Provision Living

I came into town with my brother for a visit to our Aunt and Uncle that lives here. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. It was very clean, the food was great, we had lunch with them. We came on Friday and participated in the happy hour event they had. My Aunt and Uncle and love this place and I can see why. I met the person that runs the place and she was very attentive during our visit, my Aunt and Uncle knew her by name which tells me that she is involved. I now know that they really did make the best decision for themselves.

I came in from out of town to visit my aunt and uncle that live here. I have not seen them for about a year. I remember when they made this choice. I am so happy now that did. They look great, they are well taken care of, they are happy and say they have no regrets. I visited with the Executive Director during my visit and she was very knowledgeable about my aunt and uncle, she answered all my questions and I felt like she truly cared. I would highly recommend this community.

I absolutely love this place from the top with the Executive Director to housekeeping. Every one is so warm and inviting, I am always spoken to. I see the same kind of attention not only given to my dad by all the people that live there. My dad is happy and if he is happy then I am also.

My mom is here, and we love it. She is well taken care of. We found this community at the first of the year and have not been sorry once. The staff are kind and attentive to her needs. She lives in the memory care part. It is clean and there is no odor. The Administrator has always been available any time that we have needed to talk to her. She is understanding and very understanding. We love the entertainers that come as well. The food is good, my mom has no complaints about it. I would highly recommend this community if you have the need.

My Mom lives here and we are so glad that we were referred here. She is happy, the staff are great and caring. The community is beautiful and clean with no odors. The food looks delicious and mom likes it and when it is something that she does not like they have a special menu she can order from like a comfort menu. I have not complaints and feel so good knowing that mom is taken care and that she likes it. I would highly recommend this community for anyone's loved one.

So my father in law was in hospice and died 4 months later. They have been incredibly kind and nurturing to my mother in law. She was moved in at the beginning of his hospice care(at a different facility) so was really not around The Grande much. He passed about 2 weeks ago and they have been so sweet to her, knowing that she is struggling. She eats breakfast every day and they cook to order for her. I don't have a good feel for how dinners are because she eats dinner in her room often, I believe. I would recommend this facility to others.

I would recommend and already have. Good size and attentive staff. More like family than big institutions. Very personable staff.

A great place, very friendly and courteous staff. She gets good care.The place is beautiful. I picked this community because of proximity and it looked up to date and nice.

My loved one is currently a resident at Provision Living at West Clermont. Every person that we have dealt with from the beginning of the process, to the nursing staff and the dining room staff, has been amazing. They treat my loved one and all of us like family, not like it's a job. They have so many amazing activities and we can go and eat meals with our loved one for $10 and the food is great quality. The move in process was easy and they had my loved one's room ready to move in like they planned. I would absolutely recommend Provision Living at West Clermont to anyone. They are amazing!

I think The Grande was a great find. My mom is much happier now. It's a really good place. I was a little concerned to discover that they apparently don't have an RN on staff 24/7. Perhaps this was a misconception on my part prior to admission, or maybe there was a one-off issue on their part. I haven't investigated it yet. But other than a few minor glitches, and I know these will happen everywhere, we've been very pleased.

Cambrian Senior Living of South Lyon is a top notch living environment for seniors. From my first encounter with staff about questions regarding the facility, and care of its residents, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism, which continued the entire time of my mother’s stay there. The talented activity leaders planned daily entertainment, both in residence and on field trips. They made every resident feel special. The health care providers and skilled care providers treated each resident with respect and dignity. During the last days before her death, my mother was hospitalized, and staff members inquired daily about her health. If you are looking for a residence that provides comfort, a beautiful living environment, and skilled assistance, you will find it at Cambrian Senior Living of South Lyon.

Finding Cambrian, for my mother was a gift! Love that it is an independently owned, assisted, living, and memory care residence that puts the welfare of their residents as their top priority. The entire staff of administrators, nurses, caregivers, housekeeping, and enrichment coordinators are both professional and caring. Truly angels on earth!

The Grande at Laumeier Park provides great care. Our family member is very happy there. He loves the food. The staff are caring. And he is meeting people. It has been a great place for him to live.

Cambrian is a beautiful community with all of the amenities you would want, but what sets Cambrian apart is the Quality of Care. Owners are on site daily, Nurses are present working on floor leading the team everyday, Director of Resident Care is an LPN, no agency staff is used or ever has been. Their standards of quality care of high and corners are not cut. Cambrian is worth the drive!

The Grande at Laumerier Park was my favorite. But [facility name removed] was so much closer to my house. It was also a little less expensive than The Grande. But if The Grande would have been closer to my house, we definitely would have chosen it. The caretaker-to- resident ratio was like 1 to 10 at The Grande.

What we really like about this community is that the environment is casual, yet elegant. Her room is always clean and tidy. The meals, although I have not had one always look appetizing. The staff actually know what my mom is doing and how she is feeling. The activities are scheduled and always vary. Piano, live entertainment, singing hymns or old favorites. Trips out of the facility are maybe once or twice a month. Very responsive to questions and requests. All around lovely. Even the marketing person knows residents by name and a bit about each person. My mom's dementia wasn't easy for me to handle. These care givers are familiar with best practices and she is safer there than being at my home. They take precautions to keep her as safe and happy as she can be.

The staff members at The Grande at Laumeier Park are extremely friendly and very helpful. We absolutely love the clinician [name removed]. [name removed] who runs the kitchen staff are so attentive to our loved ones needs and wants. The meals since our loved one has moved in, have been great. Our loved one has not yet participated in the activities as of yet, but they have so much going on throughout the week. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

I think their should be more activities for men as they should as most of the activities offered are mostly for women. The Grande at Chesterfield is great community and my loved one is happy there, I would recommend.

My loved one likes being in the community, and my loved one has made friends here. They sit together for meals. The community has an on call geriatric doctor who is independent of the community and this is an added plus for the residents. The community staff is good at communicating with the family about our loved one and keeping us up-to-date on things that happen. The transition was good for my loved one and the family. The community made sure to have items in my loved one's room to allow my loved one to feel more comfortable in the community the first day. My loved one enjoys the food offered. The community does the laundry for my loved one and will clean the room as well. There are cognitive games, exercise, crafts and more for activities for the residents to participate in. If there is any drawback, it would be that I'm not sure they have full staffing. However, the staff that are there are loving and caring towards the residents.
