Overall they have been fantastic! They are very responsive. They have good management. She likes the food and activities are great. It's small in comparison to some of the other places we looked at and that makes a difference. The only issue I have is the way you have to get medication they use a service and they don't always tell me when medicare doesn't cover a medication. I don't know untill I get the bill. That's not really Heritage though it's the medication service they use.

I am so glad we found Heritage when we needed a place for my parents. My parents are quite happy here and I'm happy with them there too. The office staff really worked with us to transition my parents here from another facility and were helpful and flexible to our needs. I'm really glad we choose this place for them! There are always activities for my dad, who's very social, and my mom gets great care too. It's been a while now, and my parents feel very 'at home' at Heritage. Their apartment is a good size and well maintained. It feels quite homey and comfortable. Heritage has a great staff-I truly believe that the care staff cares for my parents-they are affectionate and genuine. My parents have some medical issues and these have been handled really well. I've been made aware of things as they happened, but it's been taken handled-the medical staff really does what needs to be done! In other words, if my parents have an issue, yes, I'm called and aware of it, but Heritage already has the game plan in place and is able to take care of it. I can choose another option, but to be honest, they had the right game plan set to put in place. Another thing I really like about the staff is that they treat my parents as adults-they listen to them and ask for their input on things. Sometimes people forget that these folks lasted many years on their own just fine. They aren't children, they are fully grown and functional adults that just need life to be a bit easier. The facility is really nice. It's well maintained, and quite accessible. I've eaten with my parents on several occasions and the food is pretty tasty and fresh. It doesn't taste like a school lunch but a meal from home. I recommend Heritage highly for anyone that needs care for their family in this area.

My family knew that moving Mom into an assisted living facility was the right thing to do. But the actual "doing" was difficult. There were two bright spots that made this experince less difficult. One was the senior living advisor, Jenny Colditz. Jenny was "assigned" to my family and she was always there making sure that our search was progrssing and we had the information needed. The other bright spot was Brighton Gardens itself. When we toured, we meet with Matt who was an excellent representation for the community. By the time Mom moved in 6 months later, we had Eleni who was equally as awesome. We flew in from NYC to Atlanta and there was Eleni with an umbrella and smile to welcome Mom. This is a very personal decision for every family and I hope that each of you have the same positive outcome that my family did.

In comparison to the other two that we visited, it was very nice. Fabulous might be a bit strong but very inviting. Memory care floor wasn't available to tour due to a virus going around. It's convenient to family, very open and well lit. We'll probably put a deposit down.

personnel are superb The facility is great, but the outstanding staff/personnel/aides are the best.

The staff is profession, competent , friendly and caring. They have become my family at Heritage. The administration is open to all suggestion from residents and family which benefit the residents. I have been in residence at Heritage for since 2009. I, and my caretakers, are very pleased and happy with my continued residence here. The facility itself is very attractive with well appointed and convenient common areas. The light, high ceilings dining room has an full open view of the surrounding lawn and garden. The studio rooms are large most with two large widow and some rooms have a small balcony. Heritage is located in a mixed residential and suburban retail area near convenient local shopping. The staff is professional, competent caring and have become my family. The administration is open to suggestions which benefit both residents and the management of Heritage. This is MY HOME and my family and I strongly recommend it

I Have lived at Heritage for four(4) years. I came from rehab and having toured many assisted living facility with my relatives chose Heritage for a number of reasons. The facility was attractive and upon entering, I was struck with the pleasant openness of the common areas, the high ceilings and attractive dining area with full view of the garden area. I decided that this was the place for me. The staff were welcoming and answered all our questions. An additional benefit was the presence of several men. My experiences since I came here have been excellent. The staff is professional, competent, friendly and they have become my family. The rooms are large and airy and the common areas are large and well maintained. The current management are open to requests from residents and relative which benefit all. I am a happy camper and this is MY HOME.

Several people with loved ones at Emeritus at Flint River shared their glowing remarks with us. I can see why, because the staff goes over and beyond for their residents. My mother-in-law is happier there than she was at home, which really takes a load of worry off. She stayed to herself before but after moving in she got very involved and made new friends.

Visited 6/17. It's at the top of the list as it is a really nice facility.

I am a resident ambassador and I have lived here for 7 years. I am very pleased with the care provided to me. I love the monthly family nights, playing domino's, and word trivia with my friends. Look forward to our daily exercise program. We all love our Friday happy hour with live entertainment.

They have handled any issues well and the communication between the staff and our family was very good. The community had plenty of space for our loved one to roam and that was very important because he was a very active person. I would recommend this community to others.

Heritage of Peachtree Assisted Living gave my mother the best care she could have possibly received for the last 6 years of her life. She was cared for by professionals who not only met expectations, but exceeded them each day. I found loving, caring workers who were dedicated to giving their residents the best care possible. Am most pleased to give such a great review to such a wonderful facility!
