My husband and I were extremely impressed with this four star rated community. It's exceptionally clean and appears to be very well run. It's a small facility which provides a more intimate setting, yet it's well organized enough to offer a broad range of in-house services. We're delighted to be moving my mother to this serene setting.

The staff at the Brookdale are very nice, they are helping my mother adjust to the change. The room my mother is in is comfortable with natural lighting, she has a window that looks over the courtyard. The thing that we liked the most about this community is the fact that they were willing to take her there because she needs 2 people to better assist her needs. We have no complaints this place is wonderful.

My loved one and I where very impressed with this community, the staff was very knowledgeable and answered any questions in detail that we had for them. I loved that there was a lot of natural light throughout the complex and the they had an open floor plan. It also makes it convenient for the residents that there is only one floor.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The staff is excellent and caring. She seems to like the meals that are offered here. They have a good variety of activities for her to participate. I would recommend this community for excellent care to others.

Ivy Hall Assisted Living has been very attentive to the care needs for my mother. Most importantly it's a safe place with wonderful staff. The cleanliness and organization of the community is great. I have no complaints about anything the meals are nutritious and the portions are good. I really liked the manager, he was nice since the beginning and gave us a great deal.

My experience with St. Ives so far has been outstanding !! The director [Removed], and his staff are always available to listen to concerns, and take care of your requests. I'm so thankful we found this place for my mother-in-law. She seems to be settling in there very well !!

This is a good fit for my father and his needs. Everything has worked out well for him. He seems to have adjusted well to it, and its a good fit for him and his needs. It has been a good experience so far for us here.

Medlock Gardens provides a warm , caring environment at a reasonable price.

My mom is doing very well at St. Ives Memory Care. The staff is doing a wonderful job taking care of my mom. The community is beautiful and is kept very clean. They keep her well feed and she enjoys the food.

My mom is in the memory care unit,the love and care and concern given to her is so appreciated and obvious.There calling or emailing to check on mom,there is always a response that day as soon as possible.With many patients to care for,Brookdale is to be commended!.Even though mom did not enter Brookdale willingly,Brookdale is our family's hands and feel of love.Than you brookdale,for an awesome job!.

The staff is kind and caring and continue to show compassion to my mother.(A Very Reluctant Resident).Staff has gone out of their way to integrate and helping mother adapt to her new home.The whole crew does not mind taking time to report above mom's progress to all of my siblings.Super Job!

Long story [removed] mom suffer from dementia.We knew it was time to find a place for mom.In our extensive search ,we found the "Best fit" for mom. Brookdale Senior living in Oak ridge goes out of their way to help not only the transition but in every aspect of mom' s life.I have never seen such a caring staff and I mean EVERYONE !!!We are thrilled and would recommend this place very highly!!.This was not easy,but the entire staff had "our backs"through every phase.Thumbs up to Brookdale Sr.Living Oak ridge.TN!!!

The Haven at Wingate is a very clean and well maintained community. The staff are friendly and take good care of my mom. There are activities available but unfortunately due to her Alzheimer's she is not able to participate. I have tried the food and it seems to be fine. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

The overall experience with Brookdale has been great. I was pleased with the service, the staff, the administrative staff. They all answer questions honestly. The food is fine.

Great place...wonderful staff...beautiful rooms.

My mother in law has been here for n 9 months and we have witnessed consistently exceptional care. The director, staff, and support personnel are responsive and ready to meet any special needs we may have. The food is prepared at the facility and Always good and often - very good - in particular holiday meals are excellent. My Sincere thanks to the staff for providing such a nice Living environment.

They have not done anything wrong. I have been impressed form the get-go. The staff is so welcoming to me and my loved one and i have been impressed with how they handle the residents and I love the size of the place and they have a good staff-to-resident ratio.

It wasn't perfect there but it was well kept. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We appreciated the services they provided the 6 weeks my mom was there.

So far we are pleased with Ivy Hall Assisted Living. Everything is going well. My mother seems happier than she has ever been in her entire life. The parking is difficult there and that is the only negative. It has the warmest feeling here. The size isn't too big and intimidating. I am very pleased.
