Unfortunately our loved one's stay here was only a short one, but Benton House of Woodstock made a very good impression during the brief time that we worked with them. It was a nice looking place, and the staff were all very friendly.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. We were very impressed by what we saw at Benton House! It was a very new, nice looking community, and the staff all seemed very friendly. It was a fairly small community, and Dad was more interested in somewhere big and busy. I've heard nothing but good things about this place from friends who have relatives here, however!

My experience with Benton House has been wonderful. The staff is very caring and accommodating to my mom. The facility is extremely clean. The memory care area is very secure. They have really good meals, and lots of activities to offer. I receive pics regularly from staff with my mom participating in activities, which I enjoy. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Benton House.

We've had a great experience with Benton House so far! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly and caring. They are so supportive, not just of my loved one, but of the whole family. They're very communicative, and always let me know if anything comes up, or often just to give updates on how my loved one is doing!

Heather called and was very helpful with her suggestions. We spoke about Memory Care and she recommended a Neuro-Physcologist Dr. Douglas Mason for my father. Left her cell number with me if I needed her for further assistance.

Everything there has been excellent. We’re very pleased. For being a brand new facility they’ve made sure my loved one is very well taken care of. They now have more people in the memory care and the assisted living, so they’re mingling them together to improve the activities for the memory care residents.

They have been wonderful to work with. My mom has made a improvement just being there 1 month. I truly feel Blessed to have her there.

They are very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They are very quick to respond if there is a need or a concern. The activities are okay. The food is pretty good. I think everything is going really well, and they take really good care of my mom and her needs, they are really supportive. They have a respite program there that was really nice. We liked that it was smaller and they offered a lot of social interaction.

Lively group of active seniors. Benton Manor has a nicer dining room and activity room. Wish it was closer to my home.

Was a great place for mom at the time until it became to expensive to stay there

Benton House has been truly life saving for my Dad. This last 3 weeks has absolutely turned his life around physically and emotionally.. WOW! Greatly appreciate their step-down program and how much they have prepared Dad for now the possibility of going home. Great place and amazing staff!!!

They won't allow sister due to age. Jenna was VERY helpful and so willing to listen and help. 4/16 LM for her to call me back for mom only pricing.

We placed Dad into the Step-Down program at Benton House, and it has been really a great place. He is getting excellent and friendly care, along with compassion of the staff. He has only been there just over one week now, but has made good progress in mobility, able to walk more now with his walker, and use the wheelchair less for short distances. The office staff and nurses as well are very friendly and helpful. My Dad has been able to re-gain his dignity in an attempt to get more self-sufficient and more strength. Thanks so much for such excellent care!

This is one of the communities I toured when I was looking into care options for my loved one. I looked at quite a few options in the area and I was very impressed with all of them. This didn't end up being the place that I selected but I was still impressed by what I saw here. It looked like they had quality care and a nice variety of activities. It's a nice clean facility, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were very pleased with the service here, they took great care of my loved one! They were great about communication, it was always easy to get in touch with them and they were always quick to contact us if any issues arose with our loved one. The staff were all very friendly, and the facility was always well kept and clean. We also thought they did a good job with the food. The only complaint I had was that the laundry service often had mix-ups with the residents clothes.

Benton House is a gorgeous facility,. I like that outside activities are encouraged. The staff (Care and Office) is very caring and helpful. I liked that they were respectful of my dad and listened to him with full attention. The rooms are nice and big, and the common areas feel almost like a resort-it's that beautiful. My parents are no longer here, but that is not due in any way to this great facility. Benton House took good care of them.

My father went here for respite care, it was very good. He needed a little bit of care, the care was okay. It really wasn't the care so much, we had a little bit of environmental issues, nothing to do with the cleanliness and they told us there were gonna be a few issues but they kept us informed.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The overall feeling is warmth. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms perfect. My mother was very comfortable in her stay although it was for only 2 months while she was recovering from an injury. The nurses stayed on top of her medication and the director set up home health. I learned of the rehabilitation program (step program) from a Place for Mom and am very grateful for their assistance at a most difficult time.
