They have not done anything wrong. I have been impressed form the get-go. The staff is so welcoming to me and my loved one and i have been impressed with how they handle the residents and I love the size of the place and they have a good staff-to-resident ratio.

It wasn't perfect there but it was well kept. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We appreciated the services they provided the 6 weeks my mom was there.

So far we are pleased with Ivy Hall Assisted Living. Everything is going well. My mother seems happier than she has ever been in her entire life. The parking is difficult there and that is the only negative. It has the warmest feeling here. The size isn't too big and intimidating. I am very pleased.

One of the nicest places around. Caring staff, great meals, activities throughout the day. Very little turnover for employees. A very small community which make it very home like.

I am extremely happy with Gardens of Statesville. The staff is great. They are always coming by to tell her about different activities going on and she will sometimes participate in them. She has finally stopped talking about wanting to go home. Everything I have seen has been good. We have been up there for some of the meals and they seem to have a good selection. She is happy at this facility and that is huge!

Our experience with Brookdale has been absolutely fantastic! They've done such a great job taking care of our loved ones! I would give them a 50 out of 5 if I could! The grounds and the facility itself are beautiful, clean, and well kept. The staff members are all compassionate, caring people. My loved ones really seem to be enjoying it here, they even love the food. I really have nothing but good things to say about them!

Things went very well with Clemmons Village II. They were wonderful. They took good care of her while she was there. They did a marvelous job, and I would definitely recommend them to others. I think they deserve a five.

A Place for Mom came to our rescue during a difficult time in our lives. While giving us several options that fit all of our needs, we choose Medlock Gardens and I'm so thankful we did. Medlock Gardens is a perfect home for my Mom and she couldn't be happier. They have made sure she is well taken care of, making her feel at home and meeting her needs. That makes all of us happy!!

The staff was very friendly. I was greeted immediately. They took time to learn what Mom's needs were and even though assisted living may not be what were looking for right now, they were able to offer other services that might be of benefit while trying to look for the right fit. They explained about vacation/respite care that could be utilized. They helped me see what our options were. Staff was friendly with the Residents and new them by name. They were professional and courteous. The atmosphere was pleasing and comfortable as well.

I would recommend the Gardens of Statesville!. The staff is very friendly. It has been a great experience. This is a great community. I am glad that my mother is well taken care of and happy. This place is wonderful.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Brookdale Concord South was top of the line, just a very nice place overall. The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. I was very impressed by the tour, and the residents here all looked well taken care of and happy.

We went on a waiting list we where two days late but it did not phase our marketing director Becky Wise knows we are looking for a 2 bedroom, one was not available at this time. Very very friendly place Thank you

Our experience with Ivy Hall has been a very good one. We had somewhat of a unique situation, and they were great about reaching out to us to let us know they were willing to help. They've been very caring and accommodating throughout the whole process.

The residents are just real friendly to my mother and make her feel comfortable. The nursing staff takes really good care of her. My mother has done just really well at Emeritus at Oak Ridge. I am glad I selected it.

The staff is very friendly and strive to make their residents and their families happy. Following breakfast until dinner there are several activities that they can do. Residents seem to be happy and are very close to each other. They have a special program for Dementia, so when it becomes necessary my Mother's special needs will be addr essed. We are pleased that we chose Emeritus as the place for our Mother to live

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, and it was located very conveniently for us! However, we felt that our loved one would do better in a smaller community. However, they are certainly worth a look if you are looking into senior living in the area!

My aunt and uncle stay there. It's real expensive. Care varies with who is on shift. Sometimes at night my aunt needs to get up, and it often takes two people to get it up, and sometimes there aren't two people there. They seem to be short of help, especially and on weekends. They always have activities going on. The location is really great for us, because it is five minutes from where we live. The food is not the greatest in the world; food quality varies and is not consistent. They rotate cooks.

I like several things. First, they offer assisted living, but you only get it if you need, meaning that if you just need certain services, you get them, and if you need more, you get more. I like that we don't have to bring in our own assisted living person, but another facility we looked at required that. My uncle doesn't need 24/ 7 care; he just needs a watchful. At some point my uncle may need memory care, and I'm very satisfied. One of the nice benefits, particularly for my family, is that uncle's sister lives nearby and can see him on a daily basis.

It’s a small community so it’s very personalized. Someone who has dementia – the personalized care is important. You can visit 24-7 – it doesn’t matter who is on call – they’re all very friendly and personable.
