After much research, we decided to put our Grandfather here. Amazing people. Warm, friendly everything you need for them to be when such a hard decision is being made.. Really nice place and lots for them to do. A blessing for my family!!

My mom moved to the Gardens of Statesville a few weeks ago and has been warmly welcomed by the community. I am very impressed with the friendly staff, the variety of activities, and the clean environment.

This was more of what my mom was looking for. It was more independent than Oak Park Retirement and it was a very nice place. My mom would get her own house with a garage, but the kitchen was not the best it needed some work done to it. She would choose this one over the Oak Park except it was too far away for her convenience.

It was an easy process to get her enrolled in there. They were very helpful. She complains about the food. She says the portions are small and it comes out cold. The nursing staff and the technicians are very helpful and very nice. Some of the waterpipes broke and they reacted immediately. They are right on top of things. It's bright and cheery. I don't get the hospital feeling in here.

All of the staff are extremely nice and go out of their way to help the residents. They work as a team to the benefit of the small community. Definitely recommend. Only thing to add is that the food is typically good but could be upgraded a little.

We have since found residency at Revela at O'Fallon, which is night and day better. I do recommend Revela at O'Fallon. They're expensive, [removed]/mo, but they actually do what they advertise. First, the place is like checking into a nice hotel. The best thing for me is that they keep Sharon engaged all day long. At Revela, they serve meals and residents get choices.

I would highly recommend the facility to anyone and have recommended them to several people, including going through A Place For Mom for assistance. They try to make each patient feel welcome and included in as many activities as that individual can do. The facility is well maintained. Offer such amenities as a hair salon on premises. However, I will say that to receive regular updates in regards to patient's medication's the family/caretaker must be proactive about that.

My loved one made steady improvement during a stay at The Grove of Oak Ridge. With the help of physical therapy, he was able to return home after a short stay.

It ended up being much nicer than I expected and I chose it to be the place for dad to live. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. There is always a full calendar of activities. Recommend!

1. Overall experience: 3 to 4 Overall, clean facility, most of the staff are great (a few do not need to be there). On the fence if I would recommend this facility or not. Food: 2-3 (used to be better in the beginning, bigger portions, quality was better. Also I keep in mind a lot have restrictions in thier diet and it's hard to cater to each resident. So...... 7. Activities: 4-5 8. Value for the money: 3. All depends on the room and level of care that you need. It gets pricey fast--but most Senior Living places are that way.

A Place for Mom or Dad Caring staff, good menu, welcoming décor, good programs.

My 92 year old mom has been there for a year. She feels seen and loved by the staff for the most part. She enjoys breakfast and dinner with her table mates. She opts out of lunch because she'd rather eat cookies for lunch. She crochets everyday and as a result doesn't take advantage of very many activities unfortunately. But the activity offerings seem nice. She's content there and loves her private room. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 is that the price was raised a few months into her stay.

Visit, tour rooms, talk to staff, visit dining room. I would definitely recommend The Groves. Staff are friendly and very caring.

I would give Rivercrest Place 4 for overall rating but 5 for all of the subcategories (eg, friendliness, cleanliness, etc). Maintenance is not responsive to requests and they need to be submitted numerous times.. Everything else is great. My MIL is very happy.

The staff members were very attentive to my mom. They had great attitudes. We very much liked the staff to patient ratio.

We would give them a 4.5, they really are a caring group of people there. My mom seems very happy considering her health. Overall, they have taken very good care of my mother so far. Sometimes though when I visit I find that the housekeeping side of things is not always great. A lot of times I find the bathrooms to be very dirty in her room. Otherwise, though she is fed and gets lots of socialization there. The staff is very friendly and Will right away. Take care of things if it's brought to their attention.

With health care things could always be a little better. Prefer our names to not be disclosed. Overall a good experience for mom but like I said there is always room for improvement. That would be for any facility or even hospitals. I have learned alot through all this and hope we don't have to face it again.

We chose Jenni-Lynn because of the nice location. Quiet neighborhood located conveniently to grocery and dining. Within our budget. Very kind and personal staff. 4 of the nurses attended my moms funeral. They were in the middle of renovating the facility during part of her stay there.

We had a warm and inviting first impression of Concord Place. The med staff and support staff are all very friendly and seem to be interested in my mother's care. I am glad that my mother has made new friends and seems to feel at home there
