I toured Benton House of Clermont and it was super nice. Everything is on the ground floor. The communication from this facility was amazing and they were very helpful.

I toured this facility and it was nice. It's a larger community. Very clean. Everyone was friendly. The food choices were fantastic, they have a Chef on staff. It seemed like a better fit for Assisted Living than Memory Care to me, personally. But seemed like a very nice place!

We've been really pleased with the personnel at Benton Village. It feels a little short-staffed at times, but the staff that's there is great. My parents have been happy there. They like the convenience of the food and the living arrangements. They have two bathrooms, which has been really helpful to them and is rare to find. The other people who live there have been friendly, and my parents are making friends.

We really enjoy that we are allowed to bring our pet it really means a lot to our loved one - they are very pet friendly community. The staff are very relaxed when it comes to us visiting and taking our loved one out of the community for a day. Our loved one really enjoys when they bring in live music entertainment, they even have brought in birds and did a little show for it. Bingo is very popular on the memory care side but they do not really care for it. The staff are very friendly and caring and we would absolutely recommend Benton House of Raymore to other families.

We really like the appearance of the community right when you first walk in, it is very inviting and welcoming. The staff members are very friendly there. The meals when we first visited were very good, however some of our other family members and loved one says the quality of the meals has gone down so those could use some improvements.

Benton House really didn't seem like a huge bargain for what you were getting. It was nice, but not what we were looking for. It seemed geared more towards memory care than assisted living, which my loved one was not quite ready for.

We were very satisfied with this facility. They gave us a lot of information before we moved my mother in and made sure we understood everything. We really liked that it was all one level and on the smaller side as far as the size of the facility. Their communication was always good, they were great about calling and keeping us informed. Mom's room was always clean. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Have had two small instances. Spoke with staff and those were handled after bringing those two up. The wonderful and great thing about it is a very small community. So makes it homey and more ordeal. A family oriented environment.

I liked the first leadership team. I was not impressed with the second team(they have all left). I hear the new team is really good. I would make sure to schedule follow up meetings. It let the staff know you are concerned about your person's care.

The community has had some turnover issues; however, I believe that is happening most places nowadays. The community is clean and is in a nice neighborhood. This was the most reasonably priced community in the area. They have bingo, church services, musicians and more as some of the activities offered to the residents. My loved one has some friends of the family in the community from staff to residents. I would recommend the community to others.

I really suggest you continue to do your research on all assisted living communities. Benton House provided all inclusive pricing, including care. The staff have been good to work with the family if we have any questions or concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents. I believe they could improve variety of options more frequently, especially drink options.

The only problem I have had is my mothers eye doctor gave her medication and the nurse practitioner at Benton House said she did not need it, so we are going to have to clear that up. They are the most expensive that we looked at, but they have the most staff members so it is worth the money for us since my mom needs a lot of care. I would recommend them as long as we can get the medication straightened out.

This was a very good tour and very good community. I did not have any negative feeling there was just another community that seemed to click better for us and my family.

We like the location of this community, it is just a few miles away so we are able to visit often and get their quickly if needed. They have been meeting all of our loved ones needs so far. Everything is very nice, modern, and newish. Based on our experience we would recommend them to other families. They could work to improve on their overall communication and orientation once your loved one gets moved in. They do a wonderful job selling you the place but after move-in it could be much better,

We had a good tour experience with Benton House of Raymore. The downfall for us was it was a ranch style so everything was on one level. We were looking for something that was bigger and had more space.

This is a good place to have your relatives. This is a nice and friendly atmosphere. I did not know what to expect at first but they exceeded my expectations this is a very nice community. They have activities like bingo, musical guest, church services and more for the residents.

We had a great tour experience with Benton House. Out of all of the facilities that we looked into, they seemed to offer the best care. At the time, the price was too high for us, but looked back I would have paid it to get the better quality of care.
