We were able to take a tour of this property and it was very nice. The people were very accommodating and they answered all my questions. Nothing was wrong with the community it just was to far for us to travel.

I was able to take a tour of the community and thought that the staff was helpful and seemed caring. I just feel that I would need more than that to make my decision whether to send my loved one here. I would like to know how they treat the residents.

So far it has been a good experience for my father. His health has been up and down, but I know he is in good hands here. They have very good staff here, they have been very helpful and responsive. I like the fact there are many activities available for the residents to choose from. The meals are decent, and they have a nice variety of choices to choose from. I know he is safe and being cared for well here. I would recommend this community, it has worked out great for us.

I have used Benton Village for respite and day care. I find the staff very friendly and caring. It is a little pricey for respite. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents busy and engaged. The activities director does a wonderful job at planning both indoor and outdoor activities. The residents really seem to enjoy it.

This is a beautiful community and the staff were very friendly. This community works with residents in the early stages of Alzheimers. The residents need to be able to walk a certain amount of steps and if they fell the family was responsible for getting them to the hospital if needed.

This community is my parents new home. They are enjoying it but still adjusting to their new community. My parents are pleased with the room they have. The meals are good here too. The only complaint is, no exercise class has been started. It's not the activity calendar but no class. I spoke to someone about this and they are looking into it.

She has adjusted well and is doing fine. The staff do their best to accommodate my mom's needs. She get help with rehab and joins in a few activities. The staff work well with her.

I toured this facility for my father. It is a nice looking community. Every body was nice and friendly. They a have licensed skilled nurses here. That was a very important aspect for us. My tour went well.

My wife only stayed here for a week for a respite stay. She seemed to like the atmosphere and everything went very well. The staff did fine and did their best. She seemed to like her meals, only had an issue with a soup. I thought the facility was clean for my wife. I would recommend this place to others.

My Great Aunt was using services from this agency for just a short time. I did like how they did care for my great-aunt but she was just not ready to stay in a community with other residents. I look forward to the help from A Place For Mom.

We considered this as an option when we were looking. It was a nice place, and would have worked, but the location was not ideal for our family. It was a bit far for everyone to easily get to.

Nice place but limited on in-house services for longer term care

I toured here it was very nice but the halls were so long and I felt it would be hard for my husband to manipulate in his condition. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay because I am financing this personally

Things are up and down with my mother she still adjusting with the move into the community, but that is expected. There is a transition going on at the community with the management, so we are just waiting to see what comes next. The staff has been great and helpful to my mother I would say the activities director here is amazing she always something planned for the residents to do. They do have a few good cooks here and the food that I've sampled was pretty good. I would recommend this community to someone but I would just say to anyone considering senior living to not expect everything to be perfect all places have their ups and downs.

I am very pleased with my father's move into The Benton House it is truly a wonderful place to be. The main selling point to me was the way the community looks and it looks amazing and very well kept and super clean. It is a brand new facility so the rooms are new and the areas around the place looks great. My only concern is that I wished the staff would communicate more with me regarding my father's progress and how he is doing, but other then that they are friendly and helpful in other ways. He is starting participate in the activities they offer and has made some friends my father is younger then the other residents around the community so finding friends he can relate to can be a little difficult for him here. Food is pretty good and tasty and they do have wide variety of food available. This was by far the best community I could had chosen for my father I very pleased with all that they have done for us.

Our experience with Benton House of Douglasville was a good one, overall. For the level of care they provide I think they do an excellent job. However, as they are not able to handle higher levels of dementia/alzheimer's care, we decided to move my loved one to a facility that can handle those needs as they come up. That being said, I would highly recommend Benton House to any family not in need of higher end care needs, they do a fabulous job!

Very clean facility. The staff seemed very nice. The residents seemed well cared for.

They are doing okay there. It is a little expensive. She is concerned about how long she is going to be able to maintain because of the costs. She is going to try to stay into next year, but we may have to look at some other options. It is okay.

I toured here when I was looking for options. It was clean and the staff was friendly. All the places we looked at were pretty comparable, and it ultimately came down to location.

I like the place and I think that Mom likes it there too. The staff and administration are always pleasant and available to help. The building is clean and well maintained. My Mom seems to find it comfortable there.
