engaging. The food is not great. There are a lot of activities but it would be nice if there was an ambassador program or a buddy system for new residents. We feel like my mother-in-law is in a safe, caring environment.

I am happy with the staff and the space my mom loves in. The meals are good. The nice thing is i can always ask for a sandwich or some food for my mom. They are very flexible throughout the day with meal prep. They also almost always have an ice cream social around 2:30 daily. They bring in entertainment on Friday for a happy hour. The activities throughout the week are fun with good attendance. My mom rarely joins in, her choice.

I think when we first started the place had changed ownership so a lot of what is going on is management issues. They are on their third director. The staff on the floor can be irresponsive or unavailable at times but there are some good ones. There are some shortages but they use agency people to fill in. I find a lot of times that they are better than the staff members! The activity director was top notch but she left and the activities are more limited but this is pretty recent. They have an Ice cream social M-F and a Happy Hour on Friday which are 2 of the most favorite things. They schedule movies and have a nice little movie theater. They have wonderful parties for the residents and families to celebrate different holidays. One of the best people there works in activities. Her name is [name removed]. She is wonderful with the residents and works to involve memory care residents. The food overall all is pretty good and they give nice portions. Also they usually get a glass of water and one of juice. The rooms are nice size and have two sinks. The memory care area may have been studio suites before as there is a spot for a frig. There are these suites which have two rooms which are smaller and share a bathroom. These are very well priced! These are the top things I can think of now. For me it is only 1.5 miles from our house so that is a big plus.

The good: Senior staff is very responsive. The activities leader is wonderful. Food is decent. Facility is beautiful. Price and location are great for our needs. Staff on memory floor truly care for my mom from housekeeping on through to med techs and aides and kitchen staff. The moderate: Meds are not always given on time. Cable regularly breaks/doesn't always work with a smart TV. Lots of times they are short staffed.

It's not infrequent that the main elevator has one side that is broken down; older furnishings; worn carpets; minor repairs in family member's room needing repair by family members. The cleaning staff work very hard; maybe short staffed. The staff are all so very friendly from housekeeping, maintenance, front door staff, to direct patient care; they all went out of their way to help mom as well as family to settle in; they addressed her by her name immediately; always greet me when I am there; they are so helpful with any needs. I believe mom is getting good quality of care especially from [name removed] the Director/RN, PT/OT staff and the nursing assistants and med techs. My mom states she loves the food; dining staff are all friendly and attentive. My mom does not really participate in activities; but I know they are happening all throughout the day; she does go down to the weekly beauty shop to get her hair done. I believe that mom is getting good value for the money she is paying; she is getting good care in a friendly welcoming environment; and this is something she can afford on her monthly income; I am so grateful that we found St Louis Hills for mom; and I would recommend this facility to other family members and friends who are needing care for their loved one.

My mother has lived here since June and I’m pleased with the care overall. The facility is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is kind, friendly, and attentive. They have fun activities for the residents, like Friday happy hour with live music, My only complaint is that they’re a little slow to respond when it comes to repairs at times. But aside from that, I feel my mother is well cared for and happy.
