It's been an overall good experience at Benton House of Tiffany Springs. It is a very clean facility. The staff are really friendly here. I don't have any complaints at this time.

The Benton House at Woodstock is just so much better and the staff is so much nicer than any other facility we looked at. This is all a new thing to us, and every other place was bad except for this place.

Benton House of Woodstock is a very nice place, overall, I'm very satisfied with my choice. The people here are friendly, and the staff is caring and professional. The facility itself is nice looking, and always very clean. It's a little on the pricey side, but they do a great job!

It was a very accommodating, short term stay.

I am happy with them so far. It's still taking a while to get a consistent schedule with medications. Other than that it's great. The people are pretty nice, and are pretty good about communicating with me so far.

Overall I think they do a good job at Benton House of Clermont. The facility itself is excellent, it is a brand new, clean, very nice looking place. However, they've been having some staffing issues recently. There has been a lot of turnover with the kitchen staff and the food has been subpar as a result. They have also been some changes in the facility administration that are causing some issues, but they are working on getting everything settled down. For the most part the other staff are great, and they do a good job looking out for the residents. I've had experience with family members in others facilities, and this is definitely on the nicer end of senior communities.

The Benton House of Tiffany Springs is a nice community. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent. It's a brand new facility so everything is clean. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I would recommend this place. We haven't had any issues or concerns. The staff and everyone have been very nice and they seem to be very accommodating. I am just very pleased with the Benton House of Tiffany Springs.

We got there for a tour and when we got in to talk with someone they had no clue who we were or why we were there. There was bad communication with them about knowing we were coming. The place itself looked nice enough, but the coordination and communication could use some work.

They do a very good job over at Benton House of Clermont! It's new community, but they've done a great job getting everything up and running, and they took great care of my loved one. The aide staff here are wonderful, they're friendly and very attentive to the needs of the residents.

We're pleased with how things have gone at Benton House of Sugar Hill so far! Everyone has been very friendly, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. They take great care of their residents here! One thing I think they could work on is having more activities, in the afternoon specifically. My loved one doesn't generally get out and about until the afternoon, and there doesn't seem to be much going on by that point.

We toured Benton House. It was large and beautiful like walking into the lobby of a hotel. It was kind of sterile feeling though, and I didn't see people out and about socializing. It didn't have that welcoming homey feel.

The price was the determining factor that sent us with a different community. I can only rate on what I saw and what they said, but they were clean and the staff was friendly. Everything looked very nice.

Benton House did a good job overall taking care of our loved one. It was a nice looking facility, and the care staff were all very kind and professional. We did have a few issues, however. When our loved one first arrived the response times for the emergency pendants was unacceptably slow, although they did improve once we brought the issue up. The food was also an issue, there was a lot of room for improvement there.

It’s a small community so it’s more intimate with more care, more personal relationships. They are very sympathetic when bad things happen. The food is okay, but my mom likes it. They have a couple of outdoor places for residents. They have bingo and a whole calendar of activities.

My parents are happy with the quality and promptness of the care they receive. The staff is very friendly and competent. The Directors of the facility are outstanding in communicating with family and dealing with emergencies. The facility and rooms are nice and the outside setting is pretty. The meal schedule is a bit odd and sometimes the service is slow, so meals take a long time.

It is a beautiful facility, and we chose because the facility was nice - nice and clean. I can't really complain. I see a couple of areas for improvement but other than that they have been gracious to us. The improvement needed would be the nutrition. I don't know if it's the state guidelines, but the food is relatively common, it's not excellent. The meals are probably balanced, but it might be state guidelines but they are relatively bland and there's not a tremendous amount of food on the plate. Also, there have been days when the staff has not checked on my mother during the day. She has a few issues and the're not in and out every two hours, although that may be at my mother's request. She sleeps a lot, and maybe they're coming and I just don't know it.

Was quite impressed with this community. Will definitely keep preferred list.

I really like this place but more than I can afford.
