I really enjoyed my tour of this community. Everything looked great, and I was very impressed. From what I saw everything looked very nice and clean. The staff was kind and friendly. They were informative and answered my questions. They have nice activities offered for the residents. Everyone was very nice. Their rates were expensive for our budget. It is a very nice community overall.

The community was overall lovely. The staff answered all of my questions and guided me through the process. The place was kept very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this community to a friend.

My parents have been living at Ivy Hall a couple of months now. It took a while to adjust for my parents as well as for the family. My parents are loving their new home and the staff is fabulous. It's like being apart of a new big family. I can not say enough good things. When I've had an issue of any sort, one conversation or email is all it took to be quickly resolved. The only slightly negative thing I would say is the chef needs to step up and make the food as great as the rest of the facility. The nursing staff, the helpers and the office staff are absolutely wonderful and very caring. The activity directors are wonderful and you can tell they love their job and really care for the residents. If you want a place that will truly care for your loved ones and has the staff to back it up Ivy Hall may also be the place for you.

The staff are attentive and friendly. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer a calendar of daily activities. My loved one has made friends.

Things are going pretty great since moving my father to St. Ives Memory Care. He has has a bit of trouble adjusting to the move, but that is expected. Everything is good there, the staff are friendly and very helpful. My father has had mixed reviews on their food. He does not participate in activities as much as I'd like but that is understandable. I would recommend St Ives Memory Care. I would also say others should do their research and know that they need as far as care.

Our experience with Ivy Hall Assisted Living has been a good one, overall! The facility is clean, well kept, and there are never any odors. The people here are friendly, and they do a great job looking after the residents! I spoke with a visiting nurse who sees a lot of different communities in the area, and she said this is the place she'd pick for her Mom, which I think is a pretty good recommendation!

Brookdale Concord South is going well. The only thing I would say they possibly need to improve on is having a schedule printed out. We had a lot of questions when we moved in like what days does laundry get done, what day do they clean her room, ect. I would have liked to see them give a hand out of some sort with all of that information as a quick reference. Also after 6 weeks we haven't had a lot of feed back as far as how she is doing, etc. I would like a monthly status report or something like that. I asked them if they had any regular meetings scheduled and they said they only do that if anything changes. To me I think it's better to have like a monthly meeting on the staffs perspective of how things are going before anything changes. It would be nice to have more frequent updates. Right now I have to seek out information. It's been pretty good overall though. With any move for a person this age it is an adjustment. She was confused because there were a lot of workers and they don't work 7 days a week. I think we are past the worst of the adjustment now. I know all the staff and they have all been helpful and friendly. We chose this facility because it is smaller and thought it would be less overwhelming for her and it has been. We would definitely recommend this facility.

Overall I think things have gone very well at Summit Place of Daniel Island! It's a nice looking community, and the staff have all been friendly and professional. We looked at quite a few communities in the area, and we are satisfied with our choice!

Very friendly, helpful tour guide. Facility was slightly small, but nice. Seems better for those in need of higher level of assistance than my parents.

At Brookdale Concord South we are very pleased with the activities and the staff getting my mother involved. I will say that they are not cleaning her room well. They seem to come in and do a half way job. Other than that I am very pleased with this facility.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community a bit closer to home, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Absolutely delightful! No. 1 on my search list at this time. Bright, cheerful, friendly! The new director gave tour. Very enthusiastic about home and plans for future. Very small- only -- units. Only 2 men living there.

Beautiful location but we live on one island and they are on another. Might be to difficult for us to get to her in emergency from our location. Wish it had worked out for us. No complaints

I would say it has definitely been a really good and positive experience here at Brookdale Oak Ridge. I would say the staff has made the effort to accommodate the residents as best as they possibly can.

I would like to see more interaction between the facility and the outside family members. We don't get enough feedback. They should add many more activities. Some of the technicians are a little short with my parents. Everything else has been pretty good. The location and parking has been okay. The food is fine. I would recommend the Emeritus at Hawthorne Inn at Hilton Head. My overall rating of this facility is four stars.

Overall, we are very happy with Morningside of Evans. Lately there have been issues with employee turnover. This affects my mother both in the care she receives, and in her overall well being. The staff become like family to her and other residents. That said, I believe they are working to solve the problem. We are hopeful things will stabilize soon.

Brookdale Concord South are good, but mom can be adamant about not doing something she won't do it. The staff does try to their limitations, They are not forceful with my mom. The staff are all friendly and great and do not charge me unnecessarily. The activity director has arranged lots of activities to keep mom busy if she chooses.

Our loved one has only been here a short time, but so far things seem to be going well. It is a nice looking place, and the staff all seem very friendly and professional.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a nice looking place overall, but I think it would have been a bit too large and overwhelming for Mom. It seemed like a good community, but I don't think she would have been comfortable here.

Morningside Evans has been so nice. I will give more details on the emailed review.
