Benton house was the perfect fit for my in-laws needs. They provide different levels of care and the staff is caring. The facilities are clean and welcoming.

They have done a pretty good job so far. Communication has been the biggest issue, both, between the staff, and with family members. I think we have higher expectations, and are more involved than a lot of families. The communication about all the additional fees for add ons wasn't very clear. Once a month the podiatrist comes, but if you don't know when he is coming, you can't sign up to see him. The food gets high marks, and the events they put on are good. The people are all pretty friendly, and I would rate them very highly.

They have been pretty good. They have been really easy to work with. The food is pretty good, I have eaten there a couple of times, they do family things sometimes, and it's been pretty good. We liked that it was brand new, and there weren't that many people. I liked the idea that she wouldn't be the only new one there.

There could be a little more consistency with the therapy that is provided. They schedule and then don't show up. Part of this is because it's a contract company with the Benton House so it's not all their fault but there could be a little more done.

Our experience with Benton House of Tiffany Springs has been a very very good one! The staff here are friendly and professional, and they were a huge help to our family throughout the whole process. They gave us a lot of information on memory care and Alzheimer's Disease, and really helped us choose what was best for our loved one. They've been nothing but kind and gentle with Mom, and I liked that they allowed us to be there during her assessment to see what sort of questions they asked. I highly recommend them for memory care, they have taken excellent care of my loved one.

It's good. I am really happy with it. It's a real nice place. They have good staff. They work well with the residents. Everybody likes each other. It's a growing community. It's fairly new. I would highly recommend the Benton House of Tiffany Springs. This is an excellent community. It has been a positive and really good experience. Everything has been going great. Everyone is really nice. The staff seems caring.

They do a fantastic job at Benton House of Newnan. It really is a top of the line community. The facility itself is clean and well decorated, and they take great care of the people who live here. Unfortunately they also charge a premium price for the level of care that they provide, which is really the only downside to this place.

Very, Very satisfied. The ladies were so nice to us when we had to move our mother. It was a very emotional decision, but they put our mind at ease and they have made my mother feel very welcome. I can't say enough nice things about them.

Things have gone great with Benton House! I really can't say enough good things about them! The staff here are totally friendly, professional, and supportive, and they take great care of everyone who lives here. Both the aide staff and the office staff have been very helpful and easy to work with. The facility itself is well laid out, and also always very clean. I don't have a single criticism so far, and I would definitely recommend them to others!

The staff at Benton House of Newnan Lakes really went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met, and in a timely manner. We had to get my mother in law in quickly, and they were able to fulfill our needs. They treated us like family, not like a patient or customer.

This was a serious decision for my family. We worried about our moms care and her social interactions. No more worrying here! She didn't want to leave her home, but she is making great adjustments. She doesn't always go, but there are weekly outings and scheduled activities, this helps to keep her in a regular routine, which she did not have before. I have eaten meals here and they are good and nutritious.

Excellent facility for your loved ones. My mom is now thriving due to the socialization, various activities, and great care she is receiving. Wish I would have moved her here first. Night and day from where she lived before. She is happier than she's ever been.

Very professional staff, very friendly also. Everyone shows a genuine level of care and concern towards the residents. Jenny , the head nurse is a consummate professional and always on top of things, she made the process of getting our Mom's medications straightened out a lot easier for us. Hospital kept changing her dosages , so we kept having to update the staff, they were very good at making sure everything was right. Very nice , clean facility. Mom likes all the people there. I would recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately our loved one's stay here was only a short one, but Benton House of Woodstock made a very good impression during the brief time that we worked with them. It was a nice looking place, and the staff were all very friendly.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. We were very impressed by what we saw at Benton House! It was a very new, nice looking community, and the staff all seemed very friendly. It was a fairly small community, and Dad was more interested in somewhere big and busy. I've heard nothing but good things about this place from friends who have relatives here, however!

My experience with Benton House has been wonderful. The staff is very caring and accommodating to my mom. The facility is extremely clean. The memory care area is very secure. They have really good meals, and lots of activities to offer. I receive pics regularly from staff with my mom participating in activities, which I enjoy. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Benton House.
