At Forest Heights they are really trying their hardest to provide the best service possible for their residents and for the families! If any situation or scenario arises that they are unfamiliar with they immediately set about learning how best to handle it in the future. I've been really impressed with both their intent and their diligence. And they go above and beyond when it comes to helping out family members as well! They helped me with all kinds of paperwork at a time when I was feeling totally overwhelmed! The facility itself is clean and well kept, the staff are all wonderful friendly people, and even the food is like eating at a fine restaurant in a hotel! This place really feels like a community, and not just a "facility"!

T hey have been wonderful. I had my Mom in another place that was recommended and the experience was horrible. They truly understand Alzheimer's and train all their staff on how to handle the situations they may encounter. She is getting great care and they give their patients the best quality of life they can get. They have activities for them and they even have support group for the families and caregivers. I am glad I found them and I don't worry about her every day. I know she is in good hands and the staff is patient and caring.

After touring other assisted living facilities, my sister and Immediately agreed that Forest Heights was the best place for our father. He seemed happy with the staff that took care of him and enjoyed the meals served there.

What a well kept and lovely community. I would certainly recommend this community to anyone interested in the finer type of living.

My Grandmother, 95, has been living here for 2 1/2 years. The facility is not brand new, but it is clean and well maintained. The rooms are larger than most I've visited and are a bedroom & living room suite type. The BEST part about Heritage is the people that work there! They make all the difference in the world! My grandmother receives lots of extra care as well as medicine management. It is such a relief to know she is getting the care she deserves!

I am completly satisfied with the Facility and the personnel there, especially Ms. Darby Tracey, Director of Community Relations. She did and is still doing, a very professional job. I toured a lot of Senior Living Facilities in the Atlanta area, but Dogwood Forest stood out from the rest.

I really like the overall clean, ever who does the overall cleaning is great never a bad order. The food is real good when [name removed] cooks but the new lady is not so good. We love her room the only thing is her shower doesn't have a seat or handles. The staff is usually good there are 2 that are not so nice, they act like they don't like their job. The activities are good when they have them, I think they are understaffed. I know when I go over I can never find one.

Pretty good experience so far. Some hiccups, but overall good. I would recommend. To be honest, my brother is the one dealing with everything, so...

Overall Pruitt lace is great. There are plenty of activities and outings that seem to fit various interests. Staffing levels are good and the facilities are well cared for. Sometimes communication can be hit or miss but, in its entirety, it's a good facility.

Ask detailed questions about staffing, cna/med tech to patient ratios. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend PP; but my stepmother thinks the food is lacking in preparation and variety. I think the staff is very good and the facilities well maintained.

Administration took her time in our introductory meeting. Answered questions thoroughly (and multiple times if we needed). Staff all seem happy to be there. Smiling and speaking kindly to residents. Quickly responsive if the call system is used. Open to our requests on behalf of mama. (Refill bird feeders, family visits that include babies and great grandchildren, special snacks)

My Mom was in rehab 3 weeks and then skilled nursing now a little over two months. I was shocked at 3 patients to a room in long-term care. Over time, humbled to see dedicated and caring LPN, CNA caregivers. Housekeeping works non-stop and a valient effort to turn and change residents. My Mom is bedridden and unable to move or feed herself-- she is in hospice care. I must visit daily and be an advocate-- but truly consistent and compassionate care. If you have a loved one on 500 hall-- especially [Name Removed](cna) and [Name Removed] (lpn)-- they are gold. I am grateful ~ I have befriended several precious souls who are residents.

The experience has been a 4 overall. The staff are very friendly and engaging with our dad. I would say We have experienced mismanagement of our Dads medication as well as difficulties coordinating medication with their pharmacy. They have had high turnover in regards to their nursing staff. My dad likes the food. The upgraded rooms are really nice. The activities are pretty good.

I was very disappointed at first. The place was run down. They have since started updating. For over [removed] dollars a month one would think it would be updated. Staff and care seem to be excellent. Size of the rooms are ok. Food is awful according to my dad

Admin staff were great getting my mom in short notice and over the holidays. Staff is attentive. My one concern is the lack of activities in memory care.

I like that most of the people care about the residents and try to do their best for them... The 2 weaknesses they have is they don't have many activities for the people memory care.. And the second thing is they don't make sure that the people are hydrated in memory care...I know it's harder for the people taking care of the Memory care residents but they could spruce it up a little... Assisted living area Is a more pleasant area... With more activities.

Overall experience is good. Staff, cleanliness, and apartment size are great. Food is fair. There is accessibility to on site physician, dentist, optometrist, podiatrist , physical therapy is excellent. I would definitely recommend the facility!

[removed name] was settling in very well while she was there, right now she is in rehab because she had her right knee done. She is really anxious to get back to Pruitt and she really does like it there. I think the only thing that has bothered me a little bit, but it has been worked out while they are doing her meds and she's a little bit confused with some of the pills being different colors than what she was taking at home. Otherwise, I would say it has been a positive experience
