Provision Living

This is generally a good place. The food and activities are good. My loved one seems to be more happy at this community compared to another community. This might be because there are more male residents here compared to the prior community. The community has had a lot of employee changing over. There have been a lot of times that the community has had to do paperwork over and over again or request the paperwork over and over again. The transfer to the new management company should have been more seem less than what it was.

My mom came to the memory care floor of The Grande after a fall. The workers there are wonderful. They took such great care of her even through the most difficult of times. She lived there only 8 weeks before her death but she found such peace in those that dealt with her. [names removed] and so many others gave of their time to sit with her, listen to her, feed her, hug her and make her last days a bit more pleasurable. She couldn't see very well but she knew their voices. She would smile when they came in and talked with her. She loved it when they would just hold her hand. Mom did not leave her bed so I can't address all of the things that were offered. If you need a place for a loved one where they will be cared for and treated with respect, please try The Grande at Laumeier. They were wonderful and gave peace of mind to our entire family.

This was a good community with good staff. My loved one felt more comfortable at another community.

We are very happy with our experience at Provision Living. My mom is in the memory care section and the care and love that the staff members show her and the other residents there is phenomenal. It is a beautiful, clean, and loving environment for seniors and I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the Provision Living. However they do not have an independent living in the main building it is more individual housing surrounding the building and it felt a little to segregated

Our family had an in person tour and the woman who gave the tour was fairly new but very nice and did her best answering our questions. The residents seemed to really enjoy being there, we could see some activities but it was just to huge of a place. Our loved one is pretty much wheelchair bound and we thought it would just be to difficult for her to navigate around.

This community was okay but they may have had some issues supporting my loved one if there was a hoya lift needed. Nothing negative just the care at that time may have not been there for my loved one.

I liked this community but it looked more like a nursing home. I really liked this for my loved one but they just could not provide the care that was needed for my loved one.

Our family had an in person tour experience and we were blown away by The Sheridian, we were so impressed with the entire community. My husband and I even joke about saving up and moving here when its our time.

Our family had an in person tour and The Sheridan is a very lovely community, and the people we met with were very friendly. However we decided not to choose it because it came down to the price.

The move in was great and very inviting. My mom enjoys living here.

Our tour was great. But it was just too new of a community. It was going to be several months before anyone else was moving in, and a big part of the reason we were looking to move our loved one was for socialization.

It is a very nice place, and I would hesitate to send one of my parents there. Anytime I've called the staff are available to answer my questions. They are quick to let me know about my loved one and changes by calling.

We moved into an independent villa in March. Our children found it for us, and they were so confident we would be happy here that they put a deposit down before they told us. We were very happy to hear this news, and we visited and agreed the following day. It truly is a wonderful community. We LOVE our new home. It fits every need for both of us, and it's beautiful. We have access to all of the amenities in the big building. The food has been consistently very good. The staff is great and everyone is extremely nice and caring. We are both so relieved to be in a safe, friendly environment that truly does feel like home. Come see us!

We toured this community and the staff and tour were great. The community had great follow up and they did an assessment of our loved one over zoom. That assessment was not good at all and the management that was on that call was rude.

We had a wonderful experience at The Sheridan at Chesterfield. It was a very family friendly oriented place, it felt more like a nice hotel. They did not have barely any turnover in key people that we worked with. The staff here were very attentive and friendly and we never had any issues with them. The food here was excellent, I would have liked to have eaten here more myself. They made a lot of effort to always have activities going on to keep residents busy. I would highly recommend this facility, it is greatly run.

The food is not that great, kind of institutional. Overall they take excellent care of the residents. My mom seems happy at the Sheridan. They have nice outdoor space. They have a secured patio and gardening areas for the memory care side. It is a brand new community.

My wife and I are residents, I am her care giver with the assistance of their daily care. I recently had surgery, they moved her to a location where could care for her utill I was able to resume my part of her care. They made all arrangements and took care of all details as soon as they knew about my surgery.
