I cannot even begin to thank them enough for the care of my Mom. I never doubted that my Mom was loved and well cared for at St Ives.

My mom has been a resident here for over 2 years. The facility is clean. The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. We are very satisfied with the care our mother recieves. But more importantly our mom is happy in this environment.

Excellent fit for our Mother, private studio, secure Memory Care, great medication program and a peaceful environment.

My father received excellent care at Morningside of Evans. The staff are very compassionate and did an outstanding job caring for him. The residents and staff became extended family.

Like Medlock Gardens very much. it provides complete assistance and is 3.5 miles from my home. lovely home with 38 residents. very nice place that feels good, like home.

Staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. They made sure to introduce my mom to the residents. Their ambitious construction upgrades would have been a fit at this moment for my dad with dementia, otherwise it was an excellent fit.

My mother was a resident here and our family was very pleased with her care. It was obvious that the staff loves the residents and do everything they can to help them be happy and to feel special. I would highly recommend this community.

Wonderful staff that seem to love what they do. They have fun with the patients and treat them like family. My grandfather was very happy there.

We toured this facility and fell in love with the staff. The sales manager has passion for the residents and the facility, and all the staff we met were so friendly. The residents we saw looked happy. This was the place for us, but Dad's condition worsened and he required a nursing home.

My Mother is in the Alz Unit. It was a nightmare with her when we first took her. She was very angry with us but we knew it was for her safety. We left in tears every visit for the 1st couple of weeks, but the staff was amazing in helping her adjust. She is now happy, engaged in the activities and having a good time. We are so thankful to the caring people at Brookdale.

Dad is still adjusting to living at this community. The staff is wonderful and good to him. We have good communication. They do offer daily activities and he likes the food. The community is clean and they have a secured outside area for the memory care residents. I have no complaints and I would recommend this community.

We toured this community for the care for my husband. I like the staff and seeing that the community is clean and maintained. They had a lot to offer when it comes to activities. The menu was appealing. We wanted a different environment for my husband. We would still over all recommend this community for families to tour.

The Concord Place has been a good fit for my mom. The atmosphere is warm and has a homey feel. The staff is friendly and caring and attentive to her care needs. We also have a home health aide to come in to give her the extra care ordered by her Dr. The food is very good, they offer a wide variety choice. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. We are very satisfied with the care they are giving our mom and a good fit for our budget. We would recommend this community to others.

The staff here did a great job with our tour, they answered all our questions and did a nice job showing us around the community. They seem to have a lot of amenities for the residents, but we felt that my mother's care would be better addressed in a different community.

This is a great community for care for a loved one. I like knowing that my sister is doing well. The community needs more care takers. She is happy with the nice variety of the meals. They have a nice list of activities. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

My mom is doing really here and the community has been consistent as in the beginning. I liked the expectation of the staff and the location of the community. She's getting good with the meals. I think their head chef left and lately she is not as pleased.

I moved my mother in just last week. Not an easy thing to do although she was a willing candidate. The staff at Brookdale is wonderful, very supportive, kind and helpful. They really go the extra way. The only complaint I might have is the food is not so great, but they are very willing to accommodate food wishes etc. Also the facility could use a little re-deocorating. Its not terrible by any means but could just use a face lift as in some new and fresher looking furniture in the living room and tv room. Otherwise I highly recommend Brookdale Hilton Head Village, SC

This community is a good place for my mom. She is doing okay with the change of style. We have been happy with the caregiver who helps my mom. The management in terms of executive director and care coordinator have been wonderful at communicating with me like getting back to me when I address any concerns. They have been helping the family out so much.
