This home was absolutely gorgeous and has fantastic amenities available to all of their residents. Very nice facility. I would have loved to move my mother in. They had huge rooms and everything was very clean and brand new. It was just way out of our budget...

This is a nice community, this is a good community. It is a nice looking community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff for the most part is well, but the temps. they hire sometimes could use some improvement. There are nice activities offered for the residents. The food has been an issue. My mother would like no salt on her meals, but the staff has not been the best at accommodating this. It is a bit expensive. Overall this is a community I would recommend.

Benton House is an awesome home away from home! Our Mom was there for a week to visit while we had some time with our Grandchildren. Mom was nervous about the change to her routine but the Team at Benton House made her welcome and helped her to fit in to the "family". The whole management staff made the transition much easier than we had even hoped and when Mom is ready for a permanent move Benton House would be our FIRST CHOICE!!! Thank you for all you do!

Benton does their best for the transition to be made for the resident and the family. We carefully weighed our options as there were several factors we had to consider however this was the best option. Found the staff to be helpful, informative and accommodating. Found the residents seem to be content there and were friendly as well.

The community offers a full calendar of daily and nightly events. My Mother in law will be going there for the day program. I have not tried the food but we passed by the dining hall and it looked good I think I would eat it. The staff are very friendly, helpful and open to questions. The community is very clean and well maintained.

Benton House is a nice place. There are a lot of activities but my Father does not participate. He thinks the food is just fine.

Everyone at the Benton House of Sugar Hill has been so good with my mother. I can leave her for the day and know that she is happy and taken care of.

A Place for Mom was a very efficient referral service. The first place I was referred to was the place we settled mom. It was clean, professional, offerred appropriated personnel at appropriate pricing. It was a very wonderful process to go through. Even after Mom was placed, we received several calls from other locations to see if we were still in need. I would refer anyone looking for assisted living services to A Place for Mom.

This is a wonderful place. I couldn't have found a better home for my mom. The staff have gone above and beyond to make her comfortable . Mom has made great friends in a very short time

The staff at the Benton House of Newnan have been great. Anything you ask they do their best to help you. Love the Staff

I would put right up there. Going in there, it was all very nice and clean and the people were very friendly. The main reason my mother went to a different place is that one of our relatives was going to live accross the hall from where her room would be at the other place and she knew a couple of other people there too, although she might not really remember them. If it weren't for that we would have gone with Garden House. It was a close second.

What we like the most about the community is their friendly staff and there are a lot of activities. Step mom is starting to settle in and feel better as she meets more people. Yes, I would recommend Benton House of Newnan Lakes to other families

The director when I was there [name removed] was my lifeline and savior to communicate with my Long Term Care insurance to learn the correct terms to describe our needs. Great and compassionate personal staff

Facility and staff are very attentive and good with my dad. Cleanliness and staff is what stuck out over other places.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Clean and sanitary. They Check in on my dad every 2 hours. Meals are decent. It's small and not much "common" area but my dad not interested in all the bells and whistles so works out fine. Cheaper than most. He says he likes it there. Kind of feels like family. Far cheaper than any others I toured but you get what you pay for. It's smaller and not as many amenities as the larger more expensive ones. But perfect for my dad who does not participate in anything so it depends what you're looking for.

Benton House has a very helpful and caring staff. Get to know/familiarize with each member. Benton House has a day program that my mom attended a few of times each week for a couple of months. This allowed Mom to make friends and become comfortable. Made the move to Benton much easier for her.

It has been overall mostly a positive experience. It is cleaner than most I believe. The staff has been great.. When it comes to the care services it gets a 4 because we are new to this type of facility. The meals are ok, and our loved ones does not take advantage of the activities. It's very expensive for us, I know it's in line with other facilities. From looking around at other places, one of the best things in my opinion is the size. It's smaller than most places we looked into. I would recommend it.

Staff were very helpful with a few exceptions. Meals were often late and cold. Yes, I would recommend Benton House to other families
