My 92 year old mom has been there for a year. She feels seen and loved by the staff for the most part. She enjoys breakfast and dinner with her table mates. She opts out of lunch because she'd rather eat cookies for lunch. She crochets everyday and as a result doesn't take advantage of very many activities unfortunately. But the activity offerings seem nice. She's content there and loves her private room. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 is that the price was raised a few months into her stay.

Visit, tour rooms, talk to staff, visit dining room. I would definitely recommend The Groves. Staff are friendly and very caring.

I would give Rivercrest Place 4 for overall rating but 5 for all of the subcategories (eg, friendliness, cleanliness, etc). Maintenance is not responsive to requests and they need to be submitted numerous times.. Everything else is great. My MIL is very happy.

The staff members were very attentive to my mom. They had great attitudes. We very much liked the staff to patient ratio.

With health care things could always be a little better. Prefer our names to not be disclosed. Overall a good experience for mom but like I said there is always room for improvement. That would be for any facility or even hospitals. I have learned alot through all this and hope we don't have to face it again.

We chose Jenni-Lynn because of the nice location. Quiet neighborhood located conveniently to grocery and dining. Within our budget. Very kind and personal staff. 4 of the nurses attended my moms funeral. They were in the middle of renovating the facility during part of her stay there.

We had a warm and inviting first impression of Concord Place. The med staff and support staff are all very friendly and seem to be interested in my mother's care. I am glad that my mother has made new friends and seems to feel at home there

The staff is very responsive, if I have questions they are answered immediately. If the staff does not have an immediate answer, they will make inquires and respond in a timely matter. They seem genuinely concerned about my family member and assisting the entire family in making this change in her life be as smooth of a transition as possible. They are very patient and kind and I feel good that she is living at Concord Place. Putting a family member in an assisted living environment isn't an easy decision but I'm glad we chose Concord Place and I would choose them again. I think the concern for patient care starts at the top because I have often seen the administrative staff interfacing with the people that live there as well as with their families.

We would highly recommend Jenni Lynn. Our mother is very happy there. The only problems we have seen are staff turnover and sometimes a shortage of staff. We picked it at the time because it was close to family and it had a comfortable, homey atmosphere.

I mostly used Harbor Cove for respite care. In Jan 2024 contracted for full time. The RN who worked there left in the fall and had not been replaced when my husband passed. I had hospice go there after he started staying full time when I was out of town and could not go myself. During the time he was there they sold their business to Premier Care. I found the administration was difficult to work with because they would not follow through with issues that I presented to them. I would recommend the facility to someone that had attentive friends and family to depend only.

The only concern we have is the fact that after hours it's extremely difficult to get in touch with any staff. We have had some situations with mama that she would call me about a concern and I was unable to reach anyone there to discuss it. However, we could reach the on call nurse who was not on the premises. Housekeeping does a good job, to the extreme that she didn't want them to come clean her room (she is not capable of doing it herself), so they notified us and accommodated by cleaning her room when they knew she would be out at an activity for a length of time rather than trying to stick to the scheduled cleaning times. Daddy is really enjoying the meals and the social interactions at meal times.

We moved him from NHC in Bluffton to Harbor Cove. The staff at Harbor Cove was very caring, which we did not experience at NHC. I wish we'd moved him to Harbor Cove earlier. It is a smaller place, but staff was fantastic with him.

I didn't want my husband to have access to a shower in his own bathroom because I felt that was un-safe. He would have tried to shower by himself. I didn't see a lot of socializing there either and they were 15 minutes late for my appointment. These are the main reasons we did not choose Concord Place.

I compared facilities in the area and although this one was more expensive I felt it was worth it. I would have no problems recommending to others. Reliable. Excellent choice for respite care. Residents seem to like it. It met my needs.

Harbor Cove Memory care was much smaller than the place we were before. And it suited us much better. The staff seemed like they really cared for my father-in-law, not just doing their job. Staff was very personable and qualified. Wish we would have taken him there sooner. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

We picked this community, because of the convenience to my house, friendliness of staff, general atmosphere, and price. It's been a mostly positive experience. The activities director is great.

I am currently a resident at The Groves at Oak Ridge and things have been very good at this facility. The staff is great! They are all very friendly and helpful. The meals are good. They could be more healthy, with more fruits and vegetables. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We picked this community because, of the proximity to my home. It's a great facility. They have trustworthy staff. It's a safe place for mom. I would recommend to other families.

Concord Place was nice and it was the first place I visited. The thing that made me nervous was they had doors to the outside and if Mom had walked out the door, she would've automatically been put in memory care for her safety. I felt that the facility was not very secure so they relied on the residents to understand the rules about going outside. But Mom has memory issues so I didn't believe that she would be able to navigate that situation.

The food is okay. We picked this community because, it is very close to my house, and one of the nicer communities. Any requests that I have, they are quick to respond and meet any needs that I have for my loved one. They are very friendly and nice.
