My Grandmother, 95, has been living here for 2 1/2 years. The facility is not brand new, but it is clean and well maintained. The rooms are larger than most I've visited and are a bedroom & living room suite type. The BEST part about Heritage is the people that work there! They make all the difference in the world! My grandmother receives lots of extra care as well as medicine management. It is such a relief to know she is getting the care she deserves!

I am completly satisfied with the Facility and the personnel there, especially Ms. Darby Tracey, Director of Community Relations. She did and is still doing, a very professional job. I toured a lot of Senior Living Facilities in the Atlanta area, but Dogwood Forest stood out from the rest.

The experience has been a 4 overall. The staff are very friendly and engaging with our dad. I would say We have experienced mismanagement of our Dads medication as well as difficulties coordinating medication with their pharmacy. They have had high turnover in regards to their nursing staff. My dad likes the food. The upgraded rooms are really nice. The activities are pretty good.

I was very disappointed at first. The place was run down. They have since started updating. For over [removed] dollars a month one would think it would be updated. Staff and care seem to be excellent. Size of the rooms are ok. Food is awful according to my dad

Admin staff were great getting my mom in short notice and over the holidays. Staff is attentive. My one concern is the lack of activities in memory care.

I like that most of the people care about the residents and try to do their best for them... The 2 weaknesses they have is they don't have many activities for the people memory care.. And the second thing is they don't make sure that the people are hydrated in memory care...I know it's harder for the people taking care of the Memory care residents but they could spruce it up a little... Assisted living area Is a more pleasant area... With more activities.

Overall experience is good. Staff, cleanliness, and apartment size are great. Food is fair. There is accessibility to on site physician, dentist, optometrist, podiatrist , physical therapy is excellent. I would definitely recommend the facility!

[removed name] was settling in very well while she was there, right now she is in rehab because she had her right knee done. She is really anxious to get back to Pruitt and she really does like it there. I think the only thing that has bothered me a little bit, but it has been worked out while they are doing her meds and she's a little bit confused with some of the pills being different colors than what she was taking at home. Otherwise, I would say it has been a positive experience

Ask if they accept your health insurance. I would recommend it

PruittPlace Winston Salem have been wonderful to work with. We had a few issues after moving in, and they have been very receptive to listening to us and have worked hard to fix the issues.

To be honest we have had our ups and downs and I suppose it's hard to rate our situation since my sister's condition has changed so drastically since June. They also had the unexpected death of their Care Consultant which I have to take into consideration. For the most the staff is very pleasant when we are around and my sister is a difficult patient. But we still have to go there every day to make sure everything is ok with my sister. I assumed assisted living would be a bit more assisted but leaving a loved one in others care is definitely difficult. There are certain things I believe need addressing and we have done that... but a few things we our on our third time requesting. But all in all we like the place... but as they say... there's no place like home!

The facility needs a dedicated Insurance Coordinator. The interface with the insurance company is almost nonexistent. The real problem is the insurance companies and I realize there is really nothing your organization can do about that. The Colonnade is doing the best they can do within the current system

It's a wonderful place with a fabulous facility, great food, and lots of engaging activities. The staff is caring, and I appreciate the improvements being made

I've had my husband in memory care for [time frame removed] He seems to be adjusting well some of the people who work there really care about him. I hear the people complaining about the food sometime and also sometimes when I go in the back when the memory care people are having dinner, don't have placemats or napkins sometimes but I know they're going under reconstruction right now which should be done soon so maybe it'll be better. They have lots of activities that's for sure. The activity director [name removed] is wonderful.

The administrative staff is very helpful and kind. The activities director is fantastic. The other staff seems to turnover regularly, so even though they are courteous and helpful, it becomes difficult for patients to establish any fondness for them.

There was a shortage of help so often mom had to stay in bed all weekend. And their van was broken the whole time she was there so they never went anywhere. The facility was sold and that was difficult to maneuver through.

Legacy Ridge is located very close to my home and the people there are good with my mom. It's not a very big place but it's not too small either so it works out for us

I truly appreciate the close knit community and small town feel of this small facility. A great fit for my mom. Staff is very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Legacy Ridge at Peachtree to others looking.

Staff friendly and efficient… head staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Facility Very clean . Food could be a lot better. head staff available to talk most if the time. Front desk awesome and very kind and helpful.

The suite needs regular cleaning. The staff needs to do a better job managing prescriptions. We are pleased with the level of care overall. Just a few things need attention.
